 Today I'm grateful for an amazing gym workout. Tomorrow plan is to get in over 3 almost 4 miles walking since it's Running Intervals on one plan and Active Recovery Day on the other training plan. I took the meters and converted them to miles and got 3.8 or 3.9 miles so if I can I'll walk on the mats so I'm not taking up the entire back area of the gym. Still trying to decide about Friday since the gym is a block from the entrance to the park where our towns Independence Day festivities are being held all day leading up to the fireworks show later that evening. Watching the replay of the Season 20 Premiere of AGT.
