Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 46 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 8
grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 35 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
18 grams over. Great Day 227/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W9/D5: EMOM + Core Challenge W2/D5: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power
list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements
are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner
has been pre-tracked in the app. Training
plan: Day 228/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Weeks of Training W9/D6: Cardio/Shoulders+
Biceps after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner/before church. I AM: I fill my world with Universal harmony.
