Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 56 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams
left, C goal was 116 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 11
grams over. Great Day 282/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D4: Shoulders/Chest
+ Pliability: Prime Movers & Day 7 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge
and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list
from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready
for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks
for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training
plan: Day 283/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D5: Back/Arms + Pliability:
TBD & Day 8 of 25 Day Pull Ups/Ring Row Challenge & 60 min walk. I AM: I
