Day 296

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today but was over on fats. Today is day 9 of intentional exercise of 3 sets of 10 each leg donkey kicks twice a day while brushing my teeth. Monday's workout plan is 8min jog to warm up then Legs/Glutes and 20min walk to finish up. Tomorrow late afternoon/early evening before I write I'll get my weekly check in ready for Coach Adam. For those who read yesterday's entry a slimming belt is mostly used by fitness competitors while in prep but think it might help me sweat a bit more so that's why I got one.
