Saturday 6/26

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 23 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 3 grams left. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. As always drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. This weeks training plan is upper1 at the gym on Monday, lower2 modified for home on Tuesday, 30 min cardio at the gym on Wed, upper2 at the gym on Thursday and lower2 modified for home on Friday.
