Unsure if I’m going to close š ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 but will try and get
15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 750 calories left, P goal was 160
and I had 68 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 48 grams left and F goal was
52 and I had 30 grams left. Woke up not feeling well this morning so didn’t eat
much today. Great Day 293/305 mile a day, 60 min walk and Day 18 of 25 Days
Pull up/ring row challenge. #DuesPaid Completed personal power list but missed protein
goal on the power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow
with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan:
Day 294/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W7/D2: Back/Shoulders + Pliability:
TBD & Day 19 of 25 Days Pull up/Ring row challenge and 60 min walk. I AM: My
reasons for growth are found within me. Saturday macros were good but only had
12K steps but yesterday macros were good and I had just over 15K steps.
