 Today I'm grateful I got back on all of the most important groups on MFP. I'm also grateful that after working 5 hours that my foot is still not bruised or broken after Thursday's accident at the gym where the EZ Bar fell off of the bench and hit my foot. I knew that today would be the true test of how my foot would feel after wearing socks and shoes for more than 45 minutes. On days like today at first I wished that my steps goal was only 10K so tonight at church I decided to change my steps goal to 10K, my activity time to 100 and my activity calories to 400. Today we were so busy that I got barely 5K steps at work so working on getting the rest now before bed.
