Closed 💕 ❤ on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal
was 1572 and I had 60 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 34 grams over, C
goal was 116 and I had 45 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 4 grams left. Great
45 min walk this morning, Rounds 4 Time + Core and Pliability: Upper + Spine after
breakfast and 60 min walk this afternoon. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning.
Gym clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All
meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in
the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, Hero WOD: Maxton + HIIT
after work, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: Every
morning, I radiate a positive energy that lasts all day.
