Unsure if I'll go all green today but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bed. Keeping this short tonight since got home around 5:30PM then had to get ready for Holy Thursday Mass. Got in a great Legs and 5 min treadmill walk at 3.5 then 5 min jog at 4.0 and 5 min walk at 3.2 to finish for a total of 15 min. Tomorrow's workout plan is AMRAP Legs Circuit shooting for 7 full rounds in 20 min tomorrow.
