14 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today over 2.3 grams on carbs and over 13.9 grams on fats. Workout plan still in tact form the week. Need to get my workout bag ready for Tuesday morning either tonight or tomorrow. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a little while ago.   

15 Weeks out

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa 2 but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today.  Again unsure of my macros but working hard to have over 90 grams of protein, under 50 grams of carbs and fats. Workout plan for next week is Monday at home workout, Tuesday Morning gym workout, Wednesday morning gym workout, Thursday at home workout and Friday also at home workout unless on Thursday I track truck unload and use that for my workout. Working 1PM-9:30PM today so that's why I'm writing early today. Took measurements for June this morning and put it in my weekly summary to send to Coach Adam tomorrow along with my progress photo which I posted as well to the Facebook Group for team SYLL.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 21.2 grams on carbs and 13.5 grams on fats. Wont know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my gym workout days and at home workout days.  

15 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros could have been better over 9 grams on carbs and 12 grams on fats today. Got in though a great Chest/Shoulders and 30 min on Slim Cycle this morning. Tomorrow's workout is tracking truck unload. Wont know my work schedule for next week until sometime Saturday to plan the number of days in the gym.

15 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today but was over 15.4 grams of fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 30 min on slim cycle this morning. Got a current weekly summary with new dates until the new ones are ready for us to use.  Tomorrow's workout will be upper body just not sure yet.

15 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were better today over 24.7 grams on carbs but under on fats. Over 6.1 grams on protein but that's OK. Still waiting on my new weekly check in from coach. Plan on Legs/Glutes and 30 min on Slim Cycle tomorrow morning. 

15 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 6.3 grams on carbs and 13.9 grams on fats. My back is feeling better so will get some lifting in on Wednesday morning. Coach lowered my fats by 5 grams this week but waiting for my new Weekly summary to be sent. Workout plan for next week is to get back into the gym. Work schedule will dictate how many days I get in there as I'm scheduled 35-37 hours a week. 

15 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today but over 5.5 grams on carbs and 9.5 grams on fats. Sent my weekly check in to coach Adam and eager to get my new summary. My back is feeling better so will get in some light lifting and cardio this week.

16 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today over 16.7 grams on fats but great on protein and carbs.  My back is feeling better now but will see how it feels on Monday after I get off work to decide if I take more days from lifting and just get cardio in on my Slim Cycle.

16 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros weren't as good today so will work on that this weekend. Got in 25 min on Slim cycle this morning.  No schedule for next week yet so should be published tomorrow. My back is feeling better today but will see how it feels after next time I work. 

16 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  2 truck unloads in 2 days my back is so sore I'm skipping the bike for today. Macros were good today but over 2.9 grams on fats but great on protein and carbs. Got my invoice last night and sent payment so hopefully will get the new weekly summary soon as will need it on Monday. Macros were pretty good yesterday over 3 grams on fats but great again on protein and carbs. Supposed to be off Sunday but will believe it when the schedule is published Saturday at the latest.

16 Weeks, 3 days out

Writing early so unsure how my macros will be or if I'll go all green on my Versa 2 but plan on having over 18K steps for today. Got in 20 minutes on my bike this morning so this is day 3 for me. Decided this morning to continue using the daily food logs even if coach doesn't want them sent. Between their backyard flood (again) and his b-day today not sure if I'll hear back until maybe tomorrow or weeks end.  Time on the bike went by so fast by listening to a podcast than it did on Tuesday evening just watching the news. I'm writing early today since I work 1:45PM-9:15PM tonight and will just finish my food log before getting ready for bed. 

16 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were great today now to keep that up the rest of the week. Was just going to go 15 min on my cycle but went 20 min while listening to a podcast. Coach Adam was happy with last weeks results and didn't want me to send my food logs this week. He said I could use them if I wanted to but didn't have to send them. Mentioned in my reply that it's time to renew and asked if he would have his wife invoice me for a year this time. 

16 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Back still hurts so just will use the new Slim cycle that my mom ordered from Amazon and it arrived today. Plan is to start out going 15-20 minutes on it the work my way up to 30 minutes or more. Macros were just OK today over on both Carbs and fats. Didn't realize until this morning that my time with Coach is needing to be renewed so when I get my reply probably tomorrow I'll see if he will have his wife who does the invoices to get me one for a year this time. I saved my stimulus check just for my working with Coach Adam and team See you later leaner. Gyms opened back up today but I'm still waiting until the first of June to go back.  

16 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today I was over 8.3 grams on carbs and over 2.7 grams on fats. Sent my weekly check in and daily food logs to Coach Adam. My back was feeling better then lost my footing scanning a price ticket on a patio umbrella and feel on my butt so my back is stiff again. Using a pain relief roll on to help my back pain. Hoping to get a workout in on Tuesday but will see how stiff it is after work.

17 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today but over 17 grams on carbs so will work on that tomorrow. I've got 21.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. My back is feeling better but going to see how stiff it is after work on Tuesday.  Think I'll just use the My Macros+ app and not bother with the website. Plan is 4 days of workouts this week provided that my back feels good.   

17 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were the best all week under on fats and carbs today. Truck unload was a joke as it was 101 pieces and all furniture.  Back feeling better but kinda glad to have a couple extra days before truck unload on Monday. Trying to decide if getting My Macros+ pro is worth the money to access the website when I can use the app just fine. 

17 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good again today over 11 grams on fats but good on protein and carbs. Didn't track it but did an arm giant set 5 sets of 10 shoulder presses, svend press, biceps curls and hammer curls. Back is feeling much better today but will be careful with truck unload in the morning. Blood glucose fasting was low again today. On Monday gyms/fitness centers can open back up with limits and restrictions. I think it's too soon so going to wait until early June before I go back to the gym.   

17 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today over 1 gram on carbs and over 4 grams on fats today so not too bad. My back is a little better but should be lots better by Friday. Blood glucose fasting today was 75 the lowest it's been since I started tracking it. Might try and do some body resistance upper body exercises tomorrow morning. Still getting the hang of removing my Invisalign trays but the lowers are getting a little easier. 

17 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today over 29 grams of carbs but great on protein and fats. Heard from Coach and he was happy with my weight and glucose trending down. Got the buttons for my Invisalign thus morning so now the trays are tighter and at first had trouble taking out the lower one.   Back is still sore so gonna take this week off from my workouts then see how my back feels even on Friday when we unload truck. 

17 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today.  Taking a few days off from my workouts to let my sore back heal. Sent my weekly check in to Coach yesterday but haven't heard back yet to see if he changes my macros. I was over 17 grams on carbs and over 2 grams on fats today.  Started a new week on step bet made my goals last week and should this week too. Get my next couple sets of Invisalign trays and the buttons put on tomorrow morning before work. 

17 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Tweaked my mid to lower back again so going easy on workouts so need to focus on macros. I was over 11 grams on carbs and 4 grams on fats. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a little bit ago. Might use the daily food logs that Coach sent Monday through Friday just for my own use then if he wants them I can include them in Sunday's weekly check in email. 

18 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good but over16 grams of carbs. Sent food logs to Coach Adam yesterday and will send weekly check in tomorrow evening.  Plan is 3 days of workouts this week. Was planning on before work on Tuesday but won't have time after my dentist appointment.

18 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were OK today over on carbs but still sent my food log to Coach Adam a little bit ago. Got in Superset Biceps curls and Hammer curls before Legs/Glutes. Plan is to get a workout in on Monday morning, if all goes well is a workout on Tuesday before work, Wed either after or a workout rest day and track truck unload, workout after work on Thursday and Friday morning.

18 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today but over 22 grams on carbs so will track one more day using the tracking sheet that Coach Adam sent me on Monday evening. Will send them to him tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is a few arms sets then Legs/Glutes (Giant Set).  Started a step bet and for week 2  I've achieved 2 power days and 1 of 4 active days. 

18 Weeks, 3 days out

Almost all green on my Versa 2 might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were great today maybe the best yet. Tomorrows workout plan is Arms and cardio in the afternoon.  It's almost time for new Invisalign trays I get them on Tuesday morning then think I change them out every 2 weeks but not sure. I just know I go monthly to the dentist after this 2 week trial is over.

18 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 20K steps for today. Great Shoulders(Giant set) workout this morning. Started using the daily food tracker that Adam sent me and I was only over 1 gram on carbs but great on fats and protein. Still need to have more protein while less carbs and fats. I've got 22.3# to go to reach my goal of 125 by a family wedding that might be postponed until the first of next year. 

18 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 20K steps today. Macros were good today but over 13 grams on fats but carbs were good today. Next couple of days going to track my food on a different sheet and send to coach Adam. Still trying to have more consistent days of great macros. 

18 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 20K steps today. Macros weren't that great today but will work harder this week to have more great macros days.  Plan is 3-4 days of workouts this week.   Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a little bit ago.

19 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today only over 3 grams on carbs today but everything else were good. Workout plan for next week is 4 days of at home workouts.  After having a sore mouth from Invisalign my mouth is finally used to them that I'm no longer in pain.  Have my measurements and progress photo ready to send to Coach Adam tomorrow evening. Went to online church tonight that was taped earlier this evening.

19 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 15K steps for today. Thinking about upping my goal to 16K or 17K steps per day. Macros were good again today just over 9 grams on fats.  Got in a great Back/Glutes workout this morning. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my at home workouts. Kansas governor Kelly decided to not reopen gyms/fitness centers and beauty shops until May 18th that's OK with me because I hadn't planned on going back to the gym until at least May 25th or June 1st week. My count down is for a family wedding scheduled for Sept 12th but might get postponed until the first of 2021 due to the virus.
