Closed all 💕 ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie
goal was 1572 and I was 62 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 11 grams
over, C goal was 116 and I was on target and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over.
Great Day 279/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D1: Chest/Arms +
ROMWOD: Head 2 Toe & Day 4 of 25 Days of Pull UPS and 60 min walk.
#DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st
Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes
are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception
of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 280/305 mile a day,
Traditional Body Building W5/D2: Back/Shoulders + ROMWOD: TBD + Day 5 of 25
days of pull up challenge and 60 min walk. I AM: I feel energy, peace, and strength
when I show gratitude.
