Closed 💕 ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie
goal was 1572 and I was 26 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 3 grams
left, C goal was 116 and I had 15 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 10 grams
over. Great Day 282/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D3: Legs &
ROMWOD: Ankles & Wrists + Day 6 of 25 Days of Pull Up/ Ring Row Challenge
and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from
inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for
tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon. Work
clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Training plan: Day 283/305 Mile a day
in the morning, Traditional Body Building W5/D4: Shoulders/Chest + ROMWOD: TBD &
Day 7 of 25 Days of Pull Ups/Ring Rows in the gym after work and 60 min walk
after dinner/before church. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of
