Day 157 & 158

On vacation so steps and stuff on my Versa isn't what it normally is. Versa battery is @ 49%so charging now. Updated my macros on both the website and app. Saturday begins the Fall 5% challenge on Spark People. So far so good on my food plan but need to drink more water. Now that I figured out how to use my Surface Pro without the keyword I can check in and blog/journal easier.

Day 156

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 37 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today.  Received my new plan from Coach this afternoon and sent an e-mail letting him know that I'm traveling next week so will be careful with my eating and start my workouts on Oct 7th. I've got 5.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 12.9# to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 155

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs day workout for my final workout with my now new teammate.  Should if all goes well get my new plan this weekend to start the nutrition portion this week then start the exercise portion on Oct 7th.  I'm currently leading both workweek hustle challenges with 8hrs 57min to go in both of them.  I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 then 14.5# to go to reach my goal of 125 for now will see if Coach changes it. Starting the Fall 5% challenge on Saturday Oct 5th and as of now my goal is 7# to lose over the course of the 8 week challenge on Spark People.

Day 154

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Versa battery is at 53% so will charge it a little later tonight. Got in a great double workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs to close out this training month and my time working with my amazing friend. Got the e-mailed invoice this afternoon and paid so ready for my new plan with coach to start on Monday. I should have it by this weekend so I can start the workout part when we get back. Got rice cakes but priced the jerkey at Wal-Mart and think if I decide I want some I'll get it tomorrow or Saturday. 

Day 153

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Day 3 & Day 4 workouts. Got an e-mail from Coach and should get an e-mailed invoice from his wife either later today or tomorrow to get started by hopefully Sunday. He gave me some good ideas for snack to take on the road beef jerkey and rice cakes. Will look for both of those at Wal-Mart in the morning. Have a backup plan for vitamins in the even that my regular ones aren't here by Saturday afternoon then I'll take some others that I've got.

Day 152

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great double workout this morning and after a day off from the gym tomorrow it's back into the gym for another double workout. Eager to get going with coach and see what kind of workouts he has for me. I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.4# to go to reach my for now goal of 125. Will see if coach changes that or if it stays the same. Love my new Versa bumpers they are lighter than the old one that I have. 

Day 151

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. I've got 8.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Got the forms I needed to fill out and e-mail back to my trainer this morning now waiting to see where we go from here as far as payment goes. Tomorrow it's back into the gym for a double workout will do day 1 and day 2 then take Wed off due to work and Thursday will be Day 3 and Day 4 then on Friday after work it will be Day 5 to complete this training month. Will start hopefully my new workouts with Coach on October 7th after we get back from vacation.  Ordered on Saturday and got today my new 5 pack of Versa bumpers they are lighter than my original one I bought. 

Day 150

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got a reply back from coach and decided to sign up for 6 months and might go to 12 months next time will see how the results are. I'm eager to get started after vacation next week when I'll be out of the gym and out of town. I've got 9# to go to reach my for now mini goal of 132 and 16# to go to reach  my again for now goal of 125. Will see if coach wants to change it. Versa battery is at 52% so will charge it up in a little bit.  I think I feel better now that it's been over a week since I had my last Bang! energy drink. 

Day 149

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 15K steps for today. Plan is to get into the gym 3 days with 2 double workouts on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Sent coach a message via his website then a reply via e-mail letting him know that I want to be in the best shape of my life and not compete. I've got 9.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.6# to go to reach my goal of 125 which might change depending on if coach takes me on as a client too and changes what my current trainer decided for a goal weight. I won one of the workweek hustle challenges and finished third in the other one. I'm in second place of the weekend warrior challenge. I had my last Bang! energy drink last Saturday and now instead I drink V8 energy + in the morning then if I need for an afternoon pick me up. 

Day 148

Writing early but going all green, achieving my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great double workout today and now waiting to see my schedule tomorrow to plan my workouts for next week. I've got still 10.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Thinking about switching trainers and working with Adam Atkinson who is also my current trainer's coach and a few others in the gym trains with him too. I'm currently as of almost 12:30PM leading both workweek hustle challenges with 11hrs to go in one of them and 13hrs to go in the other. In 12hrs I start a weekend warrior challenge.  I've been energy drink free for 6 days now I'm not going to order anymore and then I might seriously consider working with Adam. My current trainer won't be mad if I switched to him since I'll be joining her as a teammate. 

Day 147

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Change in workout plan for today decided to skip and do a double workout tomorrow morning when there won't be kids from the cheer gym that shares the building with the gym.  I've got 10.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm currently still leading one of the workweek hustle challenges and in second on the other one but the challenge I'm in second the person leading hasn't synced their tracker for 13hrs.  Still haven't gotten an invite yet to join the team I want for the 8 week Fall 5% challenge. 

Day 146

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great Back/3 rounds of 150 meter rowing machine sprints and Legs workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps.  I've got 11.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 18.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. I joined a 5% Challenge to lose 5% of my weight this fall in 8 weeks and am still eagerly waiting for my invite to join the team I wanted. I'm currently leading both workweek hustle challenges that I'm in on the Fit Bit app. The printed paper worked better than I thought it would so will print October's workouts when I get them and since I'll be out of town the first week of October I'm in no hurry for my new workouts.

Day 145

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 15K steps before bed. Well my plan to do a little from yesterday to do the cardio then today's workout didn't go as planned since I did all of yesterday's workout then today after. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 3 rounds of 150 meter rowing machine sprints then Legs. Had an idea today to copy each day to a page in a word document then I can track it that way instead of writing in my notebook I can just print out 4 or however many weeks are in the month copies to put in my folder. Got this weeks and next weeks workouts printed to use Wednesday's day 3 tomorrow. I've got 11.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 18.7# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 144

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. After a week and a day off from the gym it's back into the gym tomorrow for Legs and 8 rounds (4 min time limit) 30 sec on and 30 sec off Russian Twists. I'm skipping my Chest/Shoulders but will do 4 rounds of 10-12 cal Assault Bike sprints and 3 rounds of 200 meter rowing machine sprints and might do a couple of the exercises from today's planned workout before the cardio. I've got 12.2# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 19.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Gonna work hard to get close to my mini goal or even goal before Vacation in a couple weeks. I'm in second place on 1 workweek hustle challenge and first place on the other one. I ended up 4th in the weekend warrior challenge I was in last weekend. Could've been in first on both workweek hustle challenges if I had done truck this morning. 

Day 143

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. I ended up in second place on both workweek hustle challenges and am in third place with 8hrs 56min left on the weekend warrior challenge. Plan in place for this week is to get into the gym 4 days with maybe a double workout on Tuesday or Thursday haven't decided yet. I'm still 11# from my mini goal of 132 and 18# from my goal of 125. Scale is still up 0.7# from last Monday's weigh in so watching today to be down a little for tomorrow's weigh in.

Day 142

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today just might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Writing early since I work 3:45PM-9:30PM tonight.  I came in second on one workweek hustle challenge and am leading with 2hrs 42min left to sync trackers and waiting for 3 people to sync. I'm in a weekend warrior challenge and am in 4th place. Plan is to still take Monday as a rest and recovery day from the gym then back into the gym on Tuesday if my back is feeling a lot better. Scale is up 0.7# from Monday so will watch my snacking the rest of today and tomorrow too. I've got 11# to achieve my mini goal of 132 and 18# to go to reach my goal of 125.  If I watch very carefully I can be at mini goal before we go on vacation then watch while we are gone to have a loss for the weigh in on the Monday after we get back.

Day 141

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Back feeling much better wore a pain patch and Copper Care back support this morning. Gonna take 1 more rest and recovery day on Monday then try a light workout on Tuesday morning. Forgot to take the other 2 Aleve last night but took some this morning and will again before bedtime. Schedule was published earlier than normal so I can get into the gym all 5 days if I wanted to even if it ment going after 5PM on Monday but since I'm taking a rest and recovery day I'll get into the gym 4 days with a double workout thrown in not sure what day. 

Day 140

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime. Taking a week off from the gym is sure hurting my days of exercise this week but I don't care I just want my back to feel better which it is today I got my steps for the hour then went to lay down for the rest of the hour just to rest my back. Right now my back is feeling better but we will see when I get off at 6PM tomorrow after unloading an 800 piece truck. Took 2 Aleve yesterday morning and again 12hrs later did the same this morning and will take 2 more in a couple of hours.

Day 139

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 148 and 129 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Used an Icy/Hot pain patch this afternoon while out and about but now using Salonpas with Lidocaine liquid roll on from now until bedtime. Shortly before bed I'll take some Aleve. Feeling guilty not getting my workouts in Monday, Yesterday and today but I know it's best for my body that I take a week away from the gym for a rest and recovery week.  

Day 138

Almost all green on my Versa might just miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Versa battery is at 48% so going to charge it up in a bit. Decided to take this week as a recovery week and let my back heal a little more before getting back into the gym. I was so sore again today that I can barely walk without pain for a bit. Plan on putting on an Icy/Hot pain patch tomorrow as we are going to Joplin shopping after or before my mom's doctor's appointment. 

Day 137

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Didn't make it to the gym today as my back is really sore today so bad that I can barely walk at times without pain. Bought some Salonpas with Lidocaine at Wal-Mart since that's what the pharmasist recommends. Hoping to get into the gym tomorrow but not sure will depend on how sore I am after I get off work at 3:45PM. 

Day 136

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 4 sets of 10-12 calorie assault bike sprints then 3 sets of 200 meters on rowing machine. Won both workweek hustle challenges and am still in 3rd on the weekend warrior challenge. 

Day 135

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes and came up 31 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while busy at work this afternoon but have over 15K steps for today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days even if it means going after 4PM which I'll have to do on Monday. Won both workweek hustle challenges and am in third on the weekend warrior challenge with 1 day 4hrs 42min left.

Day 134

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. I'm leading both workweek hustle challenges with waiting on a few trackers to sync for one and with 5hrs 9min left on the other one. Versa battery is at 53% so will be charging it soon to be at 100% for tonight.  I've got 8.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Going to check on Monday to see the expiration date on the protein powder since I can add 1 shake back into my diet so will make it the post-workout shakes. Got in a great Legs and 3 sets of 10 calorie bike sprint using the assault (crossfit) bike. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for all 5 days again but will take 4 days with a double workout thrown in if needed. 

Day 133

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 3 rounds of 10 cal bike sprints on the assault bike. Won't know my work schedule for next week until either sometime tomorrow or Saturday early afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but we will see. I've got 8.6# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.6# to go to reach my goal of 125. Still didn't measure yet but will get that done in the morning. Working 4PM-9:30PM tonight so writing early then I can shut my computer down before I go.

Day 132

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Back 3 rounds of 150 meter rowing machine row and Legs workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. I've got 7.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.9# to go to reach my goal of 125. So far my September workouts are way harder than anything I've done before. Haven't measured yet but will in the morning. 

Day 131

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs and 8 rounds of russian twists. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and Legs with 3 rounds of 150 meter rowing machine rows.  I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Wrote all of my workouts for this week into my notebook and printed them off too so I don't have to look at my e-mail if I'm not sure of what I wrote down.

Day 130

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got my new workouts this morning and just wrote today's in my notebook but will put the others in shortly. Today's workout was Chest/Shoulders and 4 rounds of 10 calorie bike sprints and 3 rounds of 200 meter row. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 8 rounds 4 min time russian twists. I finished second in the weekend warrior challenge and am leading both workweek hustle challenges I'm in this week. Versa battery was at 38% so charged it for a little bit and now it's at 55% so will finish charging in an hour or so. I think my new September workouts are the hardest that I've done so far. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. Hoping to be at 132 by the middle of this month and working to get to my goal of 125.

Day 129

Writing early yet again so unsure if I'll go all green might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 1# from last Monday's weigh in.  As of now still unsure of what I'm training tomorrow might text my trainer later to let her know I'll be in the gym after 1PM tomorrow and check on my workouts.  I won the workweek hustle challenge that I was in last week and am leading for the moment the weekend warrior challenge with 14hrs 22min left.  Begin another workweek hustle challenge in 12hrs.
