Day 250

Final journal for 2019. All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest and 20 min rowing machine row as my last workout of 2019. For my first workout of 2020 it will be Legs/Back and 8 min boxing combo. Macros were lots better today Protein was higher than carbs but fat was still above 40 grams. I've got 8.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Plan on taking progress photos and measurements tomorrow morning to send to coach. For 2020 I'm going to be more mindful of my snacking and totally give up sweets so I can be more consistent with increasing my protein while decreasing carbs and fats. Also I'll take coach's advice to heart and get the results that I know I can achieve.

Day 249

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but need to improve on increasing protein while decreasing carbs and fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest and 20 min cardio unsure if I want to get on the treadmill or rowing machine. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.8# to go to reach my goal of 125.

Day 248

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Again unsure of my Macros for today but will try and get my food journal finished up soon so I can get my check in e-mail sent to coach before I leave for work. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 0.6# from last Monday's weigh in. I'm excited to tell coach that I'll get into the gym all 5 days this week after only getting in a couple of days over the last few weeks. Writing early today since I work 2:15PM-8PM then home for a quick shower and bed to be up at 4:15AM tomorrow to be at work by 6AM for truck.

Day 247

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes and came up 62 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal but have over 15K steps today. I've got 7.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Macros were a little better today but still need to improve on increasing my protein while decreasing my carbs and fat. This week I'll get into the gym all 5 days so might have to do an old workout or two since I have some athome workouts too with the new set. I won both workweek hustle challenges on fitbit app and am leading a custom challenge with 8 days 10 hours and change left. 

Day 246

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great double workout this morning decided after I got to the gym that I wanted to get in Chest and 8 min boxing combo then Legs/Back and 20 min row. Macros were a little better today but sill need to work to increase protein while decreasing carbs and fat. Fat was a little better today just need to get carbs down more consistently. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my at home workouts VS gym workouts. Goal for 2020 is to get into the gym more consistently and actually do my at home workouts when work schedule won't let me get into the gym. I've got 7.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 245

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't the best again today need to get more consistent with increasing my protein while decreasing fat and carbs. Also need to get better and more consistent with my training which should be easier now that the holiday hours at work with today being the last day we opened early and close late. I'm so ready to get into the gym more days and I know I need to actually do my at home workouts that I've been given by Coach. He was out of town for the holidays and just got to check in with me. I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 244

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Versa battery is at 46% so will charge it shortly. Macros weren't good today but it's a holiday so not going to be mad at myself for it. Back on track tomorrow. Watching season 3 of Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime Video. I've got a few episodes left then I'm all caught up and ready for the new season. I've got 8.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 243

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try and havce 15K steps before bedtime. Versa battery was at 25% when I got home so on the charge for a little while before putting on my dressy band and bumper cover. Unsure again of my macros but will watch at dinner tonight. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.8# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Versa has been on the charge not quite 10 minutes and is at 40% so might let it go until 45% or 50% then take it off and charge to full tomorrow evening.  Sometime tomorrow afternoon I'll get in an at home arms workout. 

Day 242

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but still need to increase my protein and decrease my carbs while fat was better today under 40grams. Great at home legs workout and 20 min walk this evening. Tomorrow will be a rest day since it's so busy. I've got 8.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. Versa battery probably could use a charge tonight but will wait until tomorrow when I get home and let it charge for a half hour or so then charge to full on Wednesday afternoon or evening.

Day 241

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but still need to get better and increase protein while decreasing carbs and fat. Gonna be hard with 1 more Christmas dinner to go on Christmas Eve but will just have to work harder at it. Haven't sent my weekly check in to coach yet but will shortly. Wanted to get this done before watching another episode of the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel which I've been watching most of the afternoon. Plan on getting in an at home workout tomorrow, Wed, and Thursday and then a gym workout on Friday and track truck unload on Saturday. Switching my Saturday rest day for Tuesday which will be busy work until 3PM then head out for Christmas Eve dinner. 

Day 240

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try to get 15K steps in today. Plan for next week is try and get in 3 at home workouts and 1 gym workout and track truck unload on Saturday morning. Unsure of how my macros will be but gonna try and keep it in check. Drank my Lean 25 shake for lunch and will eat my Level 1 bar soon. Drinking another V8+Energy since I didn't get a chance to take a nap and I've been up since 4:15 tis morning to be at work by 6:30AM. 

Day 239

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Burned 595 calories in about 2hrs unloading truck this morning. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my gym days and my at home workout days. I've got 7# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Macros weren't as good today more fat and carbs than protein today. Plan on making a Lean 25 shake and drinking it on the way home then before church eat a Level1 bar to maybe not eat as much tomorrow evening at family Christmas.

Day 238

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders and 20 min walk this morning. Tomorrow's plan is track truck unload instead of getting into the gym since I get off at 2PM and have stuff to do. I've got 7.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.6# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Macros were better today but still a little more carbs than protein. Need to try and be more consistent with my Macros. Listening to a Contest Prep University podcast on Youtube. Think I have my plan ready for Christmas on Saturday with my food making sure to track everything that I eat.

Day 237

Got in a great Chest and 20 min turf walk this morning. Macros were great today now to be more consistent with this. I've got 8.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Charged my Versa last night so all ready to go for 5 or so days. Learning a lot from my Coach and from Joe on Contest Prep University podcast on Youtube. I love to listen to this when I get my longer cardio. I'll listen to music when I am getting in my 8 min boxing combo.  

Day 236

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Shoulders/Arms workout today and hoping the weather/road conditions improve so I can get my gym workout in tomorrow. Macros were better but still need to try harder to get them more consistent. I've got 7.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. Versa battery is at 40% so will charge it later this evening during The Voice live Finale. Plan on writing my workouts into my notebook which is in the car now so I can take video if I want to and still be able to see which exercise I need to do next. Coach wants me to do 3 days of 20 min Steady Cardio and 3 days of 8 min HIIT Cardio per week. 

Day 235

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Weather not on my side so far this week so in addition to the Legs/Glutes workout I did today it will be Shoulders/Arms at home workout tomorrow then hope to get into the gym Wed-Fri. I've got 6.4# to to to reach my mini goal of 135 and 16.4# to go to reach my goal of 125. Macros weren't great today so will try and improve that tomorrow.

Day 234

Macros were not the best today more carbs and fat than protein but need to work on that. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Plan is still the same for this week at home workout tomorrow then gym workouts the rest of the week. Haven't sent my weekly check in to coach yet but he won't be happy my weight was up this week. 

Day 233

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better but more carbs and fat than protein today so will be careful tomorrow to not have a gain for Monday's weigh in. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020. Workout plan for next week is still Monday at home workout then Tues-Fri gym workout days. 

Day 232

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Legs/Back and 5 min boxing combo. Macros were good today and it's the first time ever my carbs and protein have been the same. Fat was really good today. Schedule was published this afternoon and had to call since my availability for next Saturday was over ridden so now I'm off at 12:30PM instead of 6PM like originally scheduled. Plan for next week is Monday at home workout, Tuesday gym workout, Wednesday gym workout, Thursday gym workout, and Friday gym workout. The only at home workout day is Monday because I get off at 2:45PM and that's too close to my personal cut off time to go to the gym. I've got 7.1# to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.1# to reach my goal of 125 by April 25, 2020 which is my 1yr anniversary of tracking my food on My Fitness Pal.

Day 231

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great workout unloading truck this morning burned 320 calories in just over an hour.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Back and 5 min Boxing Combo. Macros were better today but still a little more carbs than protein but fat was below target. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020. I picked that date as it will be my 1yr anniversary of tracking again on My Fitness Pal. Still need to get better at being consistent with my macros. 

Day 230

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk workout this evening. Plan for tomorrow is to track truck unload at work which is a workout in itself. Macros weren't as good today more carbs than protein but fat was better still. Need to be more consistent with my macros. I've got 7.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 by the end of the year and 17.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020. Won't know my work schedule until Saturday at the latest to plan my gym workouts and at home workouts. 

Day 229

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest and 5 min boxing combo this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is At home Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk. Macros were great today now to be more consistent with them. Instead of a mini goal of 132 by the end of the year will shoot for 135 since I just have 3 weeks until the end of 2019. I've got 6.7# to go to reach my goal of 135 and 16.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020.

Day 228

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were good but need to be more consistent. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk at home workout this evening. I've got 9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16# to go to reach my goal of 125 still on target as of now to reach that goal by April of 2020 or sooner. Still planning on taking a progress photo tomorrow afternoon. 

Day 227

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes and will miss atleast a couple hours on my steps per hour goal sitting in a Christmas Cantata this evening but will have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but fat was still too high need to work on getting that down and being more consistent with my carbs and protein numbers too. Sent Coach Adam my weekly check in and hopefully he will be happy my weight was consistently down this week. I've still got 9.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 which I hope to do by the end of the year and I've got 16.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 which I hope to do by April of 2020 which will be a year since I rejoined My Fitness Pal. Plan if all goes well to either take a progress photo Tuesday or Friday depending on if the shade is back up on the door for the posing room or if anyone is in the bathroom then I'll take a photo in there.

Day 226

Macros were better today just need to improve and be more consistent.  Plan is to get into the gym 2 days and 2-3 days of at home workouts. Thursday might track unloading the truck then that will count for my workout for the day since I'm off at 4PM. Monday was supposed to be a gym workout day but off at 3PM changed that. I'm 16.4# away from my goal of 125 and 9.4# from my mini goal of 132. 

Day 225

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs/Back 2 separate giant sets and 5 min boxing combo. Macros were a little better but still more carbs than protein and need to work on getting then keeping my fat down. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow morning to plan my workout number of gym days and at home workout days. I've got 17.2# to go to reach my goal of 125 and 10.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 hope to have that before the end of the calendar year then have my goal by April which will be a year since I rejoined My Fitness Pal. 

Day 224

Had a headache when I got home so no workout but will get into the gym tomorrow late morning/early afternoon to get a workout in. Wont know until Saturday at the latest my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of gym days. 

Day 223

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try for 15K steps today. Headed out of town for a short visit with my great aunt then on to Branson, MO to see the Christmas lights at Silver Dollar City. No exercise other than walking today and will see what time I get home tomorrow to see if I get a gym workout in or if I get another at home workout in. Unsure of how my Macros will be today but going to try hard to have them better but will see with eating out this evening for dinner and maybe a light lunch not sure yet.

Day 222

Got in a great home Shoulders/Arms Giant Set and 5 min HIIT shadow boxing. Macros were a little better today but still need to lower carbs and get more protein but fats were good today. Water was good too so that's much better.

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk one of my at home workouts. I went to the workout page and typed home next to the ones that I can do here then the rest already have gym day by them. Tomorrow's workout will be Shoulders/Arms Giant Set and 5 min HIIT shadow boxing.  Macros were not good today need to get better with lower carbs, more protein but fat however was good today.

Day 220

Macros weren't that great today need to work on getting less carbs and more protein. Water was good again today so coach should be happy about that. Sent my weekly check in to coach before my shower tonight. Plan for tomorrow is Legs at home workout, Tuesday Shoulders at home workout then walking on Wed, Thurs depending on what time we get home from Branson either gym workout or at home workout. Friday will be business as usual in the gym just not sure which workout I'll do yet. Joined the main Winter 5% challenge group on spark today and chose my team I want to stay on the Clover Leafs team for my second 5% challenge. 

Day 219

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes and came up 29 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps today. Versa battery is at 25% so will charge it shortly. Hard to believe that my first 5% challenge on Spark has ended today and I'm participting in the inbetween challenge and will sign up for the next one tomorrow and request the Clover Leafs again since that's the team I'm on for the fall challenge and in between challenge too. Feeling better so will get in an at home workout Monday afternoon and Tuesday too. Macros weren't the best today really need to work on that to be better and more consistent this week.

Day 218

Almost all green on my Versa today just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Yesterday came up 3hrs shy of achieving my steps per hour goal enjoying family time at Thanksgiving Dinner and came up just a 124 steps shy of 15K yesterday. Macros weren't that good yesterday or today but will be better tomorrow. Feeling better today so will try an at home workout on Monday and Tuesday then Thursday when we get back into town and will pick a gym workout for Friday. Headed out of town overnight on Wednesday but back on Thursday afternoon. 

Day 217

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal but will try and get over 15K steps today. Unsure of the Macros as of yet but will have then completed soon. Plan is still if I'm better on Monday to get back into the gym but we will see as I coughed almost all day yesterday. Started my vitamins back yesterday as I can swallow a little better.

Day 216

Almost all green on my Versa just missed active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better but not as good as yesterday. Well I was starting to feel better but the cold wind as the doors opened at work I was coughing a lot so didn't get the at home workout in this evening.  If all goes well I'll be back into the gym next week.

Think coach was out of town last weekend and probably haven't had a chance to catch up on emails yet. Feeling a lot better and if I feel up to it ill get in an at home workout tomorrow afternoon.

Still not feeling good so still unsure of my gym time this week if at all. Sent coach my weekly check in so will wait to see what he says as well as how i feel tomorrow.

Macros not good again today need to try harder to get fat and carbs down while increasing protein. Still not feeling well so will see how I feel Monday to decide if I get back into the gym or take the week off. Also may see what coach's take is on it too.

Plan on getting into the gym 5 days next week but will see how I feel I might take the whole week out of the gym. Macros weren't great need to get more protein and less fat and carbs. 

Day 210

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Off today and stayed in all day alternating between laying down and sitting up. Still not feeling the best but will try and work tomorrow but come home after and rest hopefully all weekend then try getting back into the gym on Monday. Macros were better today had more protein than carbs but fat was over target by a little. Might wait a few days then take my vitamins again when I can swallow better. 

Day 209

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Versa battery is at 39% so will charge it later while watching Chicago Wednesday on NBC. Macros weren't great today but started to come down with a sinus cold yesterday and glad to be off tomorrow to rest and get better. Skipped my workout today wasn't feeling that great when I got home. 

Day 208

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest and 5 min boxing combo HIIT this morning. Macros were better today but still more carbs than protein and fat was in range. Took some Mucinex this evening as I felt a sinus cold coming on.  Got a message back from coach and he suggested that I up my HIIT cardio so more boxing combos in my future. Tomorrow if I feel up to it will be Shoulders/Arms at home workout.

Day 207

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Workout plan for the rest of the week tomorrow Chest (same as last week) and 5 min HIIT, Wednesday Shoulders/Arms (at home workout) and 20 min walk, Thursday Legs/Back Giant Sets and 5 min HIIT, and Friday Shoulders/Arms Giant Set and 20 min either treadmill walk, Turf Walk or Mat walk haven't decided yet. Macros were OK today more carbs than fat or protein but did keep fats under target today. Couldn't find a replacement lid for my waterbottle so just bought a new one yesterday. Not sure why but I seem to drink water faster with a straw than without one.

Macros were a little better today but still more carbs than protein and fat was good today. Workout plan for tomorrow is Glutes/Legs and 20 min treadmill walk. Just wrote down which workout I'll do on which day this week. Sent my weekly check in to coach and think for my HIIT cardio I'll do 5 min punching the heavy bag as hard as I can since I bought a pair of kickboxing gloves this morning. 

Day 205

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not the best today but will hope to be better tomorrow. Workout plan for this week is as I thought 4 gym workouts and 1 at home workout this week. Still plan on getting those gloves on Monday afternoon to use for my HIIT cardio days. Unless I have a few more minutes tomorrow morning when I run in before work to get a new lid for my TAL Ranger waterbottle. 

Day 204

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Legs/Back and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Work schedule for next week was published early but waiting until tomorrow afternoon to make sure it's right before putting it in my calendar. Plan right now is to get into the gym at least 4 days and 1 at home workout. Macros were better today had more protein than carbs or fat so much better. Think I'll stop at Wal-Mart on Monday and get some kickboxing gloves for my 5 min HIIT punching the bag.  Got to thinking about that yesterday using the bags for my HIIT cardio days for something different.

Got in a great Shoulders/Arms and 5 min shadow boxing speed bag at home tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Back 2 super sets and 20 min treadmill walk at the gym. Macros were a little better today but still more fat and carbs than protein today need to get that down. 

Day 202

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour and have over 15K steps for today. Decided on Chest and 20 min treadmill walk for my workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Home Shoulders/Arm and 5 min HIIT Cardio. Macros were not good again today more fat and carbs than protein need to work on that. Think for next week as soon as I see the schedule or maybe Saturday evening after church I'll plan out my workouts by determining what I'll train on which day. Off at 4:30PM tomorrow so will be about 5PM before I get my Shoulders/Arms workout in and will do maybe speed bag for 5 min as my HIIT Cardio tomorrow.

Macro's weren't good today more fat and carbs than protein need to work on that. Off at 6PM today so going to get in my other at home workout Thursday evening which will be Shoulders/Arms so will need to decide either chest or back workout for tomorrow at the gym then the other will be Friday at the gym.

Day 200

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Heard back from coach and he doesn't want me getting in more than 2 workouts a day so he sent me some new stuff that I can do at home and at the gym as well. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Macros weren't as good today still more fat and carbs than protein so will work on that tomorrow. Water was better again today. Tomorrow's workout will be another from the at home workouts not sure which one yet will see tomorrow.

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Haven't heard from coach yet so unsure of my plan for Wednesday. Macros were better today but fat still too high and not enough protein. Water was much better this week so hopefully the scale will show it tomorrow morning.  I've been thinking as I turned 40 this last March that I have no real friend to go out to eat with or just hang out. I have no man in my life so I feel that I'm going to grow older friendless and alone. I feel better just getting this in writing as I have no one I'm even interested in at the moment. 

Day 198

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 17 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but fat was still a little higher than coach would like. Sent him an e-mail this morning for his opinion on squeezing in more than 1 workout into a day. Like my orignal plan to get in Monday and Tuesday's workouts on Wednesday along with the workout for that day then get Thursday's workout in on Friday along with that day's workout. 

Day 197

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Arms (Biceps/Tricep) and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon.  Next week's workout plan is a triple workout on Wed and double workout on Friday. Macro's were balanced today so that's great and now to have another 2 great Macro days this weekend to have an even better weigh in on Monday. Versa battery is at 51% so will charge it later while watching Chicago Wednesday streaming on NBC.com this evening. Been better at drinking my water as well so coach should be happy.

Day 196

After a gym rest day it's back into the gym tomorrow for Arms (Biceps/Triceps) and 20 min treadmill walk or elliptical haven't decided yet. Macros were OK today need to get my carbs down and my protein up tomorrow. Tired after working a little longer than scheduled today so going to bed soon since I have to be at work by 6AM tomorrow for truck.

Day 195

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Writing early again since I work 4PM-8PM today.  Coach cut my carbs and fat by 10 to try and keep my Macro's balanced.  My Versa battery was at 48% so charging it now and will see what it's at shortly the charge the rest of the way later tonight. Compression sleeves worked so good last night that don't think I'll work or workout without them. After a gym rest day tomorrow it will be Arms and 20 min turf walk or treadmill walk haven't decided yet.

Day 194

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Writing early since I work 1:30-9:30 and won't turn my computer on when I get home. Already have the rest of my food planned out so will complete my food journa soon and Macros were good today more protein and less carbs and fat. Working so hard with coach to get my macros balanced. Giant sets are a killer but love them better than circuit training as I think for me I get a better workout going all 5 rounds one right after the other until all finished then take a short break. Wore my new compression sleeves to workout today but will see how my legs and veins look after working 8hrs and mostly standing at the register.

Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs and 10 min turf walk then Chest Giant Set and 5 min turf sprints. Bought some Tommie Cooper leg sleeves tried one on and they will work so will try them for my workout tomorrow then to work tomorrow evening.  Waiting for an e-mail back from coach on my weight going up and down last week and my Macros. Macros were better today but still more carbs than protein but good news fat was under goal.

Day 192

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Water is much better today I've got 78oz gone and 42oz left so will be close to a gallon of water once I finish this last bottle of mixed berry fruit infused water. Just sent my weekly check in e-mail to coach. Macros weren't great today carbs and fat were higher than targets and protein. Need to work harder to get my Macros more balanced and have more protein and less carbs and fat while keeping sodium under 2300MG. Thinking about getting in another double workout on either Wed or Fri so I can skip on Thursday when I get off at 3:45 and the cheer gym will be getting busy already.

Schedule was published on the app this morning around 11:30 and I called a bit ago to check and make sure it was right which it was for me a second week in a row but have to call on Saturday's anyway just to be sure until I'm told by my manager who will get an e-mail that the bugs are worked out. We are the only store in our district to be on the new system since my manager is heading this up with our DM. At least I think we are the only ones in the district using the new system. Plan is to get a double workout on Tuesday morning then into the gym on Wed AM, Thursday PM and Friday afternoon to get in all 5 workouts to start the third cycle of 2 week workout splits. I do one set of workouts this week then the other next week to complete the 3rd cycle then will let coach know that I've gone through 3 cycles of the 2 week split and then I'll

Won't know my work schedule until tomorrow when I call since the new system is still messing up. Hoping for 5 days in the gym but will take 4 days and a double workout.

Macro's were better today more protein and less carbs/fat. Instead of buying a new waterbottle I need to use my versa to track my water and after each 26oz I need to put it in my tracker. Got in a great Shoulders and 5 min turf sprints this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arm drop sets and 10 min turf walk. Still leading the workweek hustle challenge with 1 day 4hrs 57min left to go. I've got 22 episodes of Contest Prep University podcasts to watch but I think more might be uploaded before I get them watched.

Instead of getting into the gym in the AM it will be early afternoon since I have to go help at another store tomorrow morning. Since coach wants me to get more water think I'll look into getting a 64oz bottle instead of my 26oz that I'm currently using. I'm currently leading the workweek hustle challenge that I'm in with 2 days 4hrs 42min left. Versa battery is at 60% so can hold off and charge it tomorrow evening.

I'm currently leading the workweek hustle challenge that I'm in on Fit Bit app. Sent some progress photos to coach tonight that I took at the gym this afternoon. Probably should've stepped back a little to get better shots but I didn't so will do that next time. Figured out a trick from my friend/teammate she told me to record a video then pause the video to screenshot the photos to make it better and so I don't have to hold my phone.

I sent my check in e-mail but haven't heard back yet. Got in a great Legs Giant Set and 10 min laps around the turf keeping my HR at 140 or higher. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest and 5 min turf sprints then Back Giant Set and 10 min walking laps around the turf keeping HR at 140 or higher. Forgot to set the timer on my phone but know that coach's podcasts are about 5 min each so 2 podcasts are about 10 min which was my target time today for cardio. Versa battery is at 47% could go another day but will put it on the charger after my shower in a little bit

Sent my weekly check in to coach a few minutes ago Macros were better again today. I'm leading both weekend warrior challenges with 7hrs 40min to go in one and 6hrs 40min left in the other one.  I won 1 workweek hustle challenge and came in 2nd on the other that I was in last week. Hopefully I can show a small loss or just a small gain after being up 1.2# from last Monday's weigh in. 

Day 184

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes, came up 90 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. Called and the schedule app was correct for me so I can get into the gym 4 days next week with a double workout on Tuesday to make up for a long shift on Wednesday. Today my Macro's were not the best as had a different dinner than originally planned I ate Mexican with my manager since I went into work until 4:30PM tonight. Just hope that my weight is down on Monday since my Macro's weren't as balanced as I'd like today.

Day 183

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Got in a great Arms (Biceps/Triceps) and 10 min Steady Cardio walking laps on the turf. Kept my HR at 130-140 the enitre time I was walking.  Have to call tomorrow to check the schedule since there are bugs that need to be worked out of the new system.  Still hoping for 5 days in the gym but will take 4 if needed with a double workout.  Got the low battery notification and e-mail as I was finished with my workout so charge it for an hour when I got home and will fully charge it again later tonight.  Macro's were balanced once again had more protein than carbs or fat today so coach should be happy that they were better this week just hope the weigh in shows it on Monday.

Work 12:15PM-9PM and will probably not get on the computer once I get home.  Still no e-mail on the schedule but checked the app again this morning and hasn't changed so know for sure I can get into the gym all 5 days. Unsure how Macros will be today but should be OK just maybe like always high fat, and trying to have more protein and less carbs today. Unofficially scale is down 2.3# from last Monday's weigh in with today and tomorrow to watch and be careful.

Think this week I'll do 5 min turf sprints on Tues and Thurs then Mon, Wed, and Fri will be 10 min turf walking laps. Schedule was published early this afternoon even though no e-mail was sent so I know I can get into the gym all 5 days next week. Macro's were better today I had more protein than carbs but fat was still high.

Friday's plan is still Shoulders and 5 min air bike and Arms (biceps/triceps) circuit and 10 min air bike. Getting a shower shortly since we have to be gone so early for the eye appointments.

Still planning to get in a double workout at least on Friday might be 3 workouts will depend on if I can get both today's and tomorrow's workouts in tomorrow before having to get home to shower and back to work at 12:30PM.

Won the daily showdown on Fitbit app and am in second on 1 workweek hustle challenge, leading the second one and second on the third one.

Did Ok on Macros today Fat was high and had more grams of carbs than protein today. Sent my weekly check in to Coach just before my shower tonight. Workout clothes packed and earphones ready for my workout tomorrow afternoon. Leading the Daily challenge with 3hrs left but headed to be in less than an hour. Scale is unofficially up 2.5# but will see when I weigh in tomorrow what the damage is from not getting enough water still and snacking maybe a little too much. Workout plan for the week is still 3 days in the gym with 2 days Wed and Friday as double workout days since I work till 5PM on Tuesday and have an eye appointment and will be going on a road trip to Oklahoma on Thursday.

I ended up third on one workweek hustle challenge and won the other challenge for this last week. I'm in 3 workweek hustle challenges this week and 1 daily showdown for tomorrow. With Monday being an early to work day I'll get my workout clothes packed tomorrow along with my earphones.

Plan is to get into the gym 3 days next week but get in all 5 workouts with a couple double workout days. Schedule was published before 3PM today so I could plan my week of workouts. I'll get into the gym Monday early afternoon, Wed and Friday morning. Thursday will be a rest day for sure since I have my annual eye appointment and will probably have my eyes dilated. Tuesday I work till 5PM and don't like going when the gym is really busy. I'm currently in 2nd on one workweek hustle challenge and leading the second one I'm in.  Decided to start using my Air Pod earphones since they are so expensive. Got them paired again with my phone but will charge it up this weekend.

Got in a fabulous Shoulders Circuit and 5 min Stair Master HIIT. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms and 10 min on Assault Bike. Charged my Versa this morning for half hour then again during my shower. It's not a full 100% but that's OK it's 99% charged. I'm currently still in second on 1 workweek hustle challenge and second in the other one as well. Won't know my work schedule for next week until either late tomorrow or sometime Saturday afternoon not sure yet but know I'll get at least or try to get into the gym at least 4 days. Taking Thursday off due to an eye appointment and will have my eyes dilated.

Tomorrow's plan is Shoulders Circuit and 5 min HIIT probably will get on the stair master. I'm still in 3rd place on one workweek hustle challenge and still leading the second one. Versa battery is at 54% but will try and wait until tomorrow while in the shower to charge it. Was worried that I'd miss an hour of my steps per hour goal while I was updating the firmware on my Versa it took a little over an hour through bluetooth.

Great Chest circuit but think instead of resting between rounds I'm supposed to complete all 5 rounds then rest before moving on to the last exercise. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 10 min cardio unsure of which machine I want to do yet. I'm currently still in 3rd on one workweek hustle challenge and leading the second one. It's getting easier to fill out the weekly summary as I go and on Sunday afternoon I'll send it to coach along with a note of what my weight is.  Getting my water in so back on track I'm still up from last Sunday's weigh in but just 1.8# instead of 2.2# like I was yesterday.

Think I'll save my training to my One Drive then I can track from my phone too. Scale is still up just a little from last week's weigh in but think I should be OK for weigh in tomorrow. Have them saved so it should be easier then will fill out the weekly progress sheet and send it to coach on Saturday afternoon with a note of when my workouts are. Monday between lunch and dinner then Tues-Friday between breakfast and lunch.

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 30 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal but have over 15K steps for today. Would've had them if I didn't reset my tracker then uninstalled and reinstalled it but should've waited until after church to do it instead of before. I wrote my new workouts into a notebook to track that way and sent my food journal to coach the way I used to with another trainer. Only thing on my workouts I'm waiting for is the cardio I sent coach an e-mail for clarification on that.  Scale was up 1.6# from last Sunday's weigh in but know it's cause I didn't get all of my water in while traveling. I finished second to last in both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app. I'm beginning to think I should've not accepted being out of town and driving lots so not many steps. 

Day 162

Food was decent today but still need to work on the water which is easy now that I'm home. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week and will figure out how I'm going to track my new workouts tomorrow. Also will have to figure out how to send my food journal to coach. Might just copy the printable page to word then copy and paste them to an e-mail like I did with another trainer. Back to normal tomorrow so will post the usual stuff then.

On vacation so steps and stuff on my Versa isn't what it normally is. Versa battery is @ 49%so charging now. Updated my macros on both the website and app. Saturday begins the Fall 5% challenge on Spark People. So far so good on my food plan but need to drink more water. Now that I figured out how to use my Surface Pro without the keyword I can check in and blog/journal easier.

I've got 5.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 12.9# to reach my goal of 125.

Got in a great Legs day workout for my final workout with my now new teammate.  Should if all goes well get my new plan this weekend to start the nutrition portion this week then start the exercise portion on Oct 7th.  I'm currently leading both workweek hustle challenges with 8hrs 57min to go in both of them.  I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 then 14.5# to go to reach my goal of 125 for now will see if Coach changes it. Starting the Fall 5% challenge on Saturday Oct 5th and as of now my goal is 7# to lose over the course of the 8 week challenge on Spark People.

Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs to close out this training month and my time working with my amazing friend. Got the e-mailed invoice this afternoon and paid so ready for my new plan with coach to start on Monday. I should have it by this weekend so I can start the workout part when we get back. Got rice cakes but priced the jerkey at Wal-Mart and think if I decide I want some I'll get it tomorrow or Saturday.

Got an e-mail from Coach and should get an e-mailed invoice from his wife either later today or tomorrow to get started by hopefully Sunday. He gave me some good ideas for snack to take on the road beef jerkey and rice cakes. Will look for both of those at Wal-Mart in the morning. Have a backup plan for vitamins in the even that my regular ones aren't here by Saturday afternoon then I'll take some others that I've got.

Will see if coach changes that or if it stays the same. Love my new Versa bumpers they are lighter than the old one that I have.

I've got 8.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Got the forms I needed to fill out and e-mail back to my trainer this morning now waiting to see where we go from here as far as payment goes. Tomorrow it's back into the gym for a double workout will do day 1 and day 2 then take Wed off due to work and Thursday will be Day 3 and Day 4 then on Friday after work it will be Day 5 to complete this training month. Will start hopefully my new workouts with Coach on October 7th after we get back from vacation.  Ordered on Saturday and got today my new 5 pack of Versa bumpers they are lighter than my original one I bought.
