goal was 1572 and I was 61 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams
left, C goal was 116 and I was 4 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was 6 grams
over. Great Day 280/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D2: Back/Shoulders
+ ROMWOD: Shoulders & Spine + Day 5 of 25 Day Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and
60 min walk. #Dues Paid Completed both personal power list and power list from
inside 1st Phorm app. Med, Micro Facto and Supplements are ready for
tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been
pre-tracked in the app. Gym clothes are set out and ready for tomorrow morning. Training plan: Day 281/305 mile a day, Traditional
Body Building W5/D3: Legs + ROMWOD: TBD & Day 6 of 25 Day Pull Up/Ring Row
Challenge and 60 min walk. I AM: I am always able to manifest more blessing with
