 Day 27 of 40-40 challenge almost complete just need to read Acts 18:1-28. Got in a great birthday workout and pliability routine this morning. Took a photo of my nails and will post them here since MFP is not playing nice with a bigger version of my photo. Now I can post the link here on a couple of groups so they can see my nails.

 Day 26 of 40-40 Challenge complete went ahead and read Acts scripture reading while my computer was charging earlier today. Re-did my nails but wish I would have put the sparkly nail on the middle finger and not the pointer finger. Got caught up on this past week's zoom calls both the nutrition/supplement and sales/mindset calls since I had to miss both of them this last week. Will try and make the nutrition/supplement call this coming week. I downloaded a new habits app and one of the things I added was Core/Mobility together I'd already completed the Core part this morning but just got finished with the Mobility part. Around 8PM I'll get my headphones and listen to a sleep Insight Timer session to finish that part up as well. 

 Day 25 of 40-40 Challenge almost complete just need to read Acts 16:16-40.

 Day 24 of 40-40 challenge almost complete just need to read Acts 16:1-15 then day will be complete. Last night I accidentally put the wrong funnel in my water for the nighttime cocktail. I put in Multi-Fiber, Mega-Watt, L-Carnitine and Creatine in it last night so put more in the red funnel for this morning. Tonight however I put the contents of the blue funnel in my water bottle.  

 Almost completed Day 23 of 40-40 challenge just need to read Acts 15: 24-41. Got in 10 minutes tonight on my walking pad instead of 20 minutes tonight. Got my press-on nails off tonight and will let them rest until Sunday then redo them Sunday afternoon. 

 Almost completed Day 22 of 40-40 challenge just need to read Acts 15:1-23. Got in a good 20 minute walk while watching TV since I didn't get it in earlier in the evening. 

 Completed Day 21 of 40-40 challenge just need to read Acts 14: 1-28 then day will be complete. Thinking of a different HHF for 5% Seasonal Challenge maybe I'll do accountability for Skool app and the Bo-Winning Ladies. Might even add accountability to the former team Jax on Instagram. 

 Completed Day 20 of 40-40 Challenge just need to read today's scripture from Acts 13:21-52. Saturday I bought some press-on nails and they were easy to put on but had to trim them back a bit as they were a little long. Might get some of the glue-on kind to put on for my birthday next week. 

 Day 19 of 40-40 challenge complete just need to read Acts 13:1-20 to finish the day. Yesterday I heard back from Grace about changing teams from the Warriors to a team that is a bit more active.

 Day 11 of 40-40 Challenge complete with the exception of reading today's scripture from Acts. Last night forgot to mark 75 Hard tasks even though I completed them. 

 Day 10 of 40-40 challenge almost complete just need to read the scripture reading from Acts 7:30-53. Watching Pool Play for the WBC and USA VS Brazil. Starting today my BAM is Get at least 12K steps daily, 15 minutes at least on my walking pad daily, and Read 10 pages of a personal development book as well as my daily scripture reading from now until Easter.

 Another day of 40-40 challenge complete. Today's workout was Upper Body + Hyrox Conditioning. Could've used the 1600 meters I walked 4 sets of 400 meters or 4 times down and back on the turf as a part of my mile but didn't I walked a mile at the back of the gym after I was finished with my lift. Tomorrow's workout will be interval walk for 15-20 minutes.

 First Week of 40-40 challenge almost complete just need to read the passage from Acts. Got my big monthly order tonight and can't wait until tomorrow after my lift to try Texas Lightening Phorm Energy. Ordered that instead of Screamin' Freedom this time. It came in the box like 12 packs of beer instead of the flat case. Finally back to taking Multi-Fiber after being out for a long time and forgetting to order more. Only had 1 GDA today but got more today.

 Another day of 40-40 almost complete just need to read the scripture reading from Acts. Yesterday I started a new at home daily training plan and today I started the plan in the gym. JSF has both At home Daily and Daily Track.

 Day 3 of 40-40 Challenge almost complete just need to read scripture and journal for the day. Got caught up on Traitors US the finale episode and reunion special then watched The Hunting Party last night's episode. Got my 1st Phorm order for the month made and got Roy more protein sticks and got myself a free t-shirt. Going to try the new Texas Lightening Phorm energy drink I would've liked to find it at Casey's to try first before ordering a case but that's OK. My big order should be here sometime Wednesday. 

 Day 2 of 40-40 Challenge almost done just need to read my scripture reading and journal for the day. 

 Day 1 of 40 almost done just need to read my scripture reading from Acts so that will be done shortly. Should have my Reds, Greens, Micro Factor and Full-Mega order on Friday and should have my gift card tomorrow to get my big monthly order put in already have a list and at the top of the list is a case of Phorm Energy. Haven't journaled at much as I'd like for a couple months so for the next 40 days after I get done here and get my scripture reading and journal done then I'll do my daily reflection. Got in ST day 2 for the week with a JSF At Home Body Weight Full-Body workout then got on my walking pad for 10 minutes. Watching the reply of The Voice Season 29 Premiere episode. 

 Day 7 of Bonus Week almost complete but will be by the end of the day. Walked a total of 1.75 miles in 45 minutes today between in the gym and at home on my walking pad. Since the printer is fixed I went ahead and printed off 41 pages of templates for the 40-40 challenge which officially starts tomorrow even though a bunch of us did the bonus week that began on Ash Wednesday.

 Day 6 of 40-40 Challenge Bonus week is almost done I just have to read my scripture reading and journal. Tomorrow afternoon I'll get the first week of the challenge templates ready in my journal. Meds, Micro Factor and GDA are ready for tomorrow and all drink mixes are ready in the respective funnels. Reds, Greens, Magnesium and L-Carnitine in the blue funnel for tonight and Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Creatine in the Red funnel for tomorrow morning. Got in a mile in just over 30 minutes tonight since I walked at 2.0 speed on my walking pad. Wasn't trying to PR it or anything just wanted to get a mile in since I had a slight headache. 

 Day 5 of Bonus week of 40-40 challenge almost done just need to read my scripture and journal for today plus get the next few days templates ready in my journal. Meds, Micro Factor and GDA are ready for tomorrow and all usual drink mixes for the morning and for tonight are in the funnels. 

 Day 4 of Bonus week of 40-40 challenge complete. I've got days until I can drop my steps goal from 15K to 12K. 

 Day 3 of Bonus week 40-40 challenge almost done got my mile in but still have to read today's scripture reading. Laundry done and put away so now going to finish here then get ready for bed as soon as my watch charges completely or enough at 9PM. 

 Day 2 of Bonus week for the Forty-Forty Challenge complete. Got in a mile in the gym then 0.75 mile on my walking pad while listening to the InPHORMed Zoom call with just Samuel since Nick had to help a youth baseball team at the request of the CEO Sal. After I finish week 8 of the step bet challenge I'm in I talked to Kelly and decided to drop my steps to 12K since I'm having trouble getting in my 15K before a decent enough time to let my watch charge and be in bed by 9PM again.

 Day 1 of Bonus week for the 40-40 challenge complete with a mile walk and scripture reading from Isaiah. Tomorrow's scripture reading is from the Gospel of Luke. Off tomorrow so don't have to take a shower tonight after we got home from church. Bought a new journal to use for the 40-40 challenge daily reflection.

 Got my 40-40 Challenge package in the mail today so have the bonus scripture bookmarked and ready for tomorrow to start the bonus 7 days. 

 Great gym workout this morning and just got in a great 15 min walk on my walking pad/treadmill. My 40-40 Challenge package is being processed through Kansas City Kansas USPS center. Still on track to be here on Wednesday. 

 Got in my walk as usual and pliability custom routine. Checked and my package is in Kansas City Missouri so should be in Kansas City Kansas by Tuesday since tomorrow is a federal holiday so banks are closed and no mail. 

 Got in 10 minutes on my walking pad this evening.  Assessments this week are open Monday and Tuesday since Kelly will be out of town next weekend. I'll of course have mine ready to send Monday Morning since I take my photos, update my weight and measurements on Sunday morning.

 Challenged myself today and went an extra 5 minutes on my walking pad I'll shoot for 20 minutes tomorrow after church. Finally got an estimated delivery date on my Forty-Forty Challenge packet it will be here hopefully on Wed. All depending on our mail since it's got to go from Wisconsin to Kansas City not sure of any stops in-between. 

 Got in my 10 minute walk this evening after dinner. Going to get in a mile walk tomorrow evening after dinner and while my laundry is going. Still waiting for any movement on my Forty Forty Challenge package to see what the estimated delivery date is. Hoping to have it by or before Wednesday.

 Another great gym workout where I got out of my comfort zone by using the Machine Lat Raises and Front Raises. Got in 10 min on my walking pad and think I'll go longer tomorrow since I won't have already walked my mile by noon. Still hoping that my package for the 40-40 challenge gets here before Ash Wednesday which is 1 week from today.

 Stepped out of my comfort zone this morning with a couple of new exercises. Leaning Cable Lat Raises and Bent Over Cable Rear Delt Flys both using just the cable and no attachment. Tomorrow I'll be out of my comfort zone again with the machine lateral raises and front raises I've only done them with a DB but never with the machine other than to play around and it was too hard then. Got my steps in early tonight so can let my watch charge to 100%. Got in a 10 min walk on my walking pad after dinner was going to join the Zoom call but still have a slight headache and didn't feel good so decided to skip this weeks call might see the topic for next week to join either the noon or 5PM call. Some nights I write more than others but might for Lent write more than just a couple of sentences. I noticed on Step Bet that my steps are very rarely correct they are usually a lot higher on the app and I'm tired of sending an e-mail so I'll just deal with it for the next 2 weeks a...

 Got in my workout and walk this evening. I'm off tomorrow so will get my lift in the gym and mobility too. I'll get my mile in after my lift then get 10-15 minutes of walking in on my treadmill after dinner. 

 This week's BAM (Bare Minimum) is at least 10 minutes minimum on my walking pad, Pliability routine either post lift or shortly before bed, 15K steps and either in the morning or after work getting in a lifting workout.

 Got in a short walk on my treadmill tonight. Meds and stuff are ready for the week and for tomorrow as well. 

 Walked at a 2.6 speed on my treadmill and tracking on my watch I had a mile done in 20 minutes. This morning I decided to put the handle on my treadmill for a little more stability while I was walking. Both Evening Cocktail and Morning drink are in the funnels for a little later tonight and for tomorrow morning. Meds, Full-Mega, Micro Factor and GDA are ready for tomorrow.

 Day 3 of 1 mile a day complete. Got my order today so I was just 1 day without Creatine and L-Carnitine. Bought a fatigue mat to put my walking pad on to make it easier to move and also it's not as noisy sitting on it. Got in my mile in about 35 minutes but I was walking 2.0 tonight but will walk a little faster tomorrow night to get my mile done in 30 minutes or less.

 Got in a great JSF workout this morning and got my walking pad set up this evening so will spend more time on it tomorrow evening after work.

 Stepped out of my comfort zone this morning and used the sissy squat machine I've seen it several times in the gym but have always been afraid of it but since it was in the programming for today I did it. Got my driver's license renewed this afternoon so that's done. My new walking pad arrived today but haven't taken it out of the box to set it up yet will do that tomorrow after getting back from shopping. Jumping pull ups are on the program for tomorrow but I might do ring rows or inverted pull ups instead or even use the assisted pull up machine will decide when I get into the gym.

 Got in a great At Home Full-Body workout after dinner and Pliability after getting my nighttime routine started. Tomorrow I'll do Week 1 Day 1 Gym 2.0 Quads + Accessories in the gym. Ordered some stuff from 1st Phorm today and got free protein sticks so got the BBQ flavor to take on Friday for Roy. 

 Decided this morning to do a bonus 75 Hard before Phase 3 starts in March. Day 1 is almost complete all I need to do is read 10 pages. Missed yesterday but will blog every day all month. Got in my Lower Body Routine from the Pliability app. 

 Got in the final ST workout of this JSF Last Resolution Challenge. Now to decide Monday if I want to start a workout plan from 1st Phorm app or from JSF. Maybe Sunday afternoon I'll order some Mega Watt, L-Carnitine, Magnesium, Creatine and another case of Phorm Energy. Watched most of the Girard VS Colgan girls game but couldn't stand the announcers so not watching the boys game. Mari got a good bit of playing time even starting the game but talked to Colleen and she said that Tate only gets to play in the fourth quarter if the boys are up by a lot. 

 Great JSF Leg Workout this evening and got in a great Lower Body Pliability Routine. UPS had good timing since the driver arrived as I was getting ready to pull in the driveway so got my package before sitting down for dinner. Tomorrow while laundry is going I'll watch St. Mary's Colgan VS Girard girls Basketball on YouTube and may watch the boys game too all depending on if Tate gets to play Varsity since I know that Mari gets some playing time on the varsity team. 

 Got in a great Zone2 Cardio session this morning. Just finished my pliability routine that I created yesterday and just began. Figured out where to go for the gym's website and app but not sure if I'm supposed to choose the same plan I already have or if Johnyee needs to do something on her end since my debit card expires at the end of Feb. This is the final week of Last Resolution Challenge then I'll need to find another program inside the Playbook app. Unless that is I decide to start Kelly's workout plan and modify the best I can for Monday, Thursday and Friday for at home workouts and go all in for Tuesday and Wednesday for the gym workouts. Got my card changed in the Google Play store, Starbucks and yahoo mail I think that's all but I need to figure out since I can't sign in to Chase website for my credit card and will try and figure it out on my next day off to have my phone number updated as well.

 Been a while since I've been on here. Got in an at home Push Day workout this morning from JSF even with a headache which never has gone away so shortly I'll get my nighttime cocktail. Discovered how to create my own plan for 4 weeks on Pliability app so did day 1 of week 1 this evening. Will see how I sleep after actually doing my mobility at night. Morning drink is ready in the funnel for tomorrow morning. Roads still don't look the best so didn't get to the gym today and won't tomorrow either but did get in my workout regardless. 

 Got caught up on Chicago PD after dinner and while getting in my Zone2 Cardio. I've got a few days left on 1 Step Bet Challenge and I'm halfway through the other then I'll just get in 15K steps per day without joining another challenge after New Year's Step Spectacular ends on Feb 25th. Watching Law & Order now but missed the first part of it so will watch it again either tomorrow evening or Sunday afternoon. 

 Great Leg Workout in the gym this morning followed by Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Going to finish getting my steps in then get my nighttime cocktail. Morning Cocktail is in the funnel and ready to go for the morning. 

 Went to the tire shop this morning and got the batteries replaced in the front tires. Got in a great Pull Day workout in the gym and think tomorrow I'll do Legs Day in the gym instead of Zone2 Cardio which I'll do on Thursday instead. Got my order of Level-1 Birthday Cake Protein, Salted Carmel Collagen and Case of Phorm Energy Screamin Freedom but it was too late for a Phorm Energy so will put one in the fridge for tomorrow. I did have a Birthday Cake Protein Shake and it's a 10/10 by itself but can't wait to try it in my coffee in the morning. 

 Missed a few days but back to it now. Got in a great Push Day at home workout tonight and will do Pull Day in the gym tomorrow. I'm glad that Johnyee posted this weeks workouts early instead of each day. Wednesday I may do the Legs Day workout then Thursday get in the Zone2 Cardio day.

 Today's workout was 40 min Zone 2 cardio so I got in 1.73 miles walking at the back of the gym. Watching Chicago Wednesday on NBC and have one Real AF After Hours Live with Andy and DJ on YouTube. Morning Cocktail is ready to go in the funnel and Meds and Supplements are ready for tomorrow.

Watched the end of the 49ers Eagles game and now watching the Chargers Patriots game to end todays action for Wild Card Weekend. The final game of Wild Card weekend is tomorrow night with the Texans Steelers. Tomorrow morning I take photos to start my first Q1 challenge of 2026 and also Team K-Fit Partner Challenge.

Wasn't going to watch the football games today and tomorrow when I get home since the Chiefs are out of the playoffs but decided to watch the games anyways. Tomorrow I'll update my weight and measurements inside the app then will take photos on Monday to begin the Q1 challenge and Team Kelly partner challenge with Marsha D. Watched the first 3 episodes of the new season of Traitors US. Sad to see Mama Kelce get banished at the start of the 3rd episode with her being the secret traitor.

Got caught up on both Chicago Med and PD from Wednesday. Might if I have time tomorrow watch The Hunting Party and first 3 episodes of Traitors US. 

 Needed to take an active rest day since I worked last night and didn't get to bed until after 10PM which means that my sleep score was in the red. Got caught up on Chicago Fire from last night but the new episode of Med wasn't posted yet on Peacock and will watch the beginning of Chicago PD tomorrow since I got in on the last 10 or so minutes of it last night. 

 Got a text around 1PM to see if I could come in a close tonight since the teenager is still sick. So writing earlier than I normally would. Next week my work schedule is back to normal so I get my 5 days back. Got in a great Pull Day workout this morning and had planned on getting in a 40 min zone 2 walk but that will wait until tomorrow. 

 Got in a great workout this morning the one I was going to do the at home version yesterday but I tripped over the corner of a pallet at work and didn't feel like doing anything when I got home since I was so sore. Today I did the Pull Day workout from JSF in the gym and tomorrow I'll get in the Push Day workout from JSF that was scheduled for today. Moving all of the workouts back a day and will do tomorrow's scheduled workout on Thursday the at home version and then Thursday's scheduled workout on Friday also the at home version. Saturday if I don't get a call to work I'll do the at home version of Friday's scheduled workout. 

 Yesterday I got my meds and supplements ready for the week and for today. Just a few minutes ago I got them ready for tomorrow morning and even my morning drink powders are in the funnel and ready. Last Tuesday I found out that Coach Jackie got an opportunity to move to the Phorm Energy team which means she's leaving Team Jax so I switched over to Team Kelly. I'm going to focus on BAM (Bare A$$ Minimums) My BAM's are Tracking and Hitting check marks on Calories and Protein, Mobility either post workout or before bed, Getting in at least 100oz of water, getting in 30-45min of movement daily and read 10 pages of a personal development book.

 Legs still extremely sore from Wednesday's JSF workout but it was a good one. Monday we start the challenge so will do the at home version of it then Tuesday and Wednesday will do the gym workouts and Thursday and Friday will be the at home versions. Saturday will be more than likely an active rest day as will be Sunday. Tuesday I should have my 1st Phorm order. Today I got my restock of Reds, Greens, Micro Factor and Full-Mega. Drinking my reds, greens, magnesium and L-carnitine now but might before I finish add a couple extra Full-Mega to it since I have trouble swallowing it. 

 Goals for 2026: Listen to the bible in a year on Amen app. Get in at least 1 mile every day.
