 3 W's for the week.

What I Did well? I got in a few great workouts. What I can Improve? Up my speed and get in a mile under 20 minutes. WIN Completed my personal Q3 Challenge and will begin another one tomorrow morning. 

I'm grateful for a great week of work so far and a busy one today. Plan as of now is to get into the gym 4 out of 5 days but will see if I get another day either Tuesday or Thursday since I doubt I'll work tomorrow since she would've told me before I left.
