 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1565 and I had 229 calories left, P goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 105 and I was over 10 grams and F goal was 65 and I had 28 grams left. Great workout this evening. Tomorrow's training session is 30 min AMRAP and 30 min cardio. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and post workout stack will be ready shortly. Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3. Sleep 7+ hours--done 4. Hit my protein goal--done 5. Hit steps goal--done and Completed personal power list 1.
