goal was 1572 and I had 25 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 11 grams
over, C goal was 116 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 6 grams
left. Great Day 287/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D2: Back/Shoulders
+ Pliability: Wrists + Shoulders & Day 12 of 25 Days of Pull Ups/Ring Row Challenge
and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from
inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready
for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Shaker Bottle is ready
for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has
been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 288/305 mile a day in the morning,
Traditional Body Building W6/D3: Legs + Pliability: TBD & Day 13 of 25 Days
Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge in the gym after breakfast and 60 min walk after
dinner. I AM: I am tranquil; I have
