 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 29 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 22 grams left and F goal was 50 and I hit that target. Got in a great lower1 modified to be done at home. For anyone that's confused when say drank my reds and greens I mean that I drink a reds supplement and a greens supplement nightly to help with my tummy health.  Tomorrow's training plan is 30 min rowing machine row after a 10 min warm up on either the elliptical or treadmill sprints haven't decided yet.
