Day 115

All green on my Versa, came up 20 or so steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church this morning but have over 15K steps. Plan for this week is to get into the gym all 5 days even if Thursday and Friday will cut it close. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15-20min cardio of choice. I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Sodium was up today as it was yesterday and I was down 1# from yesterday morning's weigh in.
