Monday 6/14

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18 K steps today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 47 grams, C goal was 160 and I had 22 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 3 grams. Got in a great training session called chipper I did 4 exercises starting out at 100 reps, then 50 reps and finally 25 reps. Tomorrow's training session is Every Minute On The Minute or EMOM for 18 minutes 3 sets then a 1 mile jog for time. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drinking my reds and greens now before beginning my evening routine.
