Day 174

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great double workout today went to the gym early enough to get both workouts in today. Macros were better today just a little bit more carbs than protein and fats still slightly up but other than that was a good day for Macros. Friday's plan is still Shoulders and 5 min air bike and Arms (biceps/triceps) circuit and 10 min air bike. Getting a shower shortly since we have to be gone so early for the eye appointments.
