Day 310

Almost all green on my Versa, might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have 15K steps today.  Macros were better today and experiment was a success I'm down 2.5# from Mondays weigh in. Still fighting a sinus cold will use my humidifier tonight as I have been lax in using it lately. Will see how I feel on Monday to decide if I'm gonna take the week out of the gym or not.

Day 309

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today over 19grams on protein, over 1gram of carbs and 11grams of fats. Still fighting a sinus cold so depending on how I feel on Monday I can get into the gym all 5 days. Day 3 of my experiment is a success again no change in weight from Wednesday. 

Day 308

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were OK today had more protein than carbs but carbs and fats were way over my target numbers. Fighting a sinus cold so took a rest day from the gym. Day 2 of my experiment went well didn't gain anything overnight but didn't lose either. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest to plan my workouts. Checked Wal-Mart's app and looks like the Mio Java is no longer going to be sold there even though it's still available on Amazon.com. I think I like the Ketogenic Coffee just need to find a coffee scoop. I keep checking Wal-Mart.com app and it's still out of stock but will keep checking every couple of days.

Day 307

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were amazing today well all but fats those were still high. Stopped at Wal-Mart this morning and guessing that Mio will no longer sell the Java coffees since I didn't even see the spot where they went on the shelf. Oh well I like the Ketogenic Coffee anyway so will use it. Got in an amazing Legs/Glutes and cardio workout in this morning. Tomorrow after truck unload it's Glutes/Back and the usual cardio. Day 1 of Macros focus went amazing I'm down 2.3# from Monday's weigh in. Eager to see what weigh in will be after the rest of the week of Focusing on Macros. Now that I know what I'm doing tracking Macros I might stay with Coach Adam haven't decided yet.

Day 306

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Glutes/Back and Cardio in this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and Cardio. I'm undecided of who I want to train me after my time with Coach is up. Macros were better today but fats were still high. I decided this morning to not worry about calories but get my macros as close to my target numbers as I can. I may go this summer on my own as I have enough workouts to not get bored all summer. I do know that I would do better if I had a trainer in the gym with me to push me. Lent starts tomorrow so I plan on giving up Chocolate and Sweets. Bought some Performix SST at GNC today along with Ketogenic Coffee since I can't get the Mio java at Wal-Mart right now they are out and so is their warehouse.  Looking forward to my weigh in next Monday to see how my experiment went.

Day 305

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were not great again so will do better tomorrow. Sent weekly check in to coach Adam but haven't heard back yet. Might talk to my former trainer before coach Adam to see if I can start training with her again after my time with coach Adam is up. Plan is still to train all legs and back at the gym this week.

Day 304

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't the best today so will try harder this week to have better numbers. After a gym rest day tomorrow it's Legs/Glutes and cardio on Tuesday morning. Just sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam so will see what he can suggest about my weight but also how I can get water in throughout the day even with it beside me I still get so busy at work I forget to drink. Hopefull I can finally get the downward trend going on my weight and the balance to my macros. I've been tracking macros since October so should have the hang of it by now.

Day 303

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not great yet again way over on fats and more carbs than protein today.  Think I'll see what Coach Adam has to say about what I can do to be more consistent with losing weight. The last few weeks I've been heavier at the end of the week than at the beginning of the week. I've gotten some great insite from a group of amazing ladies but I still need to talk to Coach Adam about it also. After a gym rest day on Monday since I work 9AM-5PM it will be Legs/Glutes on Tuesday, Legs/Back on Wednesday, and Legs Glutes on Thursday. Those are my only gym days this week.

Day 302

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't the best for the second day in a row. Work schedule was posted this afternoon so I can get into the gym just 3 days so will be all Legs/Glutes and Glutes/Back days this week.  This week will have to work hard to have good macros so my weight will start to go down. 

Day 301

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Again unsure of macros but just plan on watching later to have more protein than carbs and fat being under 40grams. Just got a slight dusting of snow last night nothing to make the roads slick so went to workout this morning.  Tomorrow's workout will be tracking truck unload time since again it's a full body workout in itself.

Day 300

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today almost the best they've been only over 3grams on fats. Great Glutes/Back workout with cardio this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is cardio same as always 8min to warm up then 20min to finish but the strength part will be Chest(Giant Set)/Shoulders in the morning weather permitting of course since there is a chance of snow overnight. Got an alternative to the assisted dip pressdown and did that today using an exercise band and putting the squat rack hooks almost to the bottom then put my foot in the middle and did the half the reps with one foot and half with the other foot. Coach sent that alternative to me last night since that's what he has others do at the Leaner Lab.

Day 299

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good again but fats were still up. Got in a great Shoulders/Arms (Giant Set) this morning and decided to get in 8min incline walking the 20min steady cardio walking on the treadmill. Planned on getting on the stair master but it was taken when I got ready to start. I was wrong yesterday's Macros were great had more protein that carbs but fat was the same over by 9grams. Tomorrow's workout plan is 8min HIIT then Glutes/Back and 20min cardio.

Day 298

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today just over a little on fats but carbs were under 100grams and protein though was over 100grams by 2grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 8min HIIT just haven't decided what yet then Chest/Shoulders and 20min cardio again haven't decided what yet. Finally got the notice that my waist trainer was in at Wal-Mart after I went to the store and bought one this morning. OH well I'll have another one that I can alternate. Today instead of 8min jog I decided to put the treadmill on an incline and walk at 3.2 speed.

Day 297

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better today but still had more fat than protein or carbs. Sent my weekly check in to coach Adam a few minutes ago. Checked the order status and it's still delayed so might go into the store and see if there is one in the workout department if not then will use the zippered one I have and don't like. Workout plan for tomorrow is 8min jog to warm up then Legs/Glutes and 20min walk to finish up. 

Day 296

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today but was over on fats. Today is day 9 of intentional exercise of 3 sets of 10 each leg donkey kicks twice a day while brushing my teeth. Monday's workout plan is 8min jog to warm up then Legs/Glutes and 20min walk to finish up. Tomorrow late afternoon/early evening before I write I'll get my weekly check in ready for Coach Adam. For those who read yesterday's entry a slimming belt is mostly used by fitness competitors while in prep but think it might help me sweat a bit more so that's why I got one. 

Day 295

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Truck unload wore me out today so glad that I decided to take a gym rest day. Plan right now unless something changes during the week is to get into the gym all 5 days. Will ask Coach Adam what I can use since I don't have access to an assisted dip pressdown machine. Macros were better today but had more carbs than protein and was over just slightly with fats. Still going strong getting in my intentional exercise of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Bought a slimming belt from Wal-Mart.com and should be able to get it Monday morning before my workout. 

Day 294

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were great today except I was over 2grams of fats. Roads were great this morning so got my Glutes/Back and cardio workout in at my usual time. Tonight I day 7 of standing donkey kicks twice a day. I normally do 3 sets of 20 10/leg. Won't know until sometime Saturday at the latest my work schedule for next week to plan my workouts. Tomorrow's plan is track truck unload time and post it to instagram.

Day 293

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today but over 11grams on fat today.  Tomorrow when the roads clear it's Glutes/Back and usual cardio. Tonight is day 6 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Coach Adam agrees with Ty that I should be eating even if it's a sandwich after I get off after 5PM. Off tomorrow so can wait until the roads improve since it's been snowing the last hour or so.

Day 292

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and usual cardio workout this morning. Macros were the best yet today over my 100grams protein just slightly and over just a little on fats but carbs were great today. After a rest day tomorrow it's back into the gym for Legs/Glutes on Thursday with the usual cardio 8min jog to warm up on the treadmill then 20min walk on the Jiu Jisu mats if they are available but other cardio if they are not. Day 5 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Friday's after truck I'm normally wore out so will just track truck unload time and burn well over 400 calories.

Day 291

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Glutes/Back workout with the usual cardio this morning. Since I worked yesterday and today I get off tomorrow and Thursday since I'm working Saturday as well. Plan on getting into the gym atleast 3 days maybe 4 haven't decided yet about Friday as I'm off at 3PM. Macros were good again but just slightly had more carbs than protein but fats were under 40grams so that's good. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest (Giant Set)/Shoulders and 8min jog on treadmill to warm up then 20min walk on the Jiu Jitsu mats. Day 4 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Bought a new notebook this morning and will write my workouts from last cycle and this one in there so I have just workouts from Coach Adam with me. 

Day 290

Almost all green on my Versa but will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Macros were the best they've been all week. Writing early cause I was called into work 3PM-9:30PM so may not sure yet be off tomorrow then I can get 3 gym days and just 2 at home workouts. Sent Coach Adam my weekly check in early since I went ahead and completed my food journal. Will see what he thinks about for my at home workouts using some of last cycles workouts. Starting today is my jumpstart on my lenten no sweets. I'm on day 3 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. 

Day 289

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better today but still over on fats. Today is day 2 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth. Still plan on talking to Coach Adam tomorrow about my workouts this week since I'm off later than my normal gym time.  Lent is a couple weeks away and I'm giving up sweets and also going to continue to read the daily mass readings and daily meditations from The Word Among Us church book. 

Day 288

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were messed up today by working past 5PM that always happens. Will have to talk to Coach Adam for a plan of action for this week since I'm off only a couple of days before 5PM so might be getting in a lot of at home workouts from the last cycle of workouts. Got a phone call last night about 10minutes till 9PM to let me know that truck was delayed today from 6AM to noon so I worked noon-6:15PM to not lose any of my hours so workout was tracking truck unload.

Day 287

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but still had more carbs than protein and fats were over 40grams by about 6grams. Got in a great at home Arms and 20min walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is either Legs/Glutes or Legs/Back and the usual 8min jog to warm up then 20min walk to finish up. Got off early last night due to the weather so instead of losing 3hrs I stayed over an hour and half on Monday and will go in 2hrs early on Saturday to make up my time. Versa battery is at 56% so will charge it later while watching TV.   

Day 286

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but will acheive my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Unsure of the Macros today going to try and get more protein than carbs and keep fats under or in the range of 40grams. Weather and slick roads kept me from the gym today but hope to get there tomorrow morning. Quads are still sore from Monday's workout so kinda glad for a rest day today.  Working 2:30PM-9:30PM tonight so writing early and will just get my food journal finalized before shutting my computer down tonight.

Day 285

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great 8min jog then Chest (Giant Set)/Shoulders and 20min walk. Macros were better today but was still over on fats. Coach Adam upped my protein a bit more which brings my calories back up to 1200. Weather might dictate if I get in the Legs/Back workout that I want or if I modify one from last time. Bought my Yeti straw lid this morning but had to cut the straw to fit my water bottle so bought a cheap pair of scissors at Walgreens. Friday plan is to stop at Walgreens for lancets to take fasting blood glucose. I've got 4 left then need another box so will get those then. Under a Winter Storm Warning for my area from 6AM tomorrow through 6AM on Thursday. My quads are sore from yesterday's workout of course I'm sore and it's time for another legs day tomorrow.

Day 284

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not so great today but fats were under 40grams. Got in a great 8min jog to warm up then Legs/Glutes and 20min rowing machine row.  Versa battery is at 53% so will charge it later.  Went back to my Yeti water bottle but think I'm going to see if I can find a lid with a straw for my workouts.

Day 283

Macros weren't the best today so will have to work on that.  Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a few minutes ago. Decided to copy and paste the workouts to a word document and I can open that on my phone so will use that if I need a reference to google anything that I looked at but can't remember how to do. I've got 20.2# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25th. 

Day 282

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Plan is 5 days into the gym this week. Monday afternoon, Tuesday-Thursday Morning and Friday afternoon.  Can't open my workouts on my phone with the notes so not sure what's up with that.  Might make a table or something on Word with the notes that Coach Adam wrote for me. Macros weren't that great today had more carbs than protein but fats were good today.
