Today I got in a great full body 21-15-9 then 2 min rest 9-15-21 using 10 of my favorite exercises. Getting ready in a bit for work but will get dinner in an hour or so also will need to finish some stuff on my computer so around 3PM I can shut it down for the day. I'm halfway to reaching my steps, Activity Minutes and Activity Calories goals for the day.
