32 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were great again today under 11.5 grams protein, under 14.6 grams carbs and under 5.8 grams fats. Coach should be happy with my numbers and progress. Still undecided about fasting on Tuesday for this current training week. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner.

33 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 12.4 grams protein, under 23.1 grams carbs and under 1.8 grams fats. The virtual recital was so good my cousins son did an amazing job but then again the kid has a really amazing voice. Still tentatively planning to fast on Tuesday but haven't decided yet.  Great online mass this evening. I haven't been to in person church since last March as I don't feel comfortable attending when I work with the public and it's the most vulnerable parish members that go on Saturday night. Shortly will be getting my meds ready for the week and vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good again today under 1.4 grams protein, under 2.8 grams carbs and under 2.5 grams fats can't get any closer than that. Coach was very happy with my numbers for last training week. Next weeks workouts will be as scheduled in the My Workout app.  Great Arms/light delts workout this morning now onto my rest days. Fasting day for this training week will be on Tuesday then for next training week on Thursday which is my normal fasting day.  Ordered another hydro flex water bottle a different color of green this time and with it a silicone bottom to protect from denting if dropped.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were the best yet for this week under 9.2 grams protein, over 1 gram carbs and under 5 grams fats. Great legs/glutes workout this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/light delts. As of 4PM my time/5PM coach's time I haven't heard back yet. 2 more days of vacation as I got a text from my manager giving me a heads up that I'm opening with her Sunday so I can have Super Bowl Sunday off to watch 8 or so hours of pregame coverage on NFL Network. Have next weeks workouts planned in the app but will probably move my arms/light delts day to truck day.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today over 19 grams protein, under 13.2 grams carbs and over 0.4 grams fats. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes after breakfast. Coach should be happy with my numbers but will see once I hear back sometime tomorrow. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and I should be restocked Friday as I reordered my vitamins and Core Zone on Monday.

 All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 8.5 grams protein, under 15.5 grams carbs, and over 6 grams on fats. Sent my weekly check in to coach earlier this evening. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout in this morning. Tomorrow's planned workout is Shoulders/Triceps. Shortly will get my Core vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were good today over 8.8 grams of protein, under 23.2 grams carbs and over 0.6 grams fats. Yesterday's macros were good as well. Coach sent me my new workouts yesterday but didn't get them ready to print and printed until this morning. Already have the first weeks worth in the My Workout app and will get next week's put in the app shortly.  Also shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. Plan on later in the week taking measurements and a progress photo to put in the Shapez app so I can take a screenshot to share with Coach for next week's check in.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Unsure of macros due to writing early. Got my new workouts will get them ready to print tomorrow. Was supposed to start vacation today but was asked to work tonight so writing early. Meds ready for the week and shortly will get vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 6.2 grams protein, under 16.2grams carbs, and over 3.6 grams fats. Workouts for next week are as planned but subject to change once I get my new ones. Went to streaming online church this evening. Plan for tomorrow changed I was supposed to be off but got a text to work tomorrow evening. Soon I'll get my meds ready for the week and vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 24.6 grams protein, under 13.4 grams carbs and under 2.3 grams fats. Got in an Abs/Cardio workout after unloading a 1450 piece truck. Already have next weeks workout put into the My Workout app but its subject to change depending if I get my new workouts this weekend. Getting caught up again on the Contest Prep University podcasts by Coach Adam and Dr. Joe.

 All green on m Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 9.5 grams protein, under 3.7 grams carbs and over 12.4 grams fats. Coach was happy with my numbers this week. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout this morning before work. Tomorrow's workout is track truck unload then Abs/Cardio after work. Hopefully this weekend I'll get new at home workouts. Bought Collagen in both pill form and powder trying the pills first then maybe in a week or two try the powder.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today under 21.8 grams protein, under 11.8 grams carbs and under 1.7 grams fats.  Got in a great Legs workout after getting home from work and after eating dinner. Had a great zoom chat with my team SYLL teammates. Will buy some Collagen tomorrow and take it for the next couple weeks and see how my hair looks when I get my hair cut. Haven't heard from Coach yet but should by tomorrow evening when I get home from work.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 15.9 grams protein, under 9.4 grams carbs and under 13.5 grams fats best day of eating this week. Sent my weekly check in to coach and told him I was getting bored with the workouts from the first round of Covid-19 lockdown last Spring. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is Legs which will be done after work and before the zoom chat with my team SYLL teammates and Coach.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout after dinner. Macros were good today under 27 grams of protein, over 0.5 grams of carbs and over 1 gram of fats.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps after I get back from one of my final Invisalign appointments. Since I know I'm on vacation next week I might go ahead and get all 5 workouts scheduled in the My Workout app. Tomorrow at this time I plan on having my weekly check in email sent to Coach.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today under 9 grams on protein, under 18.8 grams on carbs and over 3.5 grams on fats. Plan on doing better tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner. With no early to work days not sure when or if I'll get my fasting day in.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 19.7 grams on protein, under 3.4 grams carbs and under 5.2 grams fats. For the cutting phase my protein target is 110, carbs target is 145 and fats target is 35 grams. Plan is to get in all 5 days 4 days of lifting and 1 Abs and Cardio day.  Didn't schedule my workout until I got home. Attended mass streaming tonight and it was a good service. Regular meds are in my pill box and ready for the week and Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. I get my regular meds ready for the week on Sat and each evening I get my Core Vitamins ready for the next day.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today under 20 grams on protein, under 3 grams on carbs and under 12 grams on fats. Got in my Legs/Glutes workout in this evening. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workouts for the week. Once I see the schedule I'll get my workouts planned in the My Workout app.

 Countdown revised as the family wedding is Sept. 18th. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good for my fasting day. Coach was fairly happy with my numbers and didn't change anything. Missed today's workout as I had my tummy wasn't feeling good but I'm feeling better now.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after work and dinner. 

34 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today.  Macros were good again today. Could've gotten a little more protein and fats will get more Friday since tomorrow is my fasting day this week.  Got in Abs and Cardio this afternoon after unloading a 1,000 piece truck this morning. Posted both tracked screenshots to my Instagram story.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after work and maybe I'll wait until after dinner too. Should hear from Coach tomorrow afternoon since then will be 48 hours.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today just over .7grams on fats not too bad for the first 2 days of the cutting phase. Dentist still not happy yet with the bottoms but I do have an appointment next week then one set up for my cleaning and the finishing stuff for my Invisalign treatments.  Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout for after truck unload is Abs and Cardio. Weekly check in email sent to Coach Adam around 3 PM so will probably hear back Thursday afternoon.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were good for the start of my cutting phase.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this afternoon after dinner. Tomorrow's workout is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps after my Invisalign check up to see if my lowers are better than they were last week.  Ended up getting my usual cold brew this morning since the Nitro machine is currently out of order but should be fixed later this week.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today and Coach said that fasting this week didn't matter since I'm starting to cut tomorrow. Think I'll order Starbucks for myself and the opening manager in the morning I'll get him the usual and I'll get me either a cold brew coffee or a nitro cold brew haven't decided yet.  Tomorrow's workout is still Legs/Glutes after work and probably dinner too as planned.

35 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today as I gear up to drop my macros starting on Tuesday since they will be really low on Monday for my fasting day. For anyone confused by my post yesterday about cutting it's just my Coach is lowering my macros to see the weight come off a little faster. All of my workouts for next week are in the My Workout app. Workout plan for next week is Legs/Glutes on Monday, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps on Tuesday, Abs and Cardio on Wednesday, Back/Biceps on Thursday and Legs/Glutes on Friday.

35 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this morning. I've been thinking and on truck unload days I'll do Abs and Cardio after work. This week truck unload is on Wed so that's when I have scheduled in the My Workout app. Next week I'll get 4 lifting workouts and 1 Abs/Cardio after truck unload. Now the cutting phase won't start until Tuesday since I plan on my fasting day for this current training week for Monday.  

35 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. I start the cutting phase of my journey on Monday will continue on current macros until then and go from 115P to 110P, 160C to 145C and 40F to 35F. Will still keep 1 fasting day for now. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes after breakfast.  Not only have I completed both Power days and 1 active day of week 1 on Step Bet maintainer challenge.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today.  Got in a great Legs workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is Back/Biceps after breakfast. Macros were great again today so think Coach will be happy with my numbers.  Most likely won't hear from him until sometime tomorrow.   In utter disbelief by what's been going on in the US Capitol all afternoon. I've completed both Power days on the Maintainer Step Bet challenge. Now just need 4 Active days starting today through Saturday to make the week. I took a break from Step Bet over the holidays but started back this week.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome yet again but could probably have gotten more fats. Coach should be happy with my numbers for the week. Weekly check in sent to Coach and now to sit back and wait for a reply on probably Thursday. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout in this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs. I'm nearing the end of my Invisalign journey as the dentist was happy with my top so tray stayed the same as the one I went in with but got the next set of trays just the bottom one. So my top tray is still 18 and bottom tray is 19.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were amazing yet again today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this morning. Coach should be very happy with my numbers this week. Downloaded an app called Shapez to put my monthly measurements and progress photo in the screenshot the photo with details then send that to Coach Adam each month.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome again today. Tomorrow I begin Maintainer Challenge on Step Bet app. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes a great way to start out the week. Didn't give myself a manicure this afternoon but might later this week.  Coach should be really happy with my numbers so far this week with 2 days left in the training week before sending my weekly check in to him. 

36 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were the best yet and good so far this week. Measurements taken and posted on my weekly check in spreadsheet and progress photo taken and ready to send on Tuesday afternoon. All workouts are ready for next week in the My Workout app. Already went to virtual church this evening with mass live streamed at 5PM. Might give myself a manicure tomorrow during Sunday football early game.

36 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good for today. Heard from Coach after I posted last night and he gave me 10 more grams of Carbs and told me not to worry about fasting next training week as we will check my progress and decide if it's time for my cutting phase. Have all 5 workouts copied over from this week to next week. Tomorrow morning I plan on taking measurements and a progress photo.
