Day 97

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min walking laps on the turf. I've got 8.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to reach my goal of 125. Finished Mindful Eating on Headspace app last night so tonight I'll get in today's meditation. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Left my notebook at the gym this morning as my trainer was looking for it yesterday so she can get my new workouts written in. Will see and take photos of my workouts for August tomorrow morning so I can post them and my Fit Bit activity results on social media post workout.  

Day 96

All green on Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 15K steps by the end of the day. Posting early since I work 2:30PM-9:30PM so might miss my headspace session but will finish Mindful Eating course and then just do the daily headspace meditation. I've got 9.2# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.2# to reach my goal of 125. Got in a great 750 meter rowing machine row and Chest/Shoulders then 750 meters more to finish up this morning.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min walking laps around the turf.

Day 95

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT workout in late this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meters rowing machine row then Chest/Shoulders and 750 meters rowing machine row to finish up.  I've got 8.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. I kinda slipped up this last weekend and ate after 6PM so going back to that as it helped me the last couple of weeks. I think after I finish the current headspace app course I'll get in Today's headspace instead so if I happen to miss a session then that's OK. 

Day 94

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes, came up 105 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church this morning. Will have over 15K steps for today. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 15 min either treadmill walk or HIIT haven't decided yet.  I've got 7.6# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. Been watching today so hopefully I'll have a loss for the week at weigh in tomorrow morning.

Day 93

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Schedule was published later in the day but I can get into the gym all 5 days so no double workouts needed. I've got 6.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.3# to reach my goal of 125. Still on track to achieve my goals by September for my goal of 125 and mid to late August for my mini goal of 132. Ready to have an awesome week of workouts to finish this training month before beginning a new one on August 5th.

Day 92

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Turf and Biceps/Triceps workout in late this morning.  Great final workout for the week today and next week is the final week of this training month so will get some new workouts on August 5th. I'm 6.6# from reaching my mini goal of 132 and 13.6# from my goal of 125 so still on track to be at mini goal by middle of August and my goal by September. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime later today or tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for all 5 days again this week but will be happy with 4 days and getting in a double workout if needed.

Day 91

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work and Biceps/Triceps with no planned extra cardio since I have Turf sprints to start my workout. I've got 7.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my goal of 125. On track to reach my mini goal by mid August and goal by September. Won't know until sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest my work schedule for next week to plan my final week of this training month. 

Day 90

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min laps around the turf today. Later than planned but still got it in. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf Work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off for 10 min.  I've got 6.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Still on track to achieve my mini goal by mid August and my goal by September. Dissapointed I have to send my Fit Bit Flyers back and get a replacement but not sure if I just need to send it back like I got it or if I need something telling what's wrong with it too. Will take to the Fed-Ex store downtown instead of send via the mail as it will maybe get back to them sooner so I can get my replacements sooner.

Day 89

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Got in a great 1,500 meter rowing machine row and Chest/Shoulders this morning. Still did awesome and the only chips I had were with the cheese dip I ate for dinner on break tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min laps around the turf unless there are lots of people who want to use the turf then will do laps around the foam mats. Versa battery is at 47% so will charge my tracker in a little while. I've got 6.1# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.1# to reach my goal of 125 so still on track to be at 125 by September. Just took SST today and not the cleanse too as I felt sick to my stomach after taking even 1 cleanse but can't take them back since I threw away the reciept. Since I went on vacation and stopped eating snacks while on my computer I'm down 4.2# so that proves that I can go without snacking while on my computer.

Day 88

All green on my Versa but came up 135 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in a resturant eating dinner tonight. I do have over 15K steps for today though. Great Legs and 15 min treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meter rowing machine row then chest/shoulders and 750 more meters to finish up.  I've got 6.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. I was down 1.6# from last week at weigh in today. Took SST Cleanse just 1 capsule this morning but think I'm not going to try it again as I was not feeling that great after taking it but pushed through my workout this morning.  It's back to work tomorrow afternoon but will get my workout in before I go.

Day 87

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. After a gym rest day today it's back into the gym tomorrow morning for Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet. I've got 6.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.7# to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 1.7# from last Monday's weigh in so should be OK. This morning instead of taking a full dose of Performix SST Cleanse I just took half and haven't had the reaction of a full dose being 2 capsules I think they are bigger than the Detox One from 5 Star Nutrition. 

Day 86

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but going to try and get them too. Came up 48 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight. Some weeks I get my 5PM steps in and some weeks like tonight I don't. Scale the same today so not going to post again the amount left to achieve both my mini goal of 132 and my goal of 125. Versa battery ended up at 50% before my shower at 10:15AM so put it on the charge from 10:25AM to 11AM and charged up to 92% and it's down to 88% now so might charge it up in a little while. Missed my headspace session last night as I knew it would be late when we got home from the play but still didn't get it in before we left. The Community Theater's production of Disney's Newsies was amazing last night I never knew in this area there were that many talented kids and adults.Schedule for next week was published last night during the first act of the play so I know I can get into the gym Monday-Thursday

Day 85

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Turf Work and Biceps/Triceps to finish off this week's workouts. I've got 5.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 12.9# to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 2.5# from Monday so that's a great thing and only thing I did different this week was not eat after dinner. Versa battery is at 58% so will either charge it tonight when we get back from the play Newsies or wait until tomorrow not sure yet will decide tonight what the battery status is. Using my TAL water bottle with straw and have since I just used the Bubba for a few hours. 

Day 84

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Turf work/Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 10 sec on and 10 sec off this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work and Biceps/Triceps no planned cardio since I do have a little cardio built into my turf work. I've still got 6.7# to achieve my mini goal of 132 and 13.7# to achieve my goal of 125 so still should be on track to reach my mini goal by August and my goal by September.  Had labs done today but no word from the doctor so must be good news that all is good but not sure or maybe they don't have the results yet maybe tomorrow. 

Day 83

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min turf walk this morning. As expected need to do fasting labs tomorrow but can drink regular water so won't put my Alpha care in my water until I get done. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. I've got 6.7# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 13.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 so still on track for achieving my mini goal by August and my goal weight by September. Thinking about using my Bubba Trailblazer water bottle for a couple days to ensure that I drink all of my water. Currently using TAL ranger water bottle with a straw the Bubba has a straw also.

Day 82

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great 1,500 meter rowing machine row and Chest/Shoulders workout today. Versa battery is at 60% so going to charge it a little later tonight.  I've got 7.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.2# to reach my goal of 125. Tomorrow's workout plan after my dr's appt. for a meds check is Legs and 20 min cardio of choice either turf walk or walk on the mats haven't decided yet will all depend on if the gym is busy and people are using the turf or not. Started using Performix SST cleanse but think I'll stop and just use the Thermogenic instead of both.  On track to reach my goal by August for the mini goal of 132 and September before vacation for my goal of 125. Think I'll talk to my trainer to see if once I reach 125 I'll have a certain number of pound leeway to stay in.

Day 81

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT.  Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meter rowing machine row then Chest/Shoulders and 750 meter row to finish.  I've got 8.4# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to reach my goal of 125. Scale should be nice to me again in the morning since it's day 2 without unhealthy snacks. Fit bit weight I was down 2.2# from last Monday's weigh in. This weeks workouts started out awesome I added a 25# plate to the sled and used a 45# bar with a 5# plate on each side for squats I just did 5 sets of 5 reps there and 2 sets down and back with the sled. Probably won't add weight on Thursday when I do the sled again cause I have to pull it back I push it down the pull back 3-4 sets. 

Day 80

Almost all green on  my versa just might miss active minutes but it's still early. Achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime. I've got 10.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.3# to reach my goal of 125.  After a gym rest day again today it's Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet. I'm down though 0.3# from last Monday's Fit Bit weight. Focusing on my food and workouts this week since I'm on vacation. I've been off of drinking protein shakes for post workout and lunch for about 2 months now and I feel great don't even miss them.

Day 79

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 15K steps for today.  When I got off at 5PM today I started my vacation so I can focus on my food tomorrow then both starting Monday. I've got 8.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to reach my goal of 125. Still should be on track to achieve my goal of 125 by late August to early September. After another gym rest day tomorrow it's Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet. Since I'm off tomorrow I brought my Bang Coffee in from the garage fridge tonight when I got home from church. 

Day 78

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Turf work and Biceps/Triceps workout in this afternoon to finish off this week in the gym. I've got 9# to lose to reach my goal of 132 and 16# to go to reach my goal of 125. Had a headache yesterday think it was because I didn't have any Bang Coffee until yesterday afternoon when I picked up another case.  Work 9AM-5PM tomorrow then not sure about Sunday before I'm on vacation next week and can focus more on my snacking and get my workouts in when the gym is less busy.   

Day 77

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Turf work then Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints this afternoon. I've got 10.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.5# to reach my goal of 125. After I did sled push/pull I jogged to the other end of the turf for battle rope and wall balls. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work then Biceps/Triceps with no planned cardio since I have it with the turf work. Almost have all of my water in for today. Bought a new water bottle yesterday to replace the one that got dented and the lid wouldn't open with ease like the other one so I bought replacement lid and straws and this one opens so much easier. Plan for next week is to get into the gym all 5 days in the morning Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Late morning on Wed since I have an appointment and will be up early on Thurs just in case I have to do fasting labs.

Day 76

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. I raised my steps goal and steps per hour goal so I went from 13K steps to 15K steps and steps per hour goal went from 10hrs to 13hrs. Got in a great Legs and 20 min turf walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work/Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. I've got 9.6# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.6# to lose to reach my goal of 125. Versa battery is at 61% so may charge it a little later on tonight. Work 10AM-3PM tomorrow, 9AM-2:15PM Friday then 9AM-5PM Saturday then not sure about Sunday yet before starting vacation on Monday to focus on my workouts and keeping my snacking in check. 74oz of water down and 46oz left to drink to quench my thirst for today.  Going for a meds check next week and will probably have to get labs done since it's been a while and my red blood cell counts should be better this time since I've been taking Ir

Day 75

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great 1,500 meter row on the rowing machine and Chest/Shoulders this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min cardio of choice. I've got 10.1# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.1# to lose to reach my goal of 125.  Unsure of what cardio I'll do tomorrow either turf sprints or walk on the Jiu Jitu mat will decide tomorrow after I get finished with my Legs workout.

Day 74

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Versa battery is at 55% so going to charge a little later tonight. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT 5 min walk, 5 min jog and then 5 min walk again. Tomorrow's workout plan is 750 meter row on the rowing machine the Chest/Shoulders and 750 meter row to finish up.  I've got 10.6# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.6# to reach my goal of 125 still planning on getting my act together and reach my mini  goal by mid to late July or early August and my goal of 125 by late August to early September at the latest.

Day 73

Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet.  I've got still 8.3# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to reach my goal of 125.  Scale is up just 0.2# from last week so will be careful and pray for a loss in the morning. Plan for this week is to get into the gym all 5 days so my workouts can be done on the day they are supposed to be and no double workouts needed. 

Day 72

Unsure if I'll go all green today might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Writing early since I work 3PM-9:30PM then unsure of my work schedule for next week yet so don't know if I work tomorrow and if so then what time. Planning on getting into the gym all 5 days but will do a double workout or two if need be. I've got 8.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Still planning on getting to 132 by Mid July to early August then my goal of 125 by early September if not before.  I won the workweek hustle challenge I was in on the Fit Bit app.

Day 71

 All green on Versa but came up 174 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in a restaurant eating dinner but have over 13K steps today. Still leading the work week hustle challenge I'm in on Fit Bit app with 6hrs 33 min left to go. Got in a great Turf work and Biceps/Triceps workout this afternoon.  I've got 9.2# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Really need to get my snacking under control so the losses will be more consistent. Won't know until tomorrow morning my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Planning on getting into the gym all 5 days but will do a double workout or two if needed.

Day 70

All green on my Versa today, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. I'm still leading the workweek hustle challenge I'm in on Fit Bit app with 1 day 8hrs 14min left. Got in a great Turf work/Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Tomorrow's great workout to end the week is Turf Work and Biceps/Triceps no planned cardio since I have turf sprints as a part of my workout. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to reach my goal of 125. Still hoping to reach my mini goal by end of July or first of August then my ultimate goal by end of August or by first of September at the latest. 

Day 69

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Great Legs and 20 min walk on mat today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Turf work/Back and 10 min row sprints on rowing machine. Took photos of my workouts so I have them beside me since my notebook is in my car with my lifting gloves. I've got 8.3# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to reach my goal of 125.  I think walking on the mat is my new favorite cardio I do half of the time going one way then the other half going the other direction. Still leading the Workweek Hustle challenge that I'm in on Fit Bit app with 2 days 8hrs 36min left.

Day 68

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great 1,500 meter row and Chest/Shoulders workout in this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and unsure if I have cardio or not my notebook is in my car. I've got 7.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. Legs are sore from yesterday's workout and think my arms might be too tomorrow from today's workout. I'm currently still in the lead for the workweek hustle I'm in on Fit Bit app by 8,000 steps. Might take photos of my workouts then post each day with the fit bit exercise screenshot that I post on my Facebook Page and on Instagram too.  By taking a photo of my workouts I can look at them when I don't have my notebook with me in the house or if I leave it out in the car and don't want to go out to get it.  

Day 67

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Got all of my workouts which are different than anything I'd ever done before. I get to play on the turf a lot more and get the ladder out of the storage cabinet. Scale was up 0.9# from last week. I have 8.1# to lose to reach my goal of 132 hopefully by mid July and 15.1# to lose to reach my goal of 125 hopefully by sometime in August or mid September. By looking at my new workouts there is nothing I need to google since I talked to my trainer and she explained some stuff that I wasn't sure of.  Won both daily showdowns I was in on the Fit Bit app and I'm currently in first on the Workweek hustle challenge I'm in also on the Fit Bit app.
