3/31/19

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. I modified the bumper I have now so it is easy on and off and will wear it until my new ones get here tomorrow. Will keep the blue for myself and give the clear one to my co-worker who has the Versa Special Edition. Plan on putting on one of my new bands on when we get back from eating homemade Chicken and Noodles at a local restaurant that's the Monday special. Versa battery is at 71% but will wait and charge it tomorrow evening after dinner. Still plan on seeing if my Monday workout is modifiable for home then get into the gym for the other 4 days all in the morning. I work Tuesday and Wednesday evening and am off on Thursday and Friday so perfect to get into the gym at my usual 9:30AM time instead of having to wait until early afternoon to go workout.

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Will get into the gym 4 days this week but do all 5 workouts. Watched the Royals play earlier and now watching the Cardinals VS Brewers even though I still can't stand their boring announcers (not the Royals but Cardinals). Read today's daily mass readings and daily meditation before church tonight. Got my new headband today and I like the material better than any other that I've bought so might buy a few more of them. Monday my Versa bands should arrive and the bumpers should arrive on Thursday.

Almost all green just will miss floors today but have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps today. Yesterday I just was green for calories burned but missed everything else and had just 12,205 steps since it was after 10PM when I got ready for bed and was still 795 steps shy of 13K. Got my regular vitamins and new pre-workout around 2PM so will start back on my regular vitamins tomorrow as well as use a scoop of the pre-workout to get me going since it's another early day tomorrow. I've been up for over 12hrs after getting just 5hrs of sleep last night. Tonight will be the first baseball game I'll get to watch on TV but it will be the Cardinals VS Brewers instead of the Royals VS White Sox since KC is off today but will get to watch tomorrow afternoon. Got in a great final workout of this training month. I did 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs this late morning/early afternoon. Versa is at 55% battery so will put it on the charge w

Journaling early so unsure if I'll go all green today but will miss floors for sure but unsure of what else I'll miss today. Will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Chest and Chest/Triceps Circuit this morning. For some reason the workout didn't save on the bodyspace app so couldn't use it to track my workout. Eager to see what new workouts I have for next month but first one more 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs workout tomorrow late morning/early afternoon. My regular vitamins and new pre-workout should come tomorrow when the mail carrier delivers the mail.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest and Chest/Triceps circuit. Decided to put any circuit workouts into the bodybuilding app so I can track it that way then track it on the gym app. Haven't gotten my notification to track my 1st Phorm stuff yet but do have it set up to where they will send me an e-mail when their aluminum water bottle arrives back in stock. Still thinking about ordering at least 1 headband but might order 2 will see. Didn't get to measure with my trainer today but will tomorrow morning after I stop and get my medicine from the pharmacy. Just ordered the patriotic headband from 1st Phorm and forgot to save my credit card info on the site to make ordering easier. Will see how I like it before I decide if I want to order another one.

3/26/19

Almost all green but missed floors and achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min row this evening and tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio. Versa battery is on 53% so charging it even though I can probably go another day or two. Ordered my regular vitamins and a different pre-workout this evening and hope it gets here this weekend. Completed my 2 min breathing exercise on my Versa app before I plugged it in and alignment was medium tonight. Still have to read from my church book and complete headspace pro level 4 session for today.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have well over 13K steps.  Got in my Legs Circuit and 20 min walk at home instead of the gym since I had to work an hour late but could modify the workout for home. Gym rest day maybe tomorrow not sure yet will see what happens when I get off at 4PM. If I miss tomorrow then it will be a double workout on Wed AM Back/Biceps and 20 min row then Legs and 20 min stair master or other cardio. Not too bad my weight was down 0.9# from last week considering I had my b-day lunch and a piece of pie on Saturday.

3/24/19

Almost all green today just will miss floors and might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Plan for tomorrow is Legs Circuit and 20 min treadmill walk. Rest of the week's plan still in place pre-track Tuesday's workout then get it in on Wed AM and then Wed's workout, Thursday get that workout in and finish the week and the month with Friday's workout. Unofficially scale is down 1# from last week but will see when I step on the scale tomorrow morning. Versa battery is at 73% so after a while might charge it back to 100% even though I can go a couple more days before getting the notification to charge it. Had to take the screen protector off since it cracked after I'd had it just a couple of days.

3/23/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and maybe active minutes too. Came up shy 2hrs sitting in a restaurant eating my b-day lunch and 1hr shy sitting in church tonight of achieving my steps per hour goal but will have over 13K steps by the end of the night. Plan for the week is to get into the gym 4 days but do all 5 workouts. I don't need much to do Monday's Legs Circuit and 20 min treadmill walk so can do that when I get off after 5PM when the gym is busy. I think Tuesday's workout I'll pre-track in the app then do it for real and Wednesday's workout on Wednesday since I'm off at 4PM on Tuesday but might not be able to get what I need when I need it.

3/22/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but have well over 13K steps and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs workout this afternoon. Won't know until sometime tomorrow afternoon my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 gym days but will take 4 gym days and get in if possible all 5 workouts. Update on my back it's feeling so good that I didn't use any Bio-Freeze or anything for it today. Still used lighter weights today but that's normal to get back into it after having a sore back for a few weeks. Got the notification to pick up my new lifting gloves after I'd already gotten my workout in so will get to use them next week.

Almost all green today just might miss floors and active minutes and some how missed the noon hour of achieving my steps per hour goal for today but will have over 13K steps. No gym workout today but will get in 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs tomorrow afternoon to finish off the work week. Back is feeling better today haven't used any Bio-Freeze. Took the bumper off of my Versa last night since I couldn't charge it with it on then had trouble getting the band back on and totally messed up my nails so much so I had to trim a couple back and got one a bit too short that it hurts. Ordered and hope to pick up before I go workout a pair of lifting gloves that don't have the Velcro strap. Have only 1 Keto Bang! left so should get another case tomorrow afternoon.

3/20/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have or will have gotten 13K steps. Got in a great Chest Circuit and Chest/Triceps Circuit then did abs and a few more Triceps exercises before stretching to finish up. Got my screen protector and bumper for my Versa put on today which wasn't supposed to be in until Friday but arrived earlier than planned. Used a full scoop of pre-workout today and felt pretty good so will use a full scoop from now on. Had a headache yesterday and was probably caused by not drinking my Keto Bang! before my workout. After a gym rest day tomorrow the plan for Friday is 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs. Back is feeling good today as I only used Bio-Freeze this morning but none since.

Almost all green today just will miss floors but have achieved my steps per hour goal and over 13K steps for today. Got in a great double workout today I did Back/Biceps and 20 min row followed by Legs and 20 min on bike instead of stair master wasn't sure my back was ready for that one yet. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest Circuit and Chest/Triceps with no planned Cardio since I won't get into the gym on Thursday so did tomorrow's workout today and will do Thursday's workout tomorrow. Back is feeling better but used Bio-Freeze before my workout and put on an Icy/Hot patch after my shower. Used my Pre-Workout just half a scoop this morning and think I can try a full scoop so have my dose locker filled with a full scoop to drink tomorrow about a half hour or so before my workout. Didn't drink my tea this morning since I used half a scoop of pre-workout before going to get my workout in this morning but will make the tea in the AM since I'll have time to drink

3/18/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors. Achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps.  Bought a new water bottle just like my current one but has a straw. The straw hole is bigger than some I've used before so that will make it easier to take more than one vitamin at a time. Got in a great Legs Circuit and 20 min treadmill walk. Tomorrow I'm off so will get in a great double workout Back/Biceps and 20 min row then Legs and 20 min on stair master or other cardio machine depending on how my back feels. Going to take some pre-workout on the way to the gym in the morning as I might need half a scoop to get through 2 workouts. Not sure why but think I drink water faster out of a water bottle with a straw than one without the straw.

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Back was a little stiff and sore after work today so used some Bio-Freeze when I got home. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs Circuit and either 20 min self powered treadmill or regular treadmill all depending on how my back feels. Didn't use my dual roller last night and not sure if I'll use it tonight or not. Versa battery is at 52% so might charge it a bit after a while even though I could probably be OK until at least tomorrow evening or maybe Tuesday if I wanted to push it.

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes for today but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bedtime.  Update on my back it's feeling better just a little stiff after work today so used Bio-Freeze before church and might use it again after my shower shortly. Monday's workout plan is still Legs Circuit and 20 min self powered treadmill or regular treadmill will have to see how my back feels after work. Not sure if I'll use my dual roller after my shower tonight or not.

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Schedule for next week was published early so I can get into the gym 4 days this week but get all 5 workouts in by doing a double workout on Tuesday when I'm off. Update on my back it's feeling better only used Bio-Freeze once today and wore for precaution more than anything my copper care back brace.  Was going to put on one with back support for truck but decided not too. Will still use my new massage roller tonight while watching TV after my shower. Thinking on Monday afternoon I might go to GNC for some pre-workout and Waterex since I couldn't remember the brand I had gotten from my pro box.

3/14/19

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal.  Versa battery is at 36% so will charge it in about an hour or so. Bought a Dual Back Massage Ball and will use it tonight while watching TV. My back is feeling better but not sure if I should've went to workout today or not. Went to GNC and bought some vitamins since my regular vitamins haven't come yet so might start using the GNC Women's Ultra Mega Energy & Metabolism vitamin pack. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime on Saturday afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Only if my back is better will I go next week the days I want and get to go. Only took ibuprofen once today and put on the Icy/Hot patch after my shower. Got in a good Chest Circuit and Chest/Triceps Circuit then did some other stuff to work the muscle groups that I missed this week.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps today. Plan if my back is feeling better in the morning is Chest circuit and Chest/Triceps circuit and if I feel up to it 15 min on treadmill and Shoulders/Legs but will see how my back feels in the morning. Right now feels pretty good but used Icy/Hot patch and Copper care back brace all day today while at work but now haven't used anything. Forgot to take my ibuprofen at 3pm but think I'll take some now then before bedtime. Used my massage stick and will use it a bit more while watching TV later this evening.

3/12/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have 13K steps before bed. Taking today and tomorrow off from the gym to let my sore back heal. Used an icy/hot patch today and took so far 3 doses of ibuprofen and will take another here shortly.  If all goes well on Thursday morning it will be Chest circuit and Chest/Triceps circuit then 15 min treadmill and Shoulders/Legs but will see how my back feels on Thursday when I get out of bed. I'm out of detox tea but have some other green tea that I can drink until I can get to GNC for more tea and might stop at Casey's tomorrow for some juice to try the Super Greens that I got in my Pro Box to see if I want to buy some at GNC on Thursday morning if I get to go workout.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a pretty good Legs circuit and 20 min treadmill walk instead of deadmill due to my back still being sore from the first truck last Friday. I think it's because I tried to lift some heavy pools by myself without help. Took ibuprofen and using my second icy/hot patch of the day. Versa was at 39% battery so put it on the charge for a little while. If all goes well with my back feeling better tomorrow I'll get into the gym for Back/Biceps and 20 min row but will see how my back feels when I get off at 4:30PM.

3/10/19

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but have or will have by bedtime achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Revised gym plan for the week is all 5 workouts but in 4 days since I have other stuff to do when I get off at 4:30PM on Friday. Almost have 80oz of water down and 40oz more to go to reach my goal of 120oz. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs circuit and 20 min self-powered treadmill otherwise known as deadmill hope it will be a little easier this time since last Monday I'd never done it before. Back still sore from Friday's trucks so using bio-freeze and might use ibuprofen too for the pain. This usually happens when I lift heavy stuff by myself unloading trucks and it takes a couple of days for the pain and stiffness to be gone.

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps today. Plan for the week is to get into the gym all 5 days even if it means going after 4PM 3 days this week. Changed Versa watch face and this one has weather too and it works great even without my phone near by. Had 6 floors so think it was the windy day today since I didn't go up any or very few stairs today just got on a step stool with 2 steps this afternoon. Back sore a little from lifting heavy pools and outdoor furniture unloading the truck yesterday morning. Used some Bio-Freeze and it's feeling better already.

3/8/19

Almost all green just going to miss floors today but have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have way over 13K steps for today. Got in a great 15 min treadmill walk and Shoulders/Legs workout in this afternoon. Versa is at 75% battery so after 6PM I'll charge it again as I found another hopefully better face that has all stats so I don't have to scroll through and has the weather too not sure how it will work if I don't have my phone near by. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Another early morning tomorrow so shower tonight and will let my Versa charge while in the shower.

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes. Yesterday I did achieve my steps per hour goal got my last hour before going to church. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today already and will have 13K steps. Since I did today's workout yesterday I had to track it on the app for today so did that on lunch break today. Another early morning tomorrow so need to get into the shower soon. Think I might change my Versa clock face to maybe help keep the battery from draining so fast. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on treadmill and Chest/Legs.

3/6/19

Almost all green just going to miss floors but will try and achieve my steps per hour goal but might come up short sitting in church for Ash Wednesday Mass. Got in a great Legs and 20 min cardio followed by a short rest then Chest Circuit and Chest/Triceps Circuit this morning. Since I'll miss the gym tomorrow but wanted to get my Thursday workout in anyway I did both today's workout and tomorrow's this morning. Charged my Versa a bit more this afternoon so I don't have to maybe wait so long next time to charge it to 100%. In addition to all of the things I'm going to try and do for Lent I'm giving up Chocolate and Sweets which will be hard since my birthday is 2 weeks from Saturday.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Versa battery is at 27% so charging it a little bit before getting ready for work. Great Back/Biceps and 20 min row today. I'm off tomorrow so will get in a great double workout Legs and 20 min on stair master then Chest circuits split up into 2 different circuits. The latter one is Thursday's workout since I won't get into the gym that day but wanted to do all 5 workouts this week.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs Circuit and 20 min dreadmill (self powered treadmill) walk. Was so cold this morning but decided after work to go workout and get it in. With lent being 2 days away instead of giving up something I'll journal in my notebook every day and complete the 2 min breathing exercise from the relax app on Fit Bit Versa (Fit Bit Charge3 has the relax app also)  Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Back and 20 min row using a higher intensity so will set the rower to 4 or 5 resistance. Work 2PM-9PM tomorrow so will get my journal/blog entries in before I go then do headspace app session and 2 min breathing exercise and notebook journal when I get home. Up 1.1# from last week so will drink more water and weather permitting get into the gym 4 days this week. Wore my new earphones for my workout but went back to my Air pods as I like them better than anythin

Almost all green but will miss floors and active minutes but have or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Plan for tomorrow is still road conditions permitting getting my Legs fitness circuit and 20 min self powered treadmill. Right now roads look good but will have to see in the morning how they look. It's neat that I can log my water on my Versa which is something that I couldn't do with the other trackers I've had in the past. Always had to track water on the app but now can do it on the tracker. 

3/2/19

Almost all green but will miss floors and active minutes. Came up 45 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight. Plan as of now is to get into the gym 4 days but weather and road conditions will be the deciding factor. Hope to get my supply of regular vitamins in this week since I only have 6 left so that's enough for this week. Monday's workout plan is weather and road conditions permitting is Legs Fitness Circuit and 20 min on deadmill (self powered treadmill).

Almost all green but will miss floors and maybe miles since my Versa is at 38% battery. Achieved my steps per hour goal and almost have 13K steps for today. After watching a YouTube video of Zolo true wireless earphones I figured out that I was trying to wear them backwards so put the comfort guard on them and they fit great. Can't wait to try them out in the gym next week. One load of laundry in the dryer now and the second went into the washer. Just did the relax feature on my Versa so in a bit I can charge my tracker and get my headspace app Pro Level 2 session 1 of 10 in tonight. Won't know until sometime tomorrow afternoon my schedule for next week so I can plan my workout times of day and number of days.
