Day 136

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 4 sets of 10-12 calorie assault bike sprints then 3 sets of 200 meters on rowing machine. Won both workweek hustle challenges and am still in 3rd on the weekend warrior challenge.
