Tuesday Feb 10, 2026

 Stepped out of my comfort zone this morning with a couple of new exercises. Leaning Cable Lat Raises and Bent Over Cable Rear Delt Flys both using just the cable and no attachment. Tomorrow I'll be out of my comfort zone again with the machine lateral raises and front raises I've only done them with a DB but never with the machine other than to play around and it was too hard then. Got my steps in early tonight so can let my watch charge to 100%. Got in a 10 min walk on my walking pad after dinner was going to join the Zoom call but still have a slight headache and didn't feel good so decided to skip this weeks call might see the topic for next week to join either the noon or 5PM call. Some nights I write more than others but might for Lent write more than just a couple of sentences. I noticed on Step Bet that my steps are very rarely correct they are usually a lot higher on the app and I'm tired of sending an e-mail so I'll just deal with it for the next 2 weeks a...

 Got in my workout and walk this evening. I'm off tomorrow so will get my lift in the gym and mobility too. I'll get my mile in after my lift then get 10-15 minutes of walking in on my treadmill after dinner.

 This week's BAM (Bare Minimum) is at least 10 minutes minimum on my walking pad, Pliability routine either post lift or shortly before bed, 15K steps and either in the morning or after work getting in a lifting workout.

 Got in a short walk on my treadmill tonight. Meds and stuff are ready for the week and for tomorrow as well. 

Friday Feb 6, 2026

 Walked at a 2.6 speed on my treadmill and tracking on my watch I had a mile done in 20 minutes. This morning I decided to put the handle on my treadmill for a little more stability while I was walking. Both Evening Cocktail and Morning drink are in the funnels for a little later tonight and for tomorrow morning. Meds, Full-Mega, Micro Factor and GDA are ready for tomorrow.

Thursday Feb 5, 2026

 Day 3 of 1 mile a day complete. Got my order today so I was just 1 day without Creatine and L-Carnitine. Bought a fatigue mat to put my walking pad on to make it easier to move and also it's not as noisy sitting on it. Got in my mile in about 35 minutes but I was walking 2.0 tonight but will walk a little faster tomorrow night to get my mile done in 30 minutes or less.

 Got in a great JSF workout this morning and got my walking pad set up this evening so will spend more time on it tomorrow evening after work.

 Stepped out of my comfort zone this morning and used the sissy squat machine I've seen it several times in the gym but have always been afraid of it but since it was in the programming for today I did it. Got my driver's license renewed this afternoon so that's done. My new walking pad arrived today but haven't taken it out of the box to set it up yet will do that tomorrow after getting back from shopping. Jumping pull ups are on the program for tomorrow but I might do ring rows or inverted pull ups instead or even use the assisted pull up machine will decide when I get into the gym.

 Got in a great At Home Full-Body workout after dinner and Pliability after getting my nighttime routine started. Tomorrow I'll do Week 1 Day 1 Gym 2.0 Quads + Accessories in the gym. Ordered some stuff from 1st Phorm today and got free protein sticks so got the BBQ flavor to take on Friday for Roy.

 Decided this morning to do a bonus 75 Hard before Phase 3 starts in March. Day 1 is almost complete all I need to do is read 10 pages. Missed yesterday but will blog every day all month. Got in my Lower Body Routine from the Pliability app.

 Got in the final ST workout of this JSF Last Resolution Challenge. Now to decide Monday if I want to start a workout plan from 1st Phorm app or from JSF. Maybe Sunday afternoon I'll order some Mega Watt, L-Carnitine, Magnesium, Creatine and another case of Phorm Energy. Watched most of the Girard VS Colgan girls game but couldn't stand the announcers so not watching the boys game. Mari got a good bit of playing time even starting the game but talked to Colleen and she said that Tate only gets to play in the fourth quarter if the boys are up by a lot.

 Great JSF Leg Workout this evening and got in a great Lower Body Pliability Routine. UPS had good timing since the driver arrived as I was getting ready to pull in the driveway so got my package before sitting down for dinner. Tomorrow while laundry is going I'll watch St. Mary's Colgan VS Girard girls Basketball on YouTube and may watch the boys game too all depending on if Tate gets to play Varsity since I know that Mari gets some playing time on the varsity team.

 Got in a great Zone2 Cardio session this morning. Just finished my pliability routine that I created yesterday and just began. Figured out where to go for the gym's website and app but not sure if I'm supposed to choose the same plan I already have or if Johnyee needs to do something on her end since my debit card expires at the end of Feb. This is the final week of Last Resolution Challenge then I'll need to find another program inside the Playbook app. Unless that is I decide to start Kelly's workout plan and modify the best I can for Monday, Thursday and Friday for at home workouts and go all in for Tuesday and Wednesday for the gym workouts. Got my card changed in the Google Play store, Starbucks and yahoo mail I think that's all but I need to figure out since I can't sign in to Chase website for my credit card and will try and figure it out on my next day off to have my phone number updated as well.

 Been a while since I've been on here. Got in an at home Push Day workout this morning from JSF even with a headache which never has gone away so shortly I'll get my nighttime cocktail. Discovered how to create my own plan for 4 weeks on Pliability app so did day 1 of week 1 this evening. Will see how I sleep after actually doing my mobility at night. Morning drink is ready in the funnel for tomorrow morning. Roads still don't look the best so didn't get to the gym today and won't tomorrow either but did get in my workout regardless.

 Got caught up on Chicago PD after dinner and while getting in my Zone2 Cardio. I've got a few days left on 1 Step Bet Challenge and I'm halfway through the other then I'll just get in 15K steps per day without joining another challenge after New Year's Step Spectacular ends on Feb 25th. Watching Law & Order now but missed the first part of it so will watch it again either tomorrow evening or Sunday afternoon.

 Great Leg Workout in the gym this morning followed by Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Going to finish getting my steps in then get my nighttime cocktail. Morning Cocktail is in the funnel and ready to go for the morning.

 Went to the tire shop this morning and got the batteries replaced in the front tires. Got in a great Pull Day workout in the gym and think tomorrow I'll do Legs Day in the gym instead of Zone2 Cardio which I'll do on Thursday instead. Got my order of Level-1 Birthday Cake Protein, Salted Carmel Collagen and Case of Phorm Energy Screamin Freedom but it was too late for a Phorm Energy so will put one in the fridge for tomorrow. I did have a Birthday Cake Protein Shake and it's a 10/10 by itself but can't wait to try it in my coffee in the morning.

 Missed a few days but back to it now. Got in a great Push Day at home workout tonight and will do Pull Day in the gym tomorrow. I'm glad that Johnyee posted this weeks workouts early instead of each day. Wednesday I may do the Legs Day workout then Thursday get in the Zone2 Cardio day.

 Today's workout was 40 min Zone 2 cardio so I got in 1.73 miles walking at the back of the gym. Watching Chicago Wednesday on NBC and have one Real AF After Hours Live with Andy and DJ on YouTube. Morning Cocktail is ready to go in the funnel and Meds and Supplements are ready for tomorrow.

 Meds and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning and morning cocktail is in the funnel and ready for tomorrow morning. Watched the end of the 49ers Eagles game and now watching the Chargers Patriots game to end todays action for Wild Card Weekend. The final game of Wild Card weekend is tomorrow night with the Texans Steelers. Tomorrow morning I take photos to start my first Q1 challenge of 2026 and also Team K-Fit Partner Challenge.

 Meds and Supplements are ready for the week. Meds, Supplements and Morning Cocktail are ready in the funnel for tomorrow morning. Wasn't going to watch the football games today and tomorrow when I get home since the Chiefs are out of the playoffs but decided to watch the games anyways. Tomorrow I'll update my weight and measurements inside the app then will take photos on Monday to begin the Q1 challenge and Team Kelly partner challenge with Marsha D. Watched the first 3 episodes of the new season of Traitors US. Sad to see Mama Kelce get banished at the start of the 3rd episode with her being the secret traitor.

Got caught up on both Chicago Med and PD from Wednesday. Might if I have time tomorrow watch The Hunting Party and first 3 episodes of Traitors US.

 Needed to take an active rest day since I worked last night and didn't get to bed until after 10PM which means that my sleep score was in the red. Got caught up on Chicago Fire from last night but the new episode of Med wasn't posted yet on Peacock and will watch the beginning of Chicago PD tomorrow since I got in on the last 10 or so minutes of it last night.

 Got a text around 1PM to see if I could come in a close tonight since the teenager is still sick. So writing earlier than I normally would. Next week my work schedule is back to normal so I get my 5 days back. Got in a great Pull Day workout this morning and had planned on getting in a 40 min zone 2 walk but that will wait until tomorrow.

 Got in a great workout this morning the one I was going to do the at home version yesterday but I tripped over the corner of a pallet at work and didn't feel like doing anything when I got home since I was so sore. Today I did the Pull Day workout from JSF in the gym and tomorrow I'll get in the Push Day workout from JSF that was scheduled for today. Moving all of the workouts back a day and will do tomorrow's scheduled workout on Thursday the at home version and then Thursday's scheduled workout on Friday also the at home version. Saturday if I don't get a call to work I'll do the at home version of Friday's scheduled workout.

 Yesterday I got my meds and supplements ready for the week and for today. Just a few minutes ago I got them ready for tomorrow morning and even my morning drink powders are in the funnel and ready. Last Tuesday I found out that Coach Jackie got an opportunity to move to the Phorm Energy team which means she's leaving Team Jax so I switched over to Team Kelly. I'm going to focus on BAM (Bare A$$ Minimums) My BAM's are Tracking and Hitting check marks on Calories and Protein, Mobility either post workout or before bed, Getting in at least 100oz of water, getting in 30-45min of movement daily and read 10 pages of a personal development book.

 Legs still extremely sore from Wednesday's JSF workout but it was a good one. Monday we start the challenge so will do the at home version of it then Tuesday and Wednesday will do the gym workouts and Thursday and Friday will be the at home versions. Saturday will be more than likely an active rest day as will be Sunday. Tuesday I should have my 1st Phorm order. Today I got my restock of Reds, Greens, Micro Factor and Full-Mega. Drinking my reds, greens, magnesium and L-carnitine now but might before I finish add a couple extra Full-Mega to it since I have trouble swallowing it.
