Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K
steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 32 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was
10 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 12 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was
on target. Great Day 229/305 mile a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list
from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are
ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress Photo clothes
are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow
with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan:
Day 230/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training
W10/D1: Legs & Abs modified + Core Challenge W3/D1: Core after breakfast
and 60 min walk in the afternoon. I AM:
