Closed 💕 ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 61 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 3
grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
11 grams over. Great Day 286/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D1:
Chest/Arms + Pliability: Full Body & Day 11 of 25 Days Pull Up/Resistance
Band Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power
list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and
Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym
clothes are set out and shaker bottle is packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks
for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training
plan: Day 287/305 mile a day, Traditional body building W6/D2: Back/Shoulders +
Pliability: TBD & Day 12 of 25 Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk.
I AM: I know no matter the challenge, I find my own way to solve it.
