Day 301

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Again unsure of macros but just plan on watching later to have more protein than carbs and fat being under 40grams. Just got a slight dusting of snow last night nothing to make the roads slick so went to workout this morning.  Tomorrow's workout will be tracking truck unload time since again it's a full body workout in itself.
