Wednesday 6/30

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 22 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 19 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. Training plan changed as after I hit post last night got a call that truck isn't coming until Thursday so worked 9AM-3PM so got my cardio in after dinner. Tomorrow's training plan is upper2 after work in the gym.  Drank my reds and greens for my tummy health before beginning my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and workout clothes are packed and ready for tomorrow. 

Tuesday 6/29

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 29 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 22 grams left and F goal was 50 and I hit that target. Got in a great lower1 modified to be done at home. For anyone that's confused when say drank my reds and greens I mean that I drink a reds supplement and a greens supplement nightly to help with my tummy health.  Tomorrow's training plan is 30 min rowing machine row after a 10 min warm up on either the elliptical or treadmill sprints haven't decided yet. 

Monday 6/28

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. I decided for a while to give myself a little rest lowering my step goal from 18K to 15K and taking a break from Step Bet as well. Had fasting labs drawn this morning and all was good so I guess the Vitamin C and Super B Complex that coach Adam started me on back in December helped regulate my blood counts. Great upper1 training session and 30 min walk this morning. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 12 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 6 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 1 gram left. Just finished my reds and greens and will begin my nighttime routine. Tomorrow's training plan is lower1 modified for at home. 

Sunday 6/27

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 25 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 16 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 8 grams. Tomorrow's training plan is upper1 after my 6 month doctors appointment and more than likely having labs drawn. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. As usual I drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine.  As of now I'm fasting until 10 or 11 tomorrow morning after I had my labs drawn as they will more than likely need to be fasting. I will however drink plenty of water to help my veins be more visible. 

Saturday 6/26

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 23 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 3 grams left. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. As always drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. This weeks training plan is upper1 at the gym on Monday, lower2 modified for home on Tuesday, 30 min cardio at the gym on Wed, upper2 at the gym on Thursday and lower2 modified for home on Friday.  

Friday 6/25

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 13 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 3 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 7 grams. Got in a great 3 part super set 3 sets of each part before moving to the next. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. As usual drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Already caught up on today's live stream from the app. Measurements and photos taken this morning. Next week's training plan is Monday upper1, Tuesday lower1, Wed cardio and I'm gonna add abs, Thursday upper2, and Friday lower2. Unsure how many of them will be in the gym and how many will be modified for at home.

Thursday 6/24

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 11 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 8 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 2 grams. Got in a great 5 rounds for time then 20 min cardio. Catching up on today's live stream from the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Tomorrow's training plan is 3 part super set with a minute rest between super sets. I'll be over on the other side of the gym since I don't need to use a weight bench or cable machines.  Plan on taking measurements and progress photos in the app tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 6/23

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 41 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 3 grams and F goal was 50 and I had 10 grams left. Got in a great Chipper workout beginning with 800m row then 50 reps of 2 exercises then a rest, the 800m row stayed the same but the other exercises went down starting at 50 and ending at 10 reps. Tomorrow's training plan is 5 rounds for time then 20 min cardio to finish up. Drinking my reds and greens now then will begin my nighttime routine. Shortly will be catching up on today's live stream from the My TransPHORM app. Vitamins and workout clothes are packed and ready for tomorrow.

Tuesday 6/22

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 12 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 8 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. Got in a great 16 min EMOM (4 rounds). Tomorrow's training plan is 35 min to finish and I'm planning to substitute 800m row for 800m run. As always drank reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Monday 6/21

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 8 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left. Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Great 2 rounds for time in no more than 35 minutes. Catching up on today's live stream from the My TransPHORM app. Tomorrow's training plan is 16 min EMOM (4 rounds) after dinner. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Yesterday I let my retainers soak all day and they were as clean as if they had came out of the shaker cleaner at the dentist.  

Sunday 6/20

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 2 grams. Great modified Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout to make up for having a headache on Thursday. This week's training plan is Monday 2 rounds for time at home after dinner, Tuesday 16 min EMOM (4 rounds) at home after dinner, Wed 35 min to finish at the gym after truck unload, Thursday 5 RFT (Rounds for time) at the gym after work and Friday 3 Part Super Sets with a minute rest between parts at the gym after breakfast. Saturday's training is Cardio followed by a plank circuit. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. As always I drank my reds and greens now waiting another few minutes to rinse and put my retainers in they have been soaking in denture cleaner all day.

Saturday 6/19

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 160 and I was right on target and F goal was 50 and I was over 17 grams. Thinking about changing my workouts on the app back to beginner as there are stuff I'm not sure I can do on the intermediate program. Sent my advisor Addie a message to see what she thinks. I have decided that Sunday's will be the days I soak my retainers in denture cleaner. Drank my reds and greens now waiting for my toothpaste to sit for 30 min before I can rinse. I started using Prevident toothpaste from my dentist and I forgot to ask her when I was there Tuesday if I still have to use it but will ask when I go for my next cleaning in about a month. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Friday 6/18

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 33 grams left, C goal was,160 and I had 14 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 16 grams. Got in a great modified Pull day workout today. Tomorrow's training plan is Legs Day modified for home but tracked as I would if I had done the workout in the gym.  Finished my reds and greens then began my nighttime routine. As of now my workout plan for next week is Monday and Tuesday TBD but modified for at home. Wed through Friday also TBD but will be gym workouts. Won't know my workouts for the week until sometime tomorrow or Sunday at the latest.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and watched the live stream live this morning but still might watch the recording later. 

Thursday 6/17

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 13 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 27 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 14 grams.  Had a heat headache and sore from yesterday's workout so missed my workout today but will modify tomorrow's workout for at home. Just finished my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will catch up on today's live stream recording from the app.  Unsure yet but might retake my measurements and progress photos Saturday morning. 

Wednesday 6/16

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 38 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 14 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 7 grams left. Got in a great Leg Day workout this afternoon. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Vitamins and workout clothes are ready for tomorrow. Later will get caught up on today's livestream from the app.  Tomorrow's training plan is Push Day after work in the gym.

Tuesday 6/15

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 49 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. Got in a great 18 min EMOM and 1 mile jog since I don't run. I went a mile at 3.5 speed in 17 minutes 16 seconds. Tomorrow's training session is Leg Day after truck unload. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Had my 3 month retainer check this morning and now I'm just wearing them at night. Took measurements and progress photos today but might retake the photos later in the week. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and gym clothes are packed for tomorrow as well. 

Monday 6/14

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18 K steps today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 47 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 22 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 3 grams. Got in a great training session called chipper I did 4 exercises starting out at 100 reps, then 50 reps and finally 25 reps. Tomorrow's training session is Every Minute On The Minute or EMOM for 18 minutes 3 sets then a 1 mile jog for time. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drinking my reds and greens now before beginning my evening routine.

Sunday 6/13

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18Kmsteps for today. Macros were good again today P goal was 140 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 7 grand left and F goal was 50 and I was over 18 grams. Switched my training from beginner to intermediate and I only get 1 rest day so will modify Saturday's to a home workout. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's training plan is for time 4 different exercises, Tuesdays training plan is Every Minutes on the Minutes 5 exercises then Cardio 1 mile for time, Wednesdays training plan is Leg Day, Thursdays training plan is Push day, Friday's training plan is Pull day modified for home and Saturdays training plan is Leg Day modified for home.

Saturday 6/12

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goa, and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 13 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 19 grams. Feeling better so plan on trying to get into the gym on Monday.  Drank my reds and green before beginning my nighttime routine. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Versa battery is at 49% so will charge it in the morning while I'm in the shower then will charge more tomorrow evening.  

Friday 6/11

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 15 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 4 grams. Resting again today in hopes of getting back into the gym next week. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Wasn't supposed to get my Level-1 protein until tomorrow but it came today instead. Should have my megawatt on Monday but will see since my protein came a day early.  Soon will take my sinus medicine and cough medicine since both aren12 hours between doses. Listened to yesterday's live stream on the app and will catch up on today's shortly. 

Thursday 6/10

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 12 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 15 grams. Didn't get into the gym this afternoon as I didn't feel good after I got off work. Took my Mucinex a little bit ago and earlier took a shot of Delsym cough medicine.  Drinking my reds and greens before going to begin my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow as is my Level-1 bar to eat on break.

Wednesday 6/9

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were good today P goal was 143 and I was over 3 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 11 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 23 grams. Got in my cardio this morning while listening to today's livestream on the app I use to track my food and training. Tomorrow's training plan is upper2 in the gym after work and Friday's training plan is lower2 in the gym after work. Those plans are subject to change depending on how I feel as I have a sinus cold. Drank my reds and greens to begin my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get my protein in the morning ready to drink post workout.     

Tuesday 6/8

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 160 and I had 10 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 18 grams. Got in a great Lower2 in after my hair appointment this morning. Drank my reds and greens as usual but instead of using the old Black N Decker Gizmo I used my new pink frother and it was a lot smoother of mix. Tomorrow's training plan is 30 min cardio before work. Will also take my weekly measurements and progress photos in the app. Got a text earlier so my end of the week training plan is upper2 at the gym after work and depending on my schedule for Friday either lower2 in the gym or at home after dinner. Using my second of three packages of cleaning crystals for my retainers and may see if I can use regular denture cleaning tablets before ordering a bigger box of cleaning crystals. Change in training plan for today still got it in just instead of a gym workout it was an at home one since it was later than planned when I got off since it was pouring down rain. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was right on, C goal was 160 and I had 8 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 11 grams. Tomorrow's training plan is lower1 at the gym after my hair appointment. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my bedtime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Sunday 6/6

 For any new readers when I say all green it means that I reach my mile, calories out and activity minutes goals. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were pretty good P goal was 125 and I was over 3 grams, C goal was 144 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 60 and I had 4 grams left. Drinking my reds and greens before I start my night time routine. I bought a milk brother that is battery powered and has a stand should have it for making reds and green on Tuesday evening. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's training plan is upper1 after work at the gym. I'm off at 2PM so should be good to go as my cut off time is when I get off at 3PM.

Saturday 6/5

Macros were good today P goal was 125 and I was over 2 grams, C goal was 144 and I had 9 grams left and F goal was 60 and I was over 12 grams. Drank as usual my reds and greens to begin my nighttime routine. Catching up on yesterday's live stream from the app.  For now but subject to change my training plan for the week is Monday upper1 after work at the gym, Tuesday lower1 at the gym, Wed cardio at home after dinner, Thursday upper2 modified for at home and Friday lower2 at the gym. Versa battery is 29% so charging soon. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Friday 6/4

Macros were good today P goal was 125 and I was over 36 grams, C goal was 144 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 60 and I was over 11 grams. Got in a great modified lower 2 training session this evening. Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Looking forward to my rest days this weekend. 

Thursday 6/3

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Missed writing yesterday due to going to a show in Branson and not getting back to the hotel until late. Macros were great yesterday P goal was 125 and I was over 5 grams, C goal was 144 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 60 and I was over 3 grams. Today's macros were good today P Goal was 125 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 144 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 60 and I had 8 grams left. Getting caught up on live streams on the app for yesterday and today. Tomorrow's training plan is lower2 after dinner since I work 10AM to 5PM and might not get a chance to get it in before work.  

Tuesday 6/1

 Almost all green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and or should have over 18K steps for today. Macros were not as good as the last few days. P goal was 125 and I had 6 grams left, C goal was 144 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 60 and I was over 25 grams. Walked all over Silver Dollar City this afternoon.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will have with me to take throughout the day if needed.
