Day 184

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes, came up 90 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. Called and the schedule app was correct for me so I can get into the gym 4 days next week with a double workout on Tuesday to make up for a long shift on Wednesday. Today my Macro's were not the best as had a different dinner than originally planned I ate Mexican with my manager since I went into work until 4:30PM tonight. Just hope that my weight is down on Monday since my Macro's weren't as balanced as I'd like today.
