Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and had 15K steps. Calorie
goal was 1572 and I was 10 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left,
C goal was 116 and I was on target and F goal was 52 and I was 5 grams over. Great
Day 230/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W10/D1: Legs & Abs
+ Core challenge W2/D1: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power
list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements
are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All
meal/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the
app. Training plan: Day 231/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W10/D2: EMOM + Core Challenge W2/D2:HIIT and 60 min walk. I AM: I train my mind to find the positives
in every situation.
