Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps today. Plan if my back is feeling better in the morning is Chest circuit and Chest/Triceps circuit and if I feel up to it 15 min on treadmill and Shoulders/Legs but will see how my back feels in the morning. Right now feels pretty good but used Icy/Hot patch and Copper care back brace all day today while at work but now haven't used anything. Forgot to take my ibuprofen at 3pm but think I'll take some now then before bedtime. Used my massage stick and will use it a bit more while watching TV later this evening.
