  Closed 💕 ❤ on my Galaxy 6 and have over 16K steps. Calorie goal was 1406 and I was 41 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 97 and I was 9 grams over and F goal was 42 and I was 2 grams over. Great 45 min walk, Hypertrophy Squat Day, Pliability: Lower Body and 60 min walk. #duespaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk before breakfast, Bench Day in the gym after breakfast, Pliability: TBD in the afternoon and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I radiate health, vitality, and confidence.

Great 45 min walk this morning before breakfast, Active Recovery 45 min walk after breakfast, Pliability: Full Body before work and 60 min walk this afternoon. #duespaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Hypertrophy Squat Day in the gym after my hair appointment, 45 min walk early in the afternoon, 60 min walk before leaving work and Pliability: TBD in the evening.
