4/30/19

Doing really well without sweets as I once again avoided the candy in the stash drawer and break room at work. Almost all green but will miss active minutes. Will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Missed today's gym workout but plan weather permitting is a double workout tomorrow 20 min Legs AMRAP then Chest/Shoulders followed by legs and 20 min on stair master. Leading 1 workweek hustle on Fit Bit still but just barely in second place by about 2,000 steps.  Think I'll just wear the bumper on my Versa for when I'm at work and not wear it at home or maybe the gym. 

4/29/19

All green today and have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and well over 13K steps for today.  Did really well again today without any sweets but did eat a power crunch bar tonight.  Bought the standing charging pod and love it by my computer but will use the other pod for overnight charge.  Got my workouts into the gym app this morning and did a great Legs day and 12 min jog on treadmill. Tomorrow's workout plan is AMRAP Legs and Chest/Shoulders.  Recieved my vitamins in the mail around 2PM so took them.  Scale was down 1.8# since last week so doing really good. Getting into the shower shortly since I have an early day tomorrow to stock freight that we unloaded today.I'm leading both workweek challenges that I'm in I'm way ahead of my co-worker and ahead but only by just over 5,000 steps in the other one. I've been all green today since 2PM but have to keep getting steps to try and win both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app. Tomorrow or Wednesday

4/28/19

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime tonight. Scale is down 1.8# from last Monday and down 1.9# from Friday's weigh in. I've done really good the last 3 days I've stayed out of the candy bucket in the breakroom and candy drawer in the office.  As of now still unsure of my workout plan for tomorrow but if need be I can get in last Monday's workout again tomorrow since it's still in the gym app. Might check in with Johnyee in the morning if I don't see my workouts when I go on break around 9AM. Plan for tomorrow is to get a stand up wireless charging pod for my phone at Wal-Mart then pick up my hand sanitizer that I ordered from the website. Saw the charging pod one day last week and thought on it then decided that I want one will try it then see if I want to go back and get another one unless the only have 2 then will buy both. One for by my compute

4/27/19

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week. Monday late morning/early afternoon, Tuesday early afternoon, Wed and Thursday morning and Friday late morning/early afternoon. As of now 7PM on Saturday no new workouts in the gym app just yet but will log out then back in tomorrow to see and maybe even Monday if need be. Changed my Versa watch face back to photo and used a photo of our dearly departed dog. Day 2 of my for now 30 day transformation and I did really well staying away from the chocolate and snacks at work today. Scale is down 0.7# from Monday and from yesterday I'm down 0.8# so that's a pretty good start to my transformation journey. Today is day 3 of logging into the MFP site.

All green on my Versa today, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have or will have over 13K steps before bedtime. Got in a great 5 min warm up on Escalator(stair master) then 20 min Leg Circuit AMRAP got in 8 full rounds and 1 exercise into round 9. Took my measurements this morning and posted them here on the My Fitness Pal site.  Won't know my work schedule for next week for sure until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Right now hoping for 5 days in the gym but if not then 4 days with one day being a double workout day to catch up. Today is officially day 1 of my transformation just not sure of how long yet. Love my new Jbud earphones and have them on the charge for the weekend since I won't need them until Monday. Should have my new workouts in the gym app this weekend to start fresh on Monday.  I love the barcode scanner on the MFP app it's easier to log food without typing the description in to find it. Almost all green today on my Versa just will miss active mintues but achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 15 min treadmill HIIT this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 5 min warm up on stair master and Legs Circuit 20 min AMRAP style. Getting new workouts this weekend to start fresh with a new training month. Right now the plan is to take measurements tomorrow and take a beginning photo before my transformation officially begins on Sunday but with Monday being the first workout.My new Jbud earphones that I bought yesterday worked so much better than the Ihome ones I bought on Tuesday at Walgreens. Hoping for 5 days into the gym next week but will take 4 days but still getting in all 5 workouts but won't know my work schedule for sure until sometime on Saturday to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

Almost all green on my Versa today, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Back and 20 min on elliptical workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 15 min treadmill HIIT. Plan is to get a short box and try to go lower on my squats since I used a heavier bar on Monday so didn't go as low as I could've. Tried my new earphones this morning they were OK so I bought a new pair that's a different brand will try them tomorrow since the ones I bought a Walgreens would cut in and out when I was across the gym from my phone. Hope the Jbuds I bought at Wal-Mart are better. Thinking about starting a transformation on Monday will talk to my trainer to see how to start. Should hopefully have my vitamins on Saturday but if not then should get them on Monday since they ship from St. Louis, MO on Friday.

4/23/19

All green today on my Versa and achieved my steps per hour goal as well as have well over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on elliptical. Feeling lots better today as I haven't taken a nap yet. I'm in 2 workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit and am leading both of them. Bought a new pair of sports earphones today and they are charged and also paired to my phone and ready to go in the morning for my workout. Scale is down 2# from yesterday's weigh in just because I wasn't feeling good and didn't snack last night.

Almost all green on Fit Bit Versa today just going to miss active minutes and miles but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Got in an OK Legs and 20 min on bike today since I still have a headache and it was so bad this afternoon that I had to fight through it to get my workout in. Think on Thursday when I do squats again I'll use a shorter box to go lower since another member who's also a trainer told me I needed to go lower to really work the booty. Versa was at 50% about an hour ago and it's fully charged now. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row after warming up for 5 min on the escalator (stair master) since I didn't feel like it today.

Almost all green just might miss active minutes today but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime. After a gym rest day it's back into the gym tomorrow for Legs and 20 min cardio. Shortly getting into the shower since it's an early day tomorrow and Tuesday I work 6AM-noon both days so taking a shower tonight for tomorrow and tomorrow night for Tuesday. Almost done with my 4th 24oz bottle then one more to get my water in for today. Scale is down a little from last week just hope it holds or is down a little more for weigh in tomorrow morning.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but will get or try to get everything but maybe active minutes today. Achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime tonight. My bitmoji last night looked bored while sitting in church last night. Around 1PM today it was a salad and telling me to eat lunch but had to wait half hour as we were busy and another girl who hasn't had a break yet was also scheduled for break at 1PM so I waited as I'd already had a 15min break. Working tomorrow 9AM-3:30PM so going to church tonight and not much planned for tomorrow afternoon.

Almost all green today just going to miss active minutes tonight but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Got in a great Legs Circuit AMRAP style completed 7 full rounds and 2 exercises into the 8th round. Plan for the week is to get into the gym all 5 days since I'm off at noon on Mon and Tues then off Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Versa battery at 55% so will charge it shortly think it's because I had the notifications on that my battery has run down kinda quick so turned those off today.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bed. Keeping this short tonight since got home around 5:30PM then had to get ready for Holy Thursday Mass. Got in a great Legs and 5 min treadmill walk at 3.5 then 5 min jog at 4.0 and 5 min walk at 3.2 to finish for a total of 15 min. Tomorrow's workout plan is AMRAP Legs Circuit shooting for 7 full rounds in 20 min tomorrow.

4/17/19

Ended up all green yesterday and will do so again today and will achieve my steps per hour goal and well over 13k steps for today. Got in a great double workout and will take a shower shortly since spent most of the afternoon getting things back together after the bug lady came. Did Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row followed by Back and 20 min on elliptical. Knew it was a great day when I left a sweat angel as I think I've heard it called on the floor since I forgot to grab a mat for superman alternating to begin my Back workout. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15 min treadmill walk then Friday it's AMRAP Legs Circuit shooting for 7 full circuits this week but will see how tired I am after working 5:45AM-12:30PM for inventory and probably putting stuff back or whatever we need to do.

4/16/19

Almost all green today just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Think I'll do a double workout tomorrow Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row then Back and 20 min elliptical. Was busy cleaning and taking stuff out plus lots of laundry to get ready for the bug lady to come spray tomorrow morning. Scale was down 1.5# from Monday's weigh in so hope I can keep it and maybe lose a bit more to get back to 136 or below.

All green today since I took floors off of my Fit Bit Dashboard. Achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 14K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Unsure about my gym workout plan for tomorrow since the bug lady is coming a week early so might have to miss tomorrow to get ready then do a double workout on Wednesday. Plan is either Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row tomorrow or that then Back and 20 min on elliptical on Wednesday not sure just yet.

Almost all green just going to miss maybe floors today and active minutes but achieved or will have in a bit my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Left my workout clothes at work so I don't have to mess with them in the morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min on escalator (stair master) or other cardio machine. After a bit going to paint my nails but unsure of what color I'm going to do just yet. Think I might use my light blue color called Sail La`Vie for Easter.

4/13/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Stopped off at the gym this morning to get my Keto Bang! Coffee so I can have one tomorrow morning. Plan right now is to take my bag with my workout clothes for Monday so I can leave it there and not worry about my bag on Monday morning. Workout plan right now is to get into the gym all 5 days but that could change with this week being holy week. Versa battery is at 46% so as soon as I get 13K steps I'll put it on the charge for a bit tonight.

4/12/19

Almost all green today but will miss floors but achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs Circuit AMRAP style got in 6 full rounds and 3 exercises into round 7 in 20 min so will try to complete 7 rounds next Friday. Schedule was published early so I know I can get into the gym all 5 days yet again even if it means going about 4PM on Thursday. Hard to believe Monday starts week 3 of this training month. These months seem to be flying by. Plan on stopping off at the gym tomorrow and pick up my Bang! Keto Coffee and might even get one from the fridge too.

4/11/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and maybe active minutes but already achieved my steps per hour goal and will have 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill walk today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs Circuit AMRAP style. Last Friday I completed 5 full rounds and 2 exercises into round 6 so will try and complete 6 full rounds this week. Put my headband on at 8AM and didn't readjust it but took it off a little while ago. Wind wasn't as strong today so only got 1 floor instead of 8 like yesterday.

4/10/19

All green today even floors must be from this windy day cause I haven't done 8 floors today. Achieved or will have my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min on elliptical after 5 min stretch to warm up then 5 min stretch to finish up. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15 min treadmill might walk at 3.4 for 5 min the jog at 4.0 for 5 min then walk at 3.2 for the last 5 min to finish up not sure yet. Versa battery is at 47% so around 6:30PM I'll put it on the charger and rest for tonight watching the Chicago shows even though they are ones that have previously aired but unsure if they are ones I've seen or not.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but have achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before the end of the night. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and 10 min row today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on elliptical. Forgot to stretch to warm up but did stretch after my cardio this afternoon. Glad to be getting in all 5 workouts on the day I'm supposed to this week. Today was a 2 Bang! kinda day had one this morning and one while working out today. I'll have time to kill tomorrow so might wander through Wal-Mart and after my workout stop at Starbuck's and use my free drink before it expires.

4/8/19

 Almost all green just going to miss floors but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk broken up into 10 min walk at 3.4 then 5 min jog at 4.0 and finished up 5 min walk at 3.2. Forgot my ear buds in the charge at home this morning so used the headphones I had in my bag today for my workout. In a bit will put my ear buds in my purse so I'll have them for tomorrow and will get my workout clothes packed too. Versa is at 49% so will charge it as soon as I get my 250+ steps for the 6PM hour to complete my 10 hours of 250+ steps goal for today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row. Need to do a little more stretching than I normally do since I don't normally stretch or warm-up but starting tomorrow will take 5 min to stretch before beginning my lift then after Cardio cool down with a few light stretches too.

4/7/19

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but will try and get miles. Came up 129 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church then driving to work. Have over 13K steps for the day. Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio machine. Worked 11:30AM-7:30PM today then have to go back at 6:15AM tomorrow morning for truck so keeping this short tonight then will head to bed shortly.

4/6/19

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes but will have over 13K steps and already achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Plan on getting into the gym all 5 days and will have to figure out something to do after my Wednesday workout for several hours while the house is being fumigated. Just set my alarms for this week since I have kinda early days 3 days and 2 days of really early days. I got enough active minutes today to meet my goal of 7 days of activity. Have my workout clothes ready for Monday so I can leave my bag at work tomorrow and not worry about taking it on Monday morning early.

Almost all green but going to miss floors as always but achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Great Legs Circuit AMRAP style this morning I did 5 full rounds and 2 exercises into the 6th round. Next Friday going to try and do 6 full rounds. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Did deep cleaning yesterday because I had some bites on my leg from bed bugs so bought a new mattress, box and mattress protectors on Wed evening and cleaned yesterday for the exterminator to come on Wed morning to spray. Update on my fingers they are feeling a lot better I can grip stuff and not feel a twinge but still used my lifting gloves today to grip the kettle bell better. I think I hate the AMRAP cross-fit workouts of all of the cross-fit workouts that I've done. Versa battery is on 69% but still might charge it a little later tonight maybe around 6:30. Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Took a gym rest day to let my jammed fingers heal a little. Going to just miss Wed and Thurs workout this week but will get in Friday's As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min. Tomorrow's workout will be Legs Circuit AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 min. Did some deep cleaning today so missed my gym workout. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime on Saturday to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Plan on starting Pro Level 5 tonight a little later since I missed starting it last night. I've gotten my 2 min breathing exercise in from my Versa relax app last night. Haven't missed a day since I got my Versa and don't plan on missing a night but going 7/7.

4/3/19

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders and 10 min row workout today. Achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min elliptical and Legs and 15 min treadmill walk to get caught up before Friday. Got in all of my water today. Jammed my finger at work tonight and it hurts so keeping this short for tonight. Good news is it's not swollen or anything yet but will check in the morning.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but should just miss floors. Plan on achieving my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps by the end of the night. Bought a new Thermos brand water bottle with rotating meter to track water it's a 24oz water bottle so I just need 5 bottles to reach my daily water goal. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk instead of escalator (stair master) since someone was on it. I walked for 10 min then jogged at 4.0 for 5 min before walking to finish up. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulder and 10 min row and time permitting Back and 20 min on elliptical if not then will do that latter along with Thursday's workout on Thursday morning. NSV for today I added 2 2.5# plates on a 35# (I think) bar for 5 sets of squats, 2 sets of lunges, and 4 sets of hip thrusts.

4/1/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes. Came up 229 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in the restaurant eating homemade chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Will have 13K steps by the end of the night. Got my new Versa band and bumper today and put my new blue bumper on before going out to eat and then the new light blue band real easy when I got home. Don't know why but the Fit Bit Versa bands are harder for me to get on than the off brand bands. Haven't had a chance to put my new workouts into my notebook yet but will a little later. Plan is to get today's workout in tomorrow then time permitting will get tomorrow's in also but if not then will wait until Wed and do a double workout then.
