Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps.
Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 13 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4
grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams
over. Great Day 245/305 mile a day, Intermediate Muscle Building and Fat Burning
W5/D1 + Core Challenge W5/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal
power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor
and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning.
Gym clothes and Shaker bottle are both packed for tomorrow afternoon’s workout.
Training plan: Day 246/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of
Training W12/D3: Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W5/D3: Core after work and
60 min walk after dinner. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of
dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.
I AM: I am able to receive the love that flows freely to me.
