Closed 💕 ❤ on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal
was 1572 and I had 27 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 27 grams over, C
goal was 116 and I had 42 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over.
Great 45 min walk this morning, Descending Ladder Reps 4 Time, Core Challenge:
HIIT and Pliability: Lower Body after breakfast/before work and 60 min walk this
afternoon. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from
inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready
for tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon.
Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with
the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk
in the morning, AMRAP + Core Challenge: Core after work, Zoom Workout at 5PM,
60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I am following
my highest level of excitement.
