goal was 1572 and I was 5 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left,
C goal was 116 and I had 44 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 28 grams over.
Great 45 min walk, At Home Minimal Equipment W2/D5: Biceps/Triceps + Core Challenge
W2/D5: Core, 60 min walk and Pliability: Ankles + Hips. #DuesPaid Completed both
personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds,
Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out
for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of
dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk before breakfast,
60 min walk in the afternoon and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I trust in
my ability to choose healthy relationships.
