Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes for today but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bedtime.  Update on my back it's feeling better just a little stiff after work today so used Bio-Freeze before church and might use it again after my shower shortly. Monday's workout plan is still Legs Circuit and 20 min self powered treadmill or regular treadmill will have to see how my back feels after work. Not sure if I'll use my dual roller after my shower tonight or not.
