Tuesday 8/31

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I had 58 calories left, P goal was 140 and I was over 10 grams, C goal was 105 and I was over 3 grams and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Great modified leg workout this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is 45 min cardio with a 5-10 min warm up. Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3. Great leg day workout this morning. This week's training sessions are Monday 4 rounds for time, 3 min rest then 3 rounds for quality at home, Tuesday 30 min AMRAP in the gym, Wed 30 min circuit or truck unload, Thursday 45 min walk, and Friday 2 part AMRAP 10 min each with 3 min rest between. Completed both app and personal power lists detailed in Tuesday's post. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get post workout stack ready in the morning.

Thursday 8/19

Got in a great arm workout after work this afternoon. Tomorrow's training session is legs. Completed daily power list on the app. Completed personal power list which is detailed in Tuesday's post. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get post workout stack ready in the morning. Taking progress photos in the app tomorrow morning. Took a sneak peek at next weeks training and can do them either at home or in the gym.

Tuesday 8/17

Today's training session was a change in plan it was leg day instead of 39 min of Cardio as I went to the gym instead of working out at home. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I have 351 calories left, P goal was 140 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 105 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 65 and I had 40 grams left. Friday 8/13

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I had 214 calories left, P goal was 140 and I was over 6 grams, C goal was 105 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 65 and I had 24 grams left. Great truck unload this morning but got too hot and now still have a headache. Completed both personal and app Power Lists. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Already on the app have the tab on the workouts for the week. Monday's training session is 10 min AMRAP 3 min rest then another 10 min AMRAP, Tuesday's training session is 39 min Cardio Mashup, Wednesday's training session is either 3 rounds of Circuit or truck unload, Thursday's training session is 4 round circuit and Friday's training session is 3 RFT then 2 min rest then 4 rounds as fast as possible.

Thursday 8/12

Wednesday 8/11

Day 7 of 75 Hard complete. Almost everything is complete on my weekly check list just need to send my assessment over to Addie which will be done on Sunday morning.

Tuesday 8/10

To shake things up this week and since I work 11AM to 5PM I'll get in 30 min of cardio plus the 45 min for 75 Hard. Completed both personal and app Power Lists. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Completed day 6 of 75 Hard. Tomorrow is weigh in day, measurements day and progress photos day.

Sunday 8/8

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were OK today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 277 calories, P goal was 140 and I was over 34 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 8 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 20 grams. This week's training sessions all at home 15 min AMRAP tomorrow, 3 rounds 9 min then minute rest and 3 rounds 9 min max on Tuesday, 20 min EMOM (5 rounds) on Wed, Active recovery 45 min Cardio on Thursday and either 20 min AMRAP or truck unload. All days will also include 45 min on bike for my second workout of 75 Hard. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and day 4 of 75 Hard complete. Completed both personal and app Power lists.

Saturday 8/7

 All green on my Versa 2, didn't achieved my steps per hour goal as enjoyed time with family this morning for a Bridal Shower but do have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 134 calories, P goal was 140 and I was on target, C goal was 140 and I had 16 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 22 grams. Got in a great 15 min AMRAP and core work after getting home from the Shower. Meds are ready for the week and Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Day 3 of 75 Hard Complete.  Completed both personal and app Power lists.  

Friday 8/6

Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 217, P goal was 140 and I was over 1 gram, C goal was 140 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 50 and I was over 23 grams. Great workout this morning after breakfast. Completed both personal and app power lists. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow. With the new wave of Covid hitting my area I'm going to get in my workouts at home instead of the gym.  Day 2 of 75 Hard complete.

Thursday 8/5

Tracked truck unload this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is 15 min AMRAP then 3 rounds for quality either before work as I work 11AM to 5PM or after dinner will see what time I have after breakfast.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Completed both Personal and app Power lists. Today is day 1 of 75 Hard as I decided to restart it and do better this time. Starting tomorrow I'm planning on measuring my food a little better.

Tuesday 8/3

Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 168, P goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 18 grams. Pre tracked P for today and did OK but need to be more mindful tomorrow. Got in a great 20 min EMOM (5 rounds) this morning. Unsure of tomorrow's plan as got a text to work 9AM to 3PM instead of 6AM to noon so unsure if I'll get my 2 part 3 Rounds for time with 3 min rest between or truck unload will wait and see when I get to work in the morning. Completed both personal and app power lists. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 156, P goal was 140 and I was over 31 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 21 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 10 grams. Got in a great 7 min AMRAP 3 min rest then 7 min AMRAP completed 8 rounds. Tomorrow's training plan is 20 min EMOM(5 rounds). A cool idea is to pre track proteins for the day the work the carbs and fats until the calorie goal is reached. Addie suggested that I try it so have most of tomorrow planned just unsure of Breakfast yet. Completed both Personal and app Power Lists. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.
