goal was 1572 and I was 18 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams
left, C goal was 116 and I was 21 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 6
grams left. Great Day 302/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W8/D3: Legs
+ Pliability: Ankles + Hips and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power
list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Workout clothes and shaker
bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with
the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day
303/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W8/D4: Shoulders/Chest
+ Pliability: TBD in the gym after work weather permitting and 60 min walk after
dinner. I AM: I see and appreciate all of the beauty that surrounds me.
