Day 128

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green today might just miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Plan for the week is to get into the gym Monday and Tuesday afternoon then Wed-Friday morning so that's all 5 days this week. Unsure as of now what I'm training on each day yet but hope to know by Monday. I'm still leading the Workweek Hustle challenge and waiting for 1 tracker to sync. 20 minutes left for this person to sync their tracker.  I'm in second place on the weekend warrior challenge with 1 day 14hrs left. Might not win this one but that's OK it's all for fun anyways. I've got 8.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 0.6# from Monday's weigh in so should be OK just need to watch my snacking today and tomorrow before Monday's weigh in.

Day 127

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Great Full-Body Friday workout to close out the August training month. Eager to see what my trainer has planned for me for the month of September.  Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. I've got 9.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm leading the Workweek Hustle challenge by more than 33K steps with7hrs 25min left. Beginning a weekend warrior challenge in 9hrs so lets see if I can win the workweek challenge and the weekend one too.  Got my new wallet case before I left for work yesterday as the UPS driver came as I was getting ready to leave. My vitamins came after I went to work so was 1 day without them. 

Day 126

Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walk on the turf. Tomorrow's workout plan is Full-Body Friday.  I've got 8.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Won't know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Won't have my new workouts until possible this weekend since they are being e-mailed to me.

Day 125

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great modified due to a sore back Legs and no planned cardio. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walk on the turf. Went to The UPS store this morning and did an easy amazon return and also one for work since the delivery driver doesn't need a signature anymore so it's in and out so it's just easier to take those packages across the street to the UPS store. I should get my new phone case and also my vitamins tomorrow and on Tuesday my GNC pro box should come. I'll go through my pro box and see what I'll use and take to the gym the rest to see if someone can use it. I've got 9.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.7# to go to reach my goal of 125. I am way ahead of the Workweek Hustle challenge on my fitbit app by almost 19K steps with 2 days 7hrs 28min left. 

Day 124

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Writing early since I work 3PM-9:30PM tonight and will more than likely shut my computer down when I get home. Got in a great modified Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT. Had to modify since my back is still a little sore.  Ordered a new phone case from Amazon on Sunday and it came today but I ordered the wrong size to returing this one and ordered another one which should be here on Thursday.  This is what I get for ordering stuff from Amazon via mobile app instead of the website on my computer.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and no planned cardio.

Day 123

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  I'm currently leading the Workweek Hustle on Fitbit App.  Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT. I've got 8.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.8# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Think I'm going to try Colgate Wisp on evenings when I can't brush my teeth by 6PM to try and curb my evening snacking. Wrote my workouts down to track each day for this week and will write them for September after I get my new workouts. 

Day 122

All green on my Versa, came 1 step shy of achieving my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. After another gym rest day today it's legs and 15-20min cardio of choice.  I've got to get my snacking under control as I'm gaining again. I've got 10.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.9# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Versa battery is at 69% so will probably go ahead and charge it tonight since I didn't charge all the way to 100% on Friday night.

Day 121

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. After a couple of gym rest day's it's Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice on Monday.  I've got 10.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Need to buckle down and control my snacking if I'm going to reach my even mini goal before vacation at the end of next month. Writing early today since I work 3PM-9PM then in the morning church at 8AM and work by 9AM so thought I'd write early today.

Day 120

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Versa battery was 61% and had planned on holding off charging until tomorrow but decided to do it tonight since I'd already gone all green before getting home from work.  Plan for next week is to get into the gym Monday-Thursday morning then Friday early afternoon. So glad I can get into the gym all 5 days but hate that I'm working nights all but Friday and Sunday.  Got in a great Full-Body Friday workout modified to protect my sore back.

Day 119

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking on the turf this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Full-Body Friday.  Won't know for sure my work schedule until sometime tomorrow or Saturday afternoon at the latest. Writing late tonight so keeping it short. Back still hurting so took Aleve and used Bio-Freeze then bought a Copper Care back support and it helped at work tonight so will try it tomorrow for my workout.

Day 118

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Despite not wanting to I got into the gym for my Legs and no planned cardio.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking laps on the turf.  I've got 8.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 117

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Versa battery is at 53% on day 5 since I charged it last. Think it helps that i turned off the always on feature when tracking my workouts. Great Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT today. Tomorrow's workout is Legs with no planned cardio in the mid afternoon.  I've got 7.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.7# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 0.9# from yesterday's weigh in. Bought a Contigo stainless steel waterbottle that I've been thinking about buying for a couple weeks. 

Day 116

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT this late morning/early afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT.  Scale was up 1.1# from last Monday's weigh in think it was related to sodium being high and holding water since I didn't drink all my water like I normally do.  I've got 8.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 115

All green on my Versa, came up 20 or so steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church this morning but have over 15K steps. Plan for this week is to get into the gym all 5 days even if Thursday and Friday will cut it close. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15-20min cardio of choice. I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Sodium was up today as it was yesterday and I was down 1# from yesterday morning's weigh in. 

Day 114

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Won't know until a little later today my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days in the gym with a double workout if needed. I've won the Workweek Hustle challenge on the Fit Bit app with 84,127 steps. Scale was up a little this morning but sodium was over 2,300 MG too and that makes a difference. Trying to keep my sodium under 2,300 MG and still get in just under 1,500 calories per day. Posting early today since I work 3:45PM-9PM and will have my computer ready to shut down when I get home.

Day 113

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Full-Body Friday workout this morning. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days with a double workout if needed. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to reach my goal of 125. I'm still in the lead of the Workweek Hustle challenge on the Fit bit app by 9,165 steps with 8hrs to go. My Versa battery is at 40% so need to charge it a little later tonight. 

Day 112

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulder/Triceps and 20 min walking laps around the perimeter of the turf.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Full Body Friday.  I'm still ahead in the Workweek Hustle challenge on Fit Bit app but not as high as before. I've got 7.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.1# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Won't know my work schedule until sometime late tomorrow or early on Saturday to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

Day 111

All green on my Versa, achieved or plan to achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and no planned cardio workout this morning. Tomorrow morning's plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking laps around the turf. I'm still leading the work week hustle challenge on Fit Bit app but by 6,746 steps. Had a good exam at the doctor and have another on Friday morning for my first mammogram.  I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. 72oz of water down and 48oz more left to drink for the day to have my gallon of water in. Posting early so unsure if I'll achieve my steps per hour goal since church is tonight at 6:30PM and not sure if I'll get the 6PM hour or not.

Day 110

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Had to do something else for cardio today since the escalator (stair master) wasn't working not sure what was up with the whole north side of the gym with the clock not working either. Instead I walked for 5 min at 3.5 and jogged for 5 min at 4.2. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout before the cardio. Tomorrow's tentative plan is Legs but will see how I feel after my doctor's exam. I'm leading by 7,781 steps on the person in second on a Workweek Hustle challenge on my Fit Bit App. I finally a few minutes ago got the new updated dashboard and kinda like the format and having the challenge right under my today's stats instead of having to go to a different page on the app to see them. I've 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. Versa battery is at 56% so will put it on the charge a little later tonight.

Day 109

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill walk today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 10 min escalator (stair master) HIIT. I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Need to focus more on getting less sodium and control my snacking to reach my mini goal by mid to late August and my goal by September.  Plan is still to get my workout in on Wed or whatever my doctor lets me do after my appointment.

Day 108

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice. Plan right now is to still get into the gym for either my full Legs workout or a modified one but will see after my appointment if the doctor lets me. Slipped up the last couple of days but hoping to be back on track in the morning and start losing again.

Day 107

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 4 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. After another gym rest day it's back into the gym on Monday for Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice.  Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even if it's a modified legs workout on Wednesday.

Day 106

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Full-Body Friday workout this morning.  My Fit Bit Flyers are here and on the charge now and battery was medium when I got them so went ahead and paired them to my phone. Eager to use them on Monday for my Legs workout. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime either later today or tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. I've got 6.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.7# to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 105

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Versa battery is at 40% so will charge it in a few hours. I'm still 6.1# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.1# to reach my goal of 125. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking laps on the turf. Tomorrow's workout will be Full-Body Friday with cardio being running down and back 4 times then 3 exercises and repeating that 3 rounds so that's 12 times down and back for my cardio.  Last check of where my package is my Fit Bit Flyers are on there way and I should have them tomorrow so will charge and set them up tomorrow evening to use starting next week.  

Day 104

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and no planned cardio workout. Today's going over to another store was a waste of our time as they didn't really need us but we still got a lot done.  I've got 6.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.1# to go to reach my maintenance goal of 125. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walking laps around the turf. Had to use my notebook today since I have a 1 min rest between sets.  Felt so much better since I stopped taking SST in the morning and drinking both Mocha bang! and Iced Mocha Java Mio energy. 

Day 103

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Change in plan for tomorrow instead of being off I'm working 7AM-1PM and going over to another store since apparently they can't get their stock out without there manager over the stocking crew. I'm off on Thursday instead of tomorrow and off Friday as planned then go in early on Saturday as originally scheduled. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and no planned cardio. Worked great tracking my Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT using my word document so will again the rest of the week.  Wasn't planning on going into our store tomorrow when the girls and I get back but I'll have to since we are having a curtain transferred for a customer and I guess she/he was told they could get the curtain tomorrow evening.  I've got 5.7# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 12.7# to reach my maintenance goal of 125.

Day 102

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill walk this early afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT. I've got 6.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.9# to go to reach my goal of 125. Now I have all 5 of my workouts in word documents saved to my one drive on my phone. Think I'll track my workouts on my phone the rest of this week. Tomorrow will be the first time in a couple months that I've done the stair master (escalator) since it's my least favorite cardio machine. 

Day 101

Unsure if I'll go all green might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime. Writing early since I work 1:30PM-8:30PM today so will probably have my computer shut down or be ready to when I get home.  Might have to go easy on my workouts tomorrow with light weights but will see how my back feels after I get off work at noon and get into the gym. After another gym rest day today it's back into the gym for Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice.  Have my workouts all but Friday created into a word document and saved to my One Drive which is on both my phone and computer so I can track my workouts with my phone if I want to. Need to get Friday's added so will try and get that done either today or tomorrow. I've got 8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15# to go to reach my goal of 125. Not sure I still want to fully participate in a FB group challenge since I'm so close to goal now. 

Day 100

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Plan for the week is to get into the gym all 5 days since the schedule was published earlier today.  I've got 7.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. My back is feeling a little better but I took my Icy/Hot patch off as it got messed up so put some Bio-Freeze on it instead. Think I might stick with tracking my workouts using my notebook. My Fit Bit Flyers should be here on Thursday so will charge them when I get home from work overnight then get them all set up to use on Friday.

Day 99

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Change in plan today as I tweeked my back unloading the truck instead of my workout as planned I used the foam roller and stretched a bunch. Picked up my notebook and Friday's workout for August is a full body workout.  I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my goal of 125. On track to reach my mini goal by mid August and my ultimate goal by first of September. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days with a double workout or two if needed. 

Day 98

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime. Got in a great Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Tried to pick up my notebook today but 1 workout was missing so left it and will get it tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work then Biceps/Triceps. I'm focusing on Legs Monday and Wednesday, focusing on Upper Body Tuesday and Thursday this month but don't know what Friday's focus will be yet.  I've got 8.6# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. On track now that I'm trying to go no snacks and no eating after dinner again. Took a photo of my Monday-Thursday workouts but will need to retake them since I cut off the number of reps on one of the exercises from Thursday's workout.  Put my Monday-Thursday workouts into word documents then saved them to my One Drive on my phone so if I want to I can use my phone to track them. It&#
