35 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today as I gear up to drop my macros starting on Tuesday since they will be really low on Monday for my fasting day. For anyone confused by my post yesterday about cutting it's just my Coach is lowering my macros to see the weight come off a little faster. All of my workouts for next week are in the My Workout app. Workout plan for next week is Legs/Glutes on Monday, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps on Tuesday, Abs and Cardio on Wednesday, Back/Biceps on Thursday and Legs/Glutes on Friday.
