Day 36 of 90 day transformation

All green well almost on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have 13K steps for today. Got in a great workout today after 30 min Fitness Circuit I picked out 2 or 3 of the exercises I did this last month and did them. My new workouts for June just Mon-Thurs are in the gym app so far but should have Friday's in there this weekend. Already have written the workouts I have so far into my notebook. Scale was the same today as yesterday and up just a little from Monday so will watch the rest of today and this weekend in hopes of having a loss for the week. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but if not then will get into the gym as many days as I can but get all 5 workouts in. 

Day 35 of 90 day transformation

All green on Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min elliptical and a little Chest/Shoulders to make up for not getting into the gym on Tuesday. Got my regular 1st Phorm vitamins in the mail but was late when I got home so had to take the vitamins from GNC that have such a big fish oil that I can't get it down without trouble. Tomorrow's workout plan is 30 min Fitness Circuit Legs and I might get on the stair master since I missed it this week and maybe row a little too since again I didn't get on it this week. 

Day 34 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa today, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps before bedtime. Decided I could modify my Legs and 20 min cardio workout enough to do at home since there was rain all around us when I got off work and didn't want to get caught in a downpour at the gym. Scale is down 2.3# since April 26th and still have 5.3# to lose by July 1st. Plan for tomorrow is still Back/Biceps and 20 min on elliptical before work. Quads aren't as sore today since I used my new foam roller last night to roll them and my back out too. 

Day 33 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Taking a gym rest day due to my sore quads. Tomorrow change in plan working 8AM-2PM so not sure if I'll get in both 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders then Legs and 20 min Cardio or just skip the AMRAP workout for this week. Thursday's plan is Back/Biceps and 20 min elliptical before work since we are getting hardwood floors put in that morning.  Scale is down 2# since April 26th and I still have 5.6# to lose to reach my goal of 132 by July 1st since I won't reach the June 1st deadline originally set for me. 

Day 32 of 90 day transformation

All green on my Versa well almost, achieved my steps per hour goal well almost in 10 min and have well over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and 12 min treadmill jog this morning an hour behind schedule due to the heavy rains this morning.  Tomorrow's workout plan weather permitting of course 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders.  I haven't used the gym app to log my food in over a month and other than to look at my workouts I don't track using it now that I'm using a different format sometimes Super Sets and sometimes not mixed together in the same workout. Scale same as yesterday so still plugging away trying to get to 132 by July 1st now since I won't make the June 1st deadline since it's 5 days away and I need to lose 6.1#. I'll try for July 1st instead to achieve this mini goal unless my trainer decides to lower that goal. 

Day 31 of 90 day transformation

All green well almost on my Versa today, achieved well almost and have well over 13K steps for today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 12 min treadmill jog. Will more than likely take a progress photo either tomorrow or later in the week then take measurements later this week as well. I've been up and down so far all month so think I know what I need to do in order to have a loss by either June1st which might not happen then by July 1st. Scale this morning was down 0.7# from last Monday's weigh in not much but still a loss never the less. Still down 1.5# and have 6.1# to lose to reach my goal of 132. Eager to start another work week hustle challenge on Fit Bit app. 

Day 30 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa today just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Schedule was published early this morning so I can get into the gym Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Friday morning. Will either do Thursday's workout on Wednesday morning or Friday  morning haven't decided yet. Not too bad since I did my nails on Monday they've lasted into the 6th day before starting to chip but I didn't put an extra top coat yesterday or today otherwise I think the color would've lasted until Monday.  Decided today to extend my transformation to 90 days. It's been a month today since I've had my last piece of chocolate/candy and I don't miss it at all. I just decided on April 26th that i didn't want anymore chocolate or candy. Will take another photo sometime this week and also take measurements probably on Saturday morning. I won the workweek hustle challenge I was in on my Fit B

Day 29 of 30 day transformation

All green on Versa today well almost and achieved well almost steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bedtime. It's after 5PM and the schedule for next week still isn't published yet. So unsure if i'm working Sunday or Monday yet and hoping to get into the gym all 5 days weather permitting of course as we've had crazy rain this whole week. Think tonight I'll have the baseball game on TV but watch the Chicago shows on my computer to catch up on the season finale of all 3 since we had weather coverage on Wednesday night.  Still no chocolate or candy for almost a month and I don't miss it.

Day 28 of 30 day transformation

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Change in plan for tomorrow instead of going to workout after work I'll be going to take flowers to the cemetaries for Memorial Day. Won't know until tomorrow late afternoon my work schedule for next week to plan my workouts for the week hoping for 5 days but we will see when it gets published. Think once the 30 days is over I'll extend it to 90 days instead. I've been 27 days without chocolate/candy. I last had chocolate/candy the first day I was tracking here on MFP so I've done really well and think I've beat my chocolate/candy addiction.

Day 27 of 30 day transformation

All green well almost on my Versa, achieved well almost in a couple hours my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps or will by the end of the night. I'm currently in 1st place but as of now 4PM by 611 steps in the workweek hustle on the Fit Bit app that I'm in.  Got in a great double workout in this morning to make up for yesterday and Friday will be another double workout to make up for not getting into the gym tomorrow due to working noon-6PM it will be tight getting there and back then to work by noon and after it will be too late so just going to do Back/Biceps and 20 min elliptical and 30 min Legs circuit on Friday afternoon. Might think about extending this transformation to 60 or even 90 days to see better results. As of now I'm down 1.4# since I stated on April 26th and have 6.2# left to reach my goal of 132 by June 1st so might have to extend that to July 1st. 80oz of water down the hatch and working on 40oz more to get my 120oz of water in for today. 

Day 26 of 30 day transformation

All green today well almost and achieved or will have in 4hrs my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps well as of now I have over 18K steps. Didn't get into the gym today due to the flooding and continued rain but will get into the gym tomorrow and do today's to make up and tomorrow's workout in the morning then on Friday get Thursdays in first and then Friday's after unloading truck. Will in a bit unplug both pairs of earbuds that I put on the charger last night to be ready for today but didn't use so will tomorrow. I'm leading the workweek hustle challenge on the Fit Bit app I'm in but the gal in second hasn't synced her tracker in 8hrs.

Day 25 of 30 day transformation

All green on Versa and have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have 13K steps before bedtime. Got in a great Legs and 12 min treadmill jog this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders.  Getting my water in today as the scale was up and I think it's from not getting all of my water in yesterday. Ended up almost all green yesterday just missed calories burned but did get active minutes. Charging both my Jbuds and Air Pods since I forgot to do that this weekend and didn't want my earphones to die on me at the gym tomorrow. I'm currently in second place in the workweek hustle that I'm in on Fit Bit app.

Day 24 of 30 day transformation

Day 24 of 30 day transformation. Almost all green on my Versa today but will miss active minutes but have over 13K steps. Came up shy several hours driving to my 86yr old (tomorrow) great aunts house to celebrate her b-day. Decided about 11AM to see if my grandpa's only other living sister whose 95yrs old and still has her mind was up for a road trip to see the other sister it was a great day and great surprise for the younger of the 2 aunts. Haven't had all of my water today and hope it doesn't show up on the scale tomorrow. Schedule was republished this afternoon and I go in at 9AM instead of 6AM on Friday for truck. I won the daily showdown I was in on the Fit Bit app for yesterday now to try and kick some butt on the workweek hustle challenge I'll be starting later tonight.

Day 23 of 30 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa today just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Got my Alpha Care HD Grape this afternoon when I got home from work it was here. 80oz of water down and 40oz of water left to finish before bedtime. Off for the next 4 days so will get into the gym 4 days but get in all 5 workouts by doing Thursday's workout on Wed since I work noon-6PM and the gym is usually busy after 4PM. Ended up in second place of the workweek hustle challenge on the fit bit app. I'm leading a daily showdown with 5hrs 8min left but the other chick hasn't synced her tracker for 7hrs. Friday's workout is up in the aire right now since there was a mistake with the schedule truck isn't coming at 6AM but at 9:30AM instead.

Day 22 of 30 day transformation

All green on my Versa and haven't but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have already over 13K steps. Scale is down 3.3# since I started this journey and have 4.3# to lose to reach my goal of 132 by June 1st. Great 30 min fitness circuit today. 80oz of water gone and 40oz more to go before bedtime tonight.  I should have my Alpha Care HD Grape by the time the mail comes tomorrow since it's just got to go across the state of Missouri the across state lines to Kansas and finally south so I should have it tomorrow. I've got 2 more weeks of this current month's workouts then will get new workouts. I'm barely in 1st place for the workweek hustle challenge that I'm in. 

Day 21 of 30 day transformation

All green on my Versa today well almost, achieved well almost my steps per hour goal and have or will have over 13K steps. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master and 10 min elliptical workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 30 min Fitness Circuit mostly focusing on Legs. 80oz of water down and 40oz more to go to reach my goal of 120oz for today.  Found out why I didn't get a reply from either e-mail I sent to 1st Phorm customer service about my Aplha care HD not getting it the shipment that came end of April. The e-mail replies went to my SPAM box but it's all taken care of now as the flavor I ordered originally was out of stock so I said if that happens again it's OK to send me the Grape instead. I've got some Cotton Candy Bang! on order so should have it by Tuesday since the deliverys come Tuesdays and Thursdays. Scale is down 2.8# since April 26th when I started this journey but I still have 4.8# to go to reach my goal of 132 by June 1st.  

Day 20 of 30 day transformation

All green well almost all green on my Versa today. Achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps before bed tonight. Scale the same as yesterday so still down 2# since I began my transformation. Sent an e-mail to 1st phorm customer service since I didn't get my last shipment of Alpha Care but that's OK cause my next shipment should ship late next week. Had to end up on the treadmill today instead of stair master because it was in use. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 20 min elliptical but might do 10 min on stair master and 10 min on elliptical to make up for not getting on the stair master today. After about a week of not having any Keto Bang! Mocha Madness I got more today and might either have Johnyee order me some Cotton Candy Bang so I can have a case of that to drink before my workouts when I workout after I get off work. 

Day 19 of 30 day transformation

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bedtime. Went ahead and bought the bubba trailblazer with straw the same color and like the one I had.  After getting my car serviced in the morning it's Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio machine.  Since I started this transformation journey I'm down 2# and have 5.6# to go to reach my goal of 132 by June 1st. 112oz down the hatch and 8oz left so will blow reach my gallon of water and then some today.  Not sure why but I drink water faster out of a waterbottle with a straw than I do one without the straw.

Day 18 of 30 day transformation

All green on my Versa today well almost. Almost achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great double workout today 30 min Legs and 12 min treadmill jog followed by 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders. 72oz of water down the hatch and 48oz left to go. Still thinking about getting the 40oz bubba with straw had one before but it dented so bought a smaller one instead. Since I need Power Crunch bars anyways I might get one tomorrow while on my lunch break will walk over to Wal-Mart. Since I started my transformation I'm down just 0.9# and have 6.7# to go to reach my goal of 132 by June 1st. Ended up almost all green yesterday just missed active minues but had it today after my workouts. After a gym rest day tomorrow due to working late it's back into the gym on Wednesday early afternoon since I'm getting my car serviced in the AM. Workout that day will be Legs and 20 min on escalator(stair master) or other cardio.

Day 17 of 30 day transformation

Posting early again today so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will try and get all but active minutes.  Almost went all green yesterday just missed active minutes but had over 16K steps by the end of the night. Scale was the same today as yesterday but still up just a smidge from Monday's weigh in but down from when I started 17 days ago just not as low. After a rest day again today it's back into the gym tomorrow for 30 min Legs and 12 min treadmill jog then 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders since I won't get into the gym on Tuesday.

Day 16 of 30 day transformation

Posting early so not sure if I'll go all green on my Versa today but might miss just active minutes and will try for miles and calories burned. Should have over 13K steps and achieve my steps per hour goal today.  Last 2 days the scale hasn't been kind I'm up from Monday but down still from when i started 16 days ago. After 2 gym rest days today and tomorrow it's back into the gym for 30 min Legs and 12 min treadmill job followed by 20 min AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders since I'll miss Tuesday's workout in the gym. I get off at 4PM that day and the gym is normal busy in the evenings. Reason for posting early today is I work 2PM-9:30PM and will have my computer shut down before I go since it will be late when I get home. Ended up second in both workweek hustle challenges and waiting on 2 people to sync their trackers still.

Day 15 of 30 day transformation

All green well almost, came up 99 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in a restaurant eating dinner then home but do have over 16K steps today. Got in a great 30 min fitness circuit mostly legs this afternoon. Must be a new company policy the schedule must be published by 5PM on Friday so I know I'll be able to get into the gym 4 days this week but all 5 workouts getting in Tuesday's workout on Monday. Got some ideas from my trainer to help figure out why I'm not losing like I should for these last 15 days.  Still leading both workweek hustle challenges on fit bit app with 5hrs to go on one and 6hrs to go on the other.

Day 14 of 30 day transformation

All green today well almost just need calories burned but will get there. Haven't but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Have well over 13K steps now and more as the night goes on. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min on elliptical in this morning and find I do better with my own music but never tried not wearing my headphones now that I'm tracking not using the annoying voice on the gym app. Tomorrow's workout is 30 min Legs circuit and I can modify for home if we decide to do something after I get off at 1PM tomorrow. Versa is at 66% so might charge it later just to have full battery.  Weight is still the same today as it was yesterday so need to talk to my trainer and have her tell me how I can tweek my food a little so I can drop the 4.8# before June 1st.  Still leading both workweek hustle challenges on fit bit app.  

Day 13 of 30 day transformation

All green today well almost achieved my steps per hour goal well almost and have 13K steps well almost as I'm posting at 5PM. Got in a great Legs and 20 min on escalator (stair master) this morning. Instead of making the day as the title I decided to count the days of transformation. Ended up all green yesterday when I wasn't sure that I would get there. Since I started my transformation 13 days ago I'm down just 2.8# and have 4.8# left to get to 132 by June 1st which is the target date set by my trainer. Other than to see my workouts I haven't been on the gym site in 2 weeks and haven't actually used the app to have the trainer's voice on it count me through some of the reps but I put a check mark beside the exercise once I finish the final set. I find it's easier to track it that way than to have the annoying voice take me through the exercises. Went to Wal-Mart today and bought 3 P3 protein plates and a box of 5 protein trays all turkey flavor of course.

5/7/19

Posting early so not sure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps.  Got in a great 20 min Legs AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio depending on if the stair master is free or not. Didn't go any faster on AMRAP but that's OK I stopped a few times to get a drink of water and catch my breath. So I don't miss it today will get my headspace Letting go of stress session 2 of level 2 in later so I don't forget when I get home later. Still leading both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app. Instead of drinking a post workout shake I ate a P3 turkey protein plate and will get turkey protein trays to eat post workout on the go. Might eat the ham protein tray that I also bought today later. 48oz of water down and 72oz to go and almost done with my third 24oz bottle so will have it hopefully before 8PM tonight. 

5/6/19

Almost all green just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in an OK Legs workout at home modified this morning since I got off at 6PM and the gym is busy at that time.  Miscalculated I'm down 0.6# from last week but still down 2.5# since beginning my transformation 11 days ago. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min Legs AMRAP and Chest/Shoulders. I'm leading both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app. It's been 10 days since I've had chocolate/candy and I don't miss it.

Almost all green just will miss active minutes today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Plan on either getting tomorrow's workout in before I go to work or after I get home. Unofficially scale is down 0.7# from last week but since I started I'm down 2.5#. Will see what the scale says in the morning to see how much I've lost for the week and since I started on April 26th. I won both workweek hustle challenge on my Fit Bit app going to try it again this week. Leading but barely a daily showdown today. I've been 9 days without having any chocolate or sweets so doing really good and feeling great too. 

5/4/19

Almost all green today but came up 31 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have well over 13K steps. Scale still hovering in the 137's but need to start losing so trying to not drink a shake even for lunch might buy some of those P3 snacks to eat after my workout it's got 3 sorces of protein in it.  Looking at Monday's workout I think it's something I can modify for home so I don't have to do a double workout on Tuesday to catch up. Off at 6PM instead of 8PM on Monday so can get that done after I eat.  I was hungry when I got home today so got a slice of bread and put a little peanut butter on it so good and was satisfied until it was time to eat dinner. I won both workweek hustle challenges on fit bit and challenged the peeps who I had the most competition to a rematch this week but not my co-worker cause it's too easy to beat her when I unload truck and get lots of steps with second day truck where we stock the new stuff

5/3/19

All green today well almost, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Leading both workweek challenges on Fit Bit app still leading 1 by 18K steps with 6hrs left and the other by 31K steps with 7hrs left. Got in a great Legs Circuit this afternoon after unloading a full trailer.  Talked to my trainer and she wants me to cut 1 shake a day and eat after my workouts instead or for lunch. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Shooting to be 132 by June 1st that's a 5# loss in about 30 days so think I can do it just need to watch my food better and get my water in. Today's workout I tracked the time on my Versa since I needed my phone timer for 30 seconds. Work schedule was published early so I can get into the gym 4 days but will do all 5 workouts. Will miss Monday's workout but will catch up on Tuesday.

Hard to believe I've been back on MFP for a week now as I rejoined last Thursday morning.  30 day transformation is going really well and I had a feeling but found out for sure that the style for my new workouts are patterened after workouts of someone preparing for a fitness comp. Almost all green today will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps before bedtime. Still leading both workweek hustle challenges that I'm in on Fit Bit app. Leading 1 by 26K steps and the other by 10K. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs circuit not sure how I'll track the time since it's also a as many reps as I can in 30 sec kinda of workout. Might just use my phone timer for 30 sec and see how long it takes me on my Versa to get 30 minutes. As long as no one is over by the mirrors I'll set my stuff up there since the only equipment I need is a kettlebell for swings and deadlifts. Again today as I write this I have 48oz of water left and almost halfway through the c

Doing really well today but it's mainly because I'm off today and tomorrow.  Almost all green on my Versa haven't gotten steps, miles, calories burned or achieved my steps per hour goal yet but will soon. Got in a fabulous double workout today and tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 20 min ellie. Other than to see how to do some new exercises I've not logged onto the gym site since switching over to MFP on Thursday of last week. Think this month for sure I'll track using either my notebook the on the app later or look at the app to see what to do but will track on the app by just doing the check marks at the end of my workout before Cardio tomorrow. Looks like Friday's workout is one I can set up over by the mirrors as all I need is the kettlebell. This way I can go through my circuit and not be in the way of anyone.  Still leading both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app. Haven't worn my Versa bumper today but other that the gym I haven'
