Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 6
grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 7
grams left. Great Day 296/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W7/D4: +Shoulders/Chest + Pliability: Wrists + Ankles
& Day 21 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed
both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds,
Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are
set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner
has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 297/305 mile a day in the morning,
Traditional Body Building W7/D5: Back/Arms + Pliability: TBD & Day 22 of 25
Days Pull Ups/Ring Row Challenge at home after work and 60 min walk after
