20 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 26 grams, C goal was 65 and I was over 12 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 4 grams. Decided to get my training session in this morning after breakfast. Versa battery is at 34% so planning on charging after I Complete Active day 3 of 4 for wk5 of Step Bet Maintainers challenge. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.  

20 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 12 grams, C goal was 65 and I was over 1 gram, and F goal was 30 and I was under 3 grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes training session after dinner. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/Lite Delts either after breakfast or after dinner haven't decided yet. Will see the time I have after breakfast before I have to be at work by 11AM.  Coach was happy with my numbers but cut another 5 grams from C so now instead of 70 for the goal it's 65 and 5 frame from F so now goal is 30 instead of 35. Last night's SpO2 was 92%. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drinking my Core ZZZ's now.

20 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 21.6 grams, C goal was 70 and I was over 0.7 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 1.4 grams. Tracked truck unload for my training session today. As of 5:30 my time/6:30 Coach's time haven't heard from him yet. Bought the pull up bar this afternoon and it's all put together will start my add one pull up a day tomorrow. So I'll start with 1 tomorrow then add one each day until I can do 10 without stopping. Might try using a band for the first few days. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get my ZZZ's made in a bit. Tomorrow's training session is Legs/Glutes after dinner.  For now will continue to use both Macros tracking apps and put the numbers from My Macros+ into the weekly check in spreadsheet. Last night's SpO2 was 95%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 16.8, C goal was 70 and I was over 0.4 and F goal was 35 and I was under 11.2. Got in a great Back/Biceps training session this morning. Plan on buying a pull up bar tomorrow to work on pull ups again.  Also bought a tripod to take better progress photos. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drinking my Core ZZZ's now. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Still need to take progress photos for the week and for Coach Adam plus measurements so will get that done Saturday morning.

Marcos were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 1 gram, C goal was 70 and I was under 9 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 1 gram. Tracked truck unload this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Back/Biceps after I get back from my hair appointment. Versa battery is 37% so going to charge soon. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and since I'm off won't be drinking Core ZZZ's.  Later this week will take measurements and progress photo for Coach Adam and will take them for the 8 week challenge. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 7.7 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 11.1 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 11.5 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and ZZZ's are ready and I'm drinking them now. This week's training plan is Monday truck unload in the morning, Tuesday Back/Biceps after my hair appointment, Wed truck unload, Thursday Legs/Glutes after dinner, and Friday Arms/Lite Delts after dinner. Last night's SpO2 was 92%. 

21 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 13 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 11.1 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 1.5 grams. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Core ZZZ's made and ready to drink shortly. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Measurements and progress photos taken in the My TransPhorm app. Still need to take measurements and progress photo for Coach Adam.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 12.2 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 2.2 grams, and F goal was 35 and I was under 0.1 gram. Got in a great Arms/Lite Delts training session this afternoon. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and Core ZZZ's are ready and sipping on them now.  Still taking progress photos and measurements in the morning before breakfast. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. 

21 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green in my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 11.7 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 2.1 grams, and F goal was 35 and I was under 4.5 grams. Great Legs/Glutes training session this evening even though I didn't want to as I started my cycle today. Tomorrow's training session will be Arms/Lite Delts after dinner. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water soon to make my ZZZ's. Taking measurements and progress photos on Saturday morning for the 1ST Phorm 8 week spring challenge and will use those measurements and another photo since the weekly photos are taken and kept within the My TransPhorm app. Last night's SpO2 was at 94%. Versa battery is at 34% so as soon as I complete Active day 2 of 4 for Step Bet Maintainer's challenge wk4.  The humidifier didn't make a difference in my SpO2 from the night before.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was over 2.5 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 9.2 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 4 grams. Got in a great truck unload this morning as it arrives just as I pulled into the parking lot. Tomorrow's training session is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Heard from Coach and he was happy with my numbers and just wants  bit more intensity to my cardio so going to switch it up and use my bike instead of walk. Have my vitamins ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water shortly to make my ZZZ's. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Might refill my humidifier and see if that makes a difference in my SpO2 for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal for today and had over 18K steps today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was right on point, C goal was 70 and I was under 13.7, F goal was 35 and I was under 11.3. Got in a modified Back/Biceps training session this evening. Tomorrow's training session is either truck unload in the morning or Shoulders/Triceps after dinner. Making my ZZZ's in a little while. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a little while ago so should hear back either tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 21 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 9.5 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 14.8 grams. Great Legs/Glutes training session this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Back/Biceps after dinner and after sending my weekly check in to Coach Adam. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and ZZZ's will be made shortly. Think I figured out how to get better progress photos I'll put my desk stand on the floor with my phone on it and step back far enough to get a full body photo. Will try it out later this week. Last night's SpO2 was 95%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was over 0.2 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 13.4, F goal was 35 and I was over 0.9. Tomorrow's training plan changed instead of track truck unload it's Legs/Glutes after breakfast as truck was moved to a different day not sure when yet.  Not making ZZZ's again tonight but will tomorrow evening. Versa battery was charged for a little bit this morning but will charge fully later as soon as I complete wk3 of Step Bet Maintainer's challenge. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Watched online church this morning an starting in June everyone will have to attend in person mass. I planned on going back at the beginning of May but will go back this coming weekend. 

22 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today as it was my refeed day so goals were 100P and I was under 21.5, 140C and I was under 27.7, and 40F and I was under 13.4. Took progress photos and think I'll try using a step stool to put my desk stand for my phone to take photos next week. Last night's SpO2 was 97%. Writing later than normal as I worked tonight since we had a call in and I was the only one that would answer my phone.  Again not making ZZZ's until tomorrow evening as I'm off tomorrow. Versa battery is at 35% so plan on charging a little tomorrow morning then until full battery tomorrow evening after I complete wk3 for step bet maintainer challenge.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today goals were 90 P and I was under 49.9 grams, 70 C and I was under 1.3 grams and 35 F and I was over 6.9 grams.  Got in a great modified Arms/Lite Delts training session this evening. Shooting for 3 training sessions and 2 truck unloads. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Not making my ZZZ's tonight since I'm not working tomorrow but will make it on Sunday evening as I work Monday. 

22 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today as they were yesterday. Goal was 90 P and I was under 34.8 grams yesterday and under 37.7 grams today, goal was 70 C and I was under 8.6 grams yesterday and under 8.5 grams today, goal was 35 F and I was under 14.2 grams yesterday and under 8 grams today. Got in a modified Legs/Glutes training session this evening. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. My Core ZZZ's arrived today so making some shortly. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/Lite Delts after dinner.  Decided not to join the zoom chat last night so waiting for the recording to be posted. Heard from coach last night and he was happy with the numbers so didn't change anything this week.

22 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal  and have over 18K steps for today. Unsure of my final macros but they should be good today. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps training session this morning after breakfast. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Writing early so haven't as of yet heard from Coach Adam yet. Working 3PM to 9PM so if all goes well I'll join the zoom chat on my phone from work.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was over 3.5 grams, C goal was 70 and I was  under 6 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 12.7 grams. Got in a great Back/Biceps training session in this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Shoulders/Triceps after breakfast. Sent my weekly check in to Coach around 4PM so not sure but might hear from him as early as tomorrow or as late as Thursday.  Plan on writing early tomorrow so I can shut down my computer before work. Last night's SpO2 was 93%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Great Legs/Glutes training session this evening. Macros were good today P goal was 30 and I was under 12.5 grams C goal was 70 and I was under 2 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 0.8 grams. Should have my Core order Thursday when I get home from work. Tomorrow's training plan is Back/Biceps after breakfast. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Wednesday's training plan changed it's still Shoulders/Triceps but instead of after dinner it will be after breakfast since I'm working 3PM to 9PM and not 11AM to 5PM like scheduled so might see how busy the store is around 6PM and join the team SYLL zoom chat if there aren't very many customers. Otherwise I'll watch the recording of it.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today target was 90 P and I was under 11.7 grams, 70 C and I was over 0.5 grams, 35 F and I was under 13 grams. Decided to order a couple tubs of Core ZZZ's then will try Core 21 from 1ST Phorm but break the pills and put the powder into water. Last night's SpO2 was 92% which was the lowest of the week. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and shortly will get fresh water to make my Core ZZZ's. 

23 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were good today goals were 90 P and I was over 0.4, 70 C and I was under 40.8 and 35 F and I was under 5.9. Will be more consistent with my numbers tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Still undecided if I want to order a couple tubs of Core ZZZ's and use half a scoop to stretch them out a little longer.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and have my meds ready for the week. This week's training plan is Legs/Glutes on Monday after dinner, Back/Biceps on Tuesday after breakfast, Shoulders/Triceps on Wed after dinner, Legs/Glutes on Thursday after dinner and Arms/Lite Delts on Friday after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2 achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps. Got the low battery notification on my Versa this morning so charged for almost an hour and will charge fully a little later. Macros goals were 90P and I was under 4 grams, 70C and I was under 5 grams and 35F and I was under 14.5 grams.  Got in a great Arms/Lite Delts training session this morning. Yesterday I did buy some pink nail polish and will paint them after I put my retainers back in.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get my meds ready for the week tomorrow evening. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. 

23 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros goals were 90P, 70C and 35F and I was under 29.2P, over 0.9C and under 28F. Those goals will be the same for the rest of the week as not sure yet when my refeed day will be. Got in a great Legs/Glutes training session after dinner. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast. Last night's SpO2 was 96%.  Walgreen's still didn't have the Emergen-ZZZ so thinking about ordering some Core ZZZ a tub or 2. I can stretch out a tub of Core ZZZ's by using a half a scoop. My vitamins and Alpha Care HD arrived today and good thing as I used my last packet of vitamins this morning. For any new readers my countdown is for a family wedding I'm attending in September.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today protein goal was 100 and I was under 29.7 grams, carbs goal was 90 and I was under 0.3 grams and fats was 30 and I was under 13 grams today. Heard from coach and my new targets starting tomorrow are 90 grams protein, 70 grams carbs and 35 grams fats. I thought he would be mad that I accidently signed up for the 1St Phorm My Transphorm 8 week challenge but he wasn't he thought that might help give me an added push towards my goal. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Walgreens was still working their stock so will check back after I get off tomorrow afternoon. If nothing else I'll reorder Core ZZZ's and get 2 or 3 tubs before my time with Adam is up in May. If I can't find the Emergen-C Emergen-ZZZZ anywhere I'll continue to use the 1 Core product. Tomorrow's training session is Legs/Glutes and I may even try the exercise circuit on the 1ST Phorm app.

Macros goal was the same as yesterday 100P and I was under 8.7 grams P, 90C and I was under 4.5 grams C, and 30F and I was under 9.5 grams F. Today ended up being a rest day since I got off at 5PM then got in the shower after dinner since tomorrow is an early to work day. Tomorrow's training plan is tracking truck unload. Sent my weekly check in to Coach before getting into the shower. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros target was 100 P and I was under 18 grams, target was 90 C and I was under 6.6 grams, and target was 30 F and I was under 12.8 grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes training session this evening. Tomorrow's training session will be modified Back/Biceps just after dinner and before my shower as I have an early day on Wed. Walgreen's was out of Emergen-C Emergen-ZZZZ so I bought some melatonin and will check on Wed to see if they got more in on their truck.  Last night's SpO2 was 95%.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get my melatonin ready to take this evening 20 min before bed.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today protein target was 100 and I was under 9.1, carbs target was 140 and I was under 3.5, and fats target was 40 and I was under 15.3. Feeling lots better today after feeling fatigued and cold most of the day yesterday. Arm is still sore from the shot on Friday. Awesome Easter Vigil Mass last night.  SpO2 for last night was 94%. Versa battery is at 34% so charging it up as soon as I complete week1 of the Step Bet Maintainer's Challenge. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and soon will get fresh water to make my ZZZ's. Almost finished with them so going to Walgreen's tomorrow for Emergen-C Emergen-ZZZZ.  

24 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros goals were 100P, 90C and 30F and I was under 8.5 grams P, under 6.6 grams C and over 0.3 grams F. Tomorrow's goals are 100P, 140C and 40F as it is my refeed day. Last night's SpO2 was 97%. Had my second vaccine shot yesterday and the side effects that I had were a sore arm, a headache, felt like sleeping all afternoon and had chills.  Great Good Friday Service last night now to wait until dark for Holy Saturday Mass to be live streamed. Took measurements and progress photos for Coach Adam and already have my advisor on the My Transphorm app so that's ready for after my year with Adam is up. 

24 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were food today targets were 100P, 90C and 30F and I was under 6.3 P, over 1.3C and under 5F. Those will be my target for tomorrow as well. Had my second dose of the Covid Vaccine about an hour and half ago and I feel good now but will see how I feel in the morning. I was trying to just put my photos on the My Transphorm app and accidently joined the 8 week Spring challenge. Had planned on joining the next one. Great Holy Thursday Mass last night and waiting to see if tonight's Good Friday Service will be live streamed or not. Last nights SpO2 was 96%.

24 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today target numbers were 100 grams protein, 80 grams Carbs and 30 grams Fats. I was under 20 grams Protein, under 16.1 grams Carbs and under 1.2 grams Fats. Got in a great modified Legs/Glutes at home training session this morning. Tomorrow's training session will be tracking truck unload. I was unsure if Holy Thursday Mass was going to be streamed but it was so that's done for tonight. Last night's SpO2 was 95%. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow as is soon my ZZZ's. Will have to see if 1STPhorm has a product similar to ZZZ's. Still for the time being tracking my macros on both My Macros+ and My Transphorm app.

24 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 6.5 grams Protein, under 13.6 grams Carbs and over 0.5 grams Fats. Got in a great at home Shoulders/Triceps training session this morning. Tomorrow's training session is modified Legs/Glutes as not sure I'll have time before work and after will be no time as I get off at 5PM then home to eat dinner then Holy Thursday church before a quick shower. Friday is an early day so taking my shower the night before. Heard from Coach earlier and he was happy with my numbers but wants just 1 refeed day a calendar week. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water to mix my ZZZ's later.  Still tracking my macros on both the My Macros+ app(those numbers go in the weekly check in summary) and My Transphorm app. Plan on taking my progress photo and measurements Saturday. Will put those in both the Shapez app and My Transphorm app. Night before last'
