Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was
10 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 17 grams left and F goal was 52 and I
had 5 grams left. Great Day 244/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W12/D1: Legs & Abs + Core Challenge W5/D1: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed
both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds,
Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow
with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan:
Day 245/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W12/D2: E2MOM
+ Core Challenge W5/D2: HIIT in the afternoon and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I do not let my past define me.
